• Alan Axel (10/5): Hotel muy comodo en Tulum con alberca privada - Muy cómoda la habitación, con piscina privada y aparte la alberca grande, lo unico es que esta medio escondido pero aun asi es buena su ubicación
• Esteban (10/5): - Un hotel relativamente nuevo, un hotel demasiado bonito, muy cómodo las camas y facilidades, se encuentra en el centro de Tulum, muy fácil acceso y la recepción muy amables. La mejor opción para hospedarse.
• Victoria (8/5): - The property is extremely cheap, and it is truly what you pay for. The hotel has no warm water in the shower, no iron or other essential “hotel items” but the employees are extremely considerate and helpful. Construction is happening consistently and while not disruptive there are random workers walking around the premise. The pool is very clean and the hotel overall is very empty which is nice. It is a bit far from the beaches and hotel zone so I’d recommend a rental scooter or ATV which you can rent from the premise. It is close to the downtown area but very safe and convenient
• james (2/5): Very inconvenient. - Sadly I can’t give this hotel a good score. When I arrived I was greeted at the front. The gentleman checked me in no problem. But then could not get my credit card to work to pay. Tried twice. I’d had no problems anywhere else using the same card so I think it’s a problem with the machine or the connection. Then we agreed I’d pay later. I was then given the key for a room on the 4th floor. No elevator. No bellmen. I had to drag my bags up about 9 sets of stairs at the very far end of the building. Then, at the top, about to die, I had to walk all the way back to the front of this very long building. I had requested a lower floor but I did not check to see if there was an elevator. Once in the room the issues started. The WiFi is spotty. Tried to call the desk. Doesn’t work. Tried to WhatsApp the main number. No one responded. Could not reach anyone by several methods. That would be bad if you had an emergency. Then I never saw the man again. I left messages that I was checking out early on my departure date to catch my flight. No response. He called after I’d left the country and I paid him, no problem. I wouldn’t try to skip out. But it’s not a place I’d ever stay again. If you like running up and down a bunch of stairs each trip then enjoy.

• Lydia (10/5): - Insgesamt eine sehr sehr schöne Anlage. Wir waren im Juni/Juli für 2 Wochen da und hatten die Anlage quasi für uns allein(Nebensaison). An mancher Stelle noch ein wenig Baustelle, aber das stört nicht. Pflegt die Anlage weiterhin so toll, dann bleibt dies ein wundervoller Urlaubsort. Ein großes Lob auch an das tolle und freundliche Team besonders Jonatan und Daniela. Vielen Dank für alles.
• Angel (8/5): - Es una propiedad nueva, tiene áreas que se ven aún en construcción, por el precio no se puede exigir nada desde mi punto de vista, el jacuzzi del balcón es muy pequeño pero eficiente, todo muy bien con la habitación lo único que sugiero considerar es que no tiene minibar, por lo que su pretendes llevar bebidas no te lo recomiendo se te calentarán. La alberca es grande y linda, La limpieza y amenidades de la habitación cumplen perfectamente. Realmente es que considero un buen deal si solo planeas llegar a dormir, tiene TV de buena calidad. La persona que nos registró realmente creo requiere mejor servicio ya qué practicando nos punteo a donde ir y nosotros tener que buscar la ubicación de la habitación. En resumen si buscas algo barato solo para dormir creo que es una buena opción considerando el precio.

Danny was a pleasure to communicate with. She gave me a lot of information about things to do around and places to go. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

El agua llegaba a intervalos y con un olor nauseabundo, debajo de la cama tierra acumulada, un condominio sin mantenimiento, los jardines extremadamente sucios, el contenedor de basura a una calle de distancia. Pésima experiencia...

