Un immense merci à Amine pour sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours à l’écoute, serviable et attentif, il fait son travail avec le cœur et cela se ressent dans chaque attention. Merci infiniment pour ton accueil et ton professionnalisme. La nourriture était excellente, préparée avec soin et pleine de saveurs. Tout le personnel est chaleureux, souriant et accueillant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. • AHMAD (9/5): Very nice Riad, would definitely recommend. - The place was spotless. Exceptionally clean even better than a number of 4-5 stars hotels that we tried in Morocco. The staff were very nice and helpful. Especially the man at the reception, very polite and helpful. The Wifi wasn’t working initially until it was fixed. The location is not bad but you need 20 minutes walk to the centre.

Toute l'équipe a été aux petits soins, avec une mention particulière pour Amine, qui est allé bien au-delà de ses fonctions pour m'aider dans l'organisation de la suite de mon voyage. Il a toujours été disponible et d'une grande gentillesse, y compris pendant l'Aïd, période habituellement consacrée à la famille. Le Riad est très agréable et aussi beau que sur les photos. Sa piscine aux magnifiques tons vert émeraude est un vrai bonheur après une longue journée à arpenter les ruelles de Marrakech. La chambre était confortable et très agréable. Les repas servis sur place sont excellents, préparés avec soin, et leur délicieuse odeur met l'eau à la bouche avant même de passer à table. Le petit-déjeuner est également très bon et copieux. La localisation est peut-être un peu plus excentrée que certains hébergements situés à proximité immédiate de la place Jemaa el-Fna, mais cela reste tout à fait raisonnable et ne m'a jamais empêchée de profiter pleinement de Marrakech. Je recommande ce Riad sans aucune réserve à tous les voyageurs de passage à Marrakech et je conserve précieusement son adresse pour un prochain séjour si mes pas me ramènent un jour dans la ville rouge.

• Ralph (10/5): - The manager, Amin, was one of the friendliest and nicest people I’ve ever met! He was always happy and energetic. He made us feel like we were VIPs at home and with our best friends. Whenever we needed something, he would go out of his way and make sure that we received it. He’d either go to the store and pick it up or tell us where we could get it for the best price. If it was for services he’d make it available to us ASAP. The dining room was beautiful with a beautiful pool right next to it and the staff served us like we were at a high end restaurant. Very attentive. I couldn’t believe how inexpensive this Riad was, it was a jewel in the rough. Our room and everything there was a good setting for a photograph. I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and clients.

• Petrea (10/5): Magnifique séjour! - Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au Riad Citrus. Le riad est un véritable havre de paix au sein du quarier des palais. Très bel établissement entièrement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et décoré avec goût. Nous avons dîné un soir sur place et la nourriture était vraiment délicieuse! Le personnel est aux petits soins - merci à l'accueil très chaleureux d'Amine!

• Joanie (10/5): Super Riad ressourçant! ⭐️ - L’accueil chaleureux et l’hôtel est super beau et propre! Les petits déjeuner traditionnel était bien. Nous n’avons pas essayé les autres repas puisque je les trouvais un peu trop dispendieux comparativement à ce que l’on trouve dans la médina pour des repas traditionnel. Le personnel est super gentil, la chambre de la terrasse est belle et propre, très tranquille et j’ai aimé me ressourcer au soleil dehors et pouvoir y travailler. Ma fille et moi avant bien aimé la petite piscine pour pouvoir se faire des bains de soleil aussi. Les lits sont confortables et il y a de l’eau chaude. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, c’était super! J’ai trouvé le Riad un peu éloigné du centre Jamal Efna, c’est un bon 15-20 minutes de marche. Le début de la médina avec le souk des épices est plus proche et on peut y magasiner quand même sans devoir aller au centre complètement. C’est bien quand même, je l’ai fait en taxi moto à quelques reprises pour éviter de marcher avec ma fille. Autrement mon seul commentaire négatif concerne les oreillers, j’ai trouvé les oreillers en rembourrage de peluche « ordinaire » et moins hygiénique, en voulant dire que les cheveux de tout le monde reste dans le rembourrage. Je les ai donc recouvert de nos foulard en soie pour dormir. Mais bon c’est peut-être moi qui est un peu difficile sur cet aspect. 😅 Je retournerais quand même y séjourner!

• Craig (10/5): An amazing place - My wife and I stayed here for two nights in May and were simply overwhelmed by the welcoming staff, comfortable facilities and excellent food. From the moment Amine collected us from the airport taxi we knew we'd made the right choice as at the end of the narrow streets leading to Riad Citrus is a peaceful, immaculately maintained base from which to explore Marrakech. The building itself has been recently renovated to an exceptional standard, the bedroom was spotless and very tastefully decorated, and we enjoyed eating the copious breakfasts and tasty evening meals next to the beautiful pool at the centre of the hotel. With just six bedrooms the riad maintains a calming atmosphere, just what was required after the bustle of the souks and the Médina. In fact we enjoyed relaxing so much at the riad that we spent less time exploring the tourist sights than normal, and more time just winding down in this fabulous location. We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Riad Citrus and are already planning to revisit with our teenage daughters in the future. Many thanks to Amine and the team for helping make this a wonderful stay in Marrakech

Vi skulle tidligt afsted med fly og de havde sørget for der alligevel var morgenmad. Virkelig lækkert. De sørgede også for transport til lufthavnen ☺️ Intet. Hvis man skal sige noget, ligger det et stykke fra centrum og ingen udsigt fra tagterrassen. Det virkelig petitesse ting. Vi vil i hvert fald til enhver tid anbefale andre at bor der.

