• Guest (7/5): - Sijainti loistava ja asuinpaikka rauhallinen ja siisti. Videolla esitetty portti piti saada auki soittamalla ovisummeria 15. Ei auennut, mutta paikallinen ystävällinen nuroripari sai meidät portin sisäpuolelle paikallisten avustuksella. Keskellä kapean keittiön kulkuväylää irronnut lattialaatta joka nousee ylöspäin aina sille astuttaessa. Erittäin vaarallinen jaloille.

• Ila (1/5): Terrible place - Location I booked for 3 nights. Bed was so narrow that 2 adults could not sleep. Kept asking for help in any way but non responsive manager. Did not respond even though I complained many times. Bathroom shower tray leaked. Indoor airconditioner water leaked inside. So super slippery floor with water on it. Too much light in the room. No curtains in 2 of the 3 windows. Mosquitos biting us all night. Customer care of booking.com over many calls after ai and 20 minutes of music said that property was unresponsive and had to be given 24 hours to respond by policy. We checked out after one terrible night, asking for assistance without being given any assistance, an alternative or refund. They should not be allowed to cheat people like this.

• Natascia (9/5): - Mi è piaciuta la posizione vicina alla metropolitana, oltre all'appartamento, che anche se piccolino, ha tutto quello che serve per il soggiorno. Niente.

Я би дала бали лише за розташування, видавила з себе ще пару балів за - Єдиний плюс цієї квартири її розташування, 10 хв і ти в центрі. Були чисті рушники, кава, сіль, олія, міні шампунь і мило. Холодильник, плита, пральна машина, кондиціонер працювали (те, чим користувались) Досить легко за інструкціями знайшли місце, ключ і тд В квартирі немає неприємного запаху. Ну і на цьому плюси закінчуються… Як тільки ми зайшли, то перше враження не найкраще. Дуже темно, мало освітлення, і всюди дзеркала. На фото це виглядало класно, додавало простору. А в житті, це дійсно creepy! Чи раніше це приміщення було для бані чи підсобне, не зрозуміло. Дзеркала в якихось плямах (потерте напевно). Багато пилу. Кондиціонер дає звуки наче десь щось протікає. Посеред головної кімнати плитка, яка відірвана (я читала, що хтось перед нами це писав, але ніхто нічого не виправив). Дуже шумна вентиляція у ванній, наче злітає літак і ти не знаєш чи це нормально чи ні. Брудна завіса у ванній, грибок і тд (маю фото). Дуже чутно людей на вулиці, ти наче у картонній коробці. Зранку о 8:00 там робили ремонт, можете собі уявити той шум… Диван весь у плямах. Через те що це перший поверх, вікна спеціально з матуючого скла, тому світла природного теж немає. Зате коли лягаєте спати пробивається вуличне світло, тому що там ліхтар… тому у вас вночі як вдень і вдень як вночі. До того ж ти там себе не відчуваєш в безпеці, вночі постійно хтось шумить. То шурхіт, то тупотіння, то щось ляпає. Дуже незручне ліжко, місця на двох малувато і хотілось би більші подушки. Якщо коротко, вперше з нами не комунікували перед заселенням. Написали лише нагадування про check-out. Дякувати Богу ми були лише дві ночі, і нічого критичного не сталось, бо як ми читали відгуки тут нічого не вирішують…
• Francisco (7/5): Handy central apartment - Very handy apartment in very central locatiion. It is spacious and comfortable and many facilities. Lile tv, ironing.The wifi was not working yet I received fast assistance. Some little details. There is airconditoner yet not a bucket to drop the water, it is a bit old fashioned, the windows are old and do not close, therefore getting hot fast in summet. Night entrance you need to bend down. Other than that is price adjusted.

• Andrew (9/5): Wonderful apartment - ♥️ Excellent location; 10mins walk to Duomo; 2mins walk to Carrefour for groceries; 2mins walk to restaurants and coffee shops; 5mins walk to shopping high street. ♥️ Secure and clean. ♥️ Fully equipped kitchen; fridge; microwave. ♥️ Comfortable bed with big wardrobe. ♥️ WiFi, Air conditioning.

• Andreia (7/5): Good location - The accommodation has everything you need to spend a couple of nights. It is in a good location, 10 min walking to the Duomo but price-quality is not very good. You have to pay for everything else like new towels, more bed linen, luggage storage,cleaning, late checkout (10 am is too early). Our tv did not work, and the room was cold. The heating was only on in the bedroom, the bed and sofa were not very comfortable. You could reach the provider on WhatsApp but it gave me the idea he did not want to help or talk to you (the video they send to help you check-in and enter the property is not very explicit) Never received an answer on my last night. Milan is an expensive city but maybe you could search a bit for something slightly better if you want to relax after a day.
