O prédio tem boa conservação e limpeza e os elevadores apresentam boa manutenção. - Garagem que exige algumas manobras de 2 tempos. - Falta alguns itens básicos na cozinha: Tabua de carne, uma panela maior para macarrão e outros, tijelas para cereal, pano de chão, pano para enxugar balcão, lixeira.