Peut-être l’emplacement à peine loin mais tout de même dans une zone sûre et bien placée, l’insonorisation qui n’est pas au top mais cela ne nous a pas dérangées.

And heartfelt thanks to Naima, who took such loving care of my room. Her attention to detail and warmth did not go unnoticed. Location: slightly outside the busy medina, but wonderfully peaceful. After a day in the hustle and bustle, it was exactly what I needed. I traveled alone and felt completely safe in the area, even at night. Highly recommended. I would come back anytime.

We had both a dinner and two breakasts here and all were great. Driving in to Marrakesh wasn't the easiest, but parking was not a problem- just follow their instructions on the map. Nice beds and quiet room. Loved everything.

• Constança Soares Seborro (10/5): Beautiful Riad with welcoming staff - The Riad is beautiful, and the staff is very kind and welcoming. The rooms are confortable, and the rooftop is very pleasant, great to enjoy the sun. The surroundings of the Riad are very quiet, a constrant to the Riads located right in the heart of the Medina, having only the downside of being a bit further, in terms of walking distance, from the main square and souks. It's a great place to get away from the busy streets, but if you're looking for a short-walking distance from the most popular restaurants and attractions, it might not be the best. We had to opportunity to stay close to Jemma El Fnaa a few nights before, so this Riad was a great wrap-up of our trip in a quieter area (still the Medina, just not the souks/Jemma El Fnaa area). Everything was great, but as mentioned before, it is ideal for someone looking for a place outside the central square's frenzy.

The food, the ambience, the beautifully decorated rooms made our Riad like a little oasis to return to each day, having explored the city. We also had an amazing , really authentic hammam and massage that was a brilliant experience, all organised on the gorgeous rooftop hammam by our wonderful hosts. Everything was superb.

Los taxis no llegan hasta la puerta ya que el acceso es a pie entre callejones y Ayoub a las 22.30h vino a buscarnos hasta el taxi y a pesar de estar la cocina cerrada no dudo en prepararnos comida típica de allí (has de encargar la cena si tienes pensado hacerlo xq la cocinera a las 16h se marcha). El desayuno es increíble,cada día es distinto y no le falta detalle, nos encantó lo detallista que es Ayoub sirviéndolo,no le falta detalle. Amine que está en recepción,ha sido súper atento,amable y servicial,en lo que hemos necesitado nos ha ayudado. El Riad está en la parte vieja de la ciudad a unos 20min andando del centro y aunque al principio no nos dio mucha confianza, no hemos tenido ningún problema con la gente ,aunque para volver tarde mejor coger taxi. Hemos estado en una habitación para 3, preciosa , ubicada en la terraza. Todo cuidado y al detalle, súper limpio y nuevo. Muy recomendable !! Gracias Amine y Ayoub por ser parte de los bonitos recuerdos que nos llevamos de Marraquech!! El acceso al Riad, al llegar de noche no nos dio mucha confianza pero por la mañana tienes otra perspectiva.

• August (10/5): En hyggelig og rolig riad med fantastisk personale, som fik opholdet til at føles som et hjem væk fra hjemmet - Denne riad var som et andet hjem for os i de dage, vi tilbragte der. Det var et roligt sted at slappe af i den travle by. Personalet var fantastisk, og en særlig tak til Amine for hans venlighed, gæstfrihed og gode humør, samt til Ayoub for hans gode anbefalinger og hjælpsomhed under opholdet Intet at klage over.

• Lena (10/5): A wholesome Oasis with the best soulfood - It is a picturesque hotel with a calming ambience, and very clean facilities. The staff is excellent, Amine and Ayoub were very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed the conversations. On the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the evening Sun and some moment of quiet and rest. The Breakfast and Dinner were amazing. After the stay at the Riad Citrus we travelled all over Morocco, but we never had a tajine like in this hotel! Really, best tajine we had!

• Vincent (10/5): Un séjour dépaysant et ressourçant. - Ce riad est très beau et apaisant, on se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Le personnel est adorable, nous avons été accueilli et pris en charge par Ayoub et Amine, ils sont au TOP 👌 et ils prennent vraiment le temps d’avoir des échanges sincères, c’est très appréciable. Spécial dédicace également à la cuisinière qui nous a préparé d’excellents petits déjeuners et dîners. Nous avons également effectué un hammam et massage dans le riad, la prestation était là aussi parfaite, je retiens surtout le massage 😋. C’était mon premier séjour à Marrakech et premier riad donc je ne peux pas comparer avec d’autres. Je pense que j’essaierai d’autres riad mais c’est certain je retournerai dans celui-ci. Rien