• Stephanie (10/5): - Las habitaciones son cómodas, están elegantes tienen jacuzzi y eso es un plus enorme, hay aire acondicionado y agua caliente solo el agua no es purificada creo es de pozo porque al lavarnos los dientes se sintió extraño el sabor así como la de regadera. La alberca es tamaño perfecto. El acceso a los cuartos es por escaleras lo cual es inconveniente por los caminos de piedras,si estás en 3er piso y traes varias bolsas/maletas, si volveríamos, el precio es relativo a la calidad. Recomendable
• Beatriz (6/5): - Me gustó mucho la decoración y el espacio en sí. Todo estuvo bien excepto que reservé para 3 personas, el hotel indicaba que era una cama king size y un sofá cama. Pero resulta que el sofá cama no lo visten. Te lo dan así, sin sábanas ni almohada, ni nada. Si estoy pagando para 3 personas, las 3 personas deben poder dormir cómodamente. Eso es básico. Y lo peor es que cuando pedí que prepararán el sofá, me dijeron que no tenían nada y me dieron un cobertor sucio. Que eso es todo lo que les daban y que así es siempre. Y pues no, si pago para 3, dame 3 espacios para dormir cómodamente.

El lugar esta bonito pero no tiene personal de mantenimiento, el jacuzzi sucio, no servia mi baño, la atención de la recepcionista aunq es amable no resuelve y no dio el check in correcto, no dio la info completa. • Gabino (2/5): TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA - Mi estancia en el lugar fue muy mala, antes de llegar al hotel me comunique con el mismo para informar que llegaría tarde, Un joven llamado Jonathan, muy amable me comentó que dejaría la llave con el de seguridad. Una vez llegando al inmueble el de seguridad no estaba en su zona, esperamos 30 minutos, ya que ningun personal se acercaba con nosotros, al final tuve que ir a buscarlo en el inmueble, y lo encontré dormido dentro de una parte del lobby, estaba tan dormido que NO nos dió buenas indicaciones de donde se encontraba nuestra habitación, al llegar a la misma, cabe recalcar que es muy bella la habitacion, solo que con algunos detalles de limpieza; decidi entrar al baño, y una vez al querer salir la puerta ya no quiso abrir, entrè en panico ya que la unica salida es una mini ventana donde no cabe una persona, afortunadamente mi mama estaba dentro de la hab, quien fue a llamar al velador, el cual le da la siguiente respuesta: (ahorita no hay nadie que pueda resolver eso, y yo se que ha de ser incomodo dormir en el baño); 2 horas y media despues lograron abrir, al momento de realizar check out el personal de recepción nos menciona el monto que tenemos de pago en dolares, cuando se le realiza el pago, no querian aceptar los dolares, que porque el billete era muy grande y no tenian cambio, 45 min de espera para que nos pudieran regresar el cambio y en pesos mexicanos Y aparte con una actitud muy prepotente. En resumen: BELLO LUGAR, PESIMO SERVICIO DE HOSPITALIDAD DEL PERSONAL

• Maria (10/5): Great value for money - Brand new hotel in La Veleta. Yes, it’s still under construction so not everything is perfectly finished yet but the low price more than made up for it. My room was beautiful and comfortable and everything worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to bus station and Tulum centro or easy bike ride to the beach road. I ended up extending my stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Nos ayudaron con un “early check-in”, y fueron muy amables atendiéndonos vía correo electrónico desde antes de nuestra llegada. Ya estando en el hotel, el servicio fue excelente, todos amables y atentos a nuestras necesidades. El hotel continúa en construcción, por lo que puede haber un poco de polvo en las instalaciones, pero los servicios de la habitación funcionan a la perfección : agua caliente, aire acondicionado, TV, etc. La cama deliciosa, el jacuzzi perfecto y el baño/regadera excelente. Todo está nuevo, y eso es un súper plus! :) La valuación calidad-precio es inmejorable!! Sin duda regresaremos!

En la televisión debes poner tus propias cuentas de streming. Me dieron una habitación sin llave y tenia que estar buscando al personal para que me abrieran
• ANDREW (2/5): This hotel is a disgrace. - The water didn't work in the room. No shower, no toilet, no sink. This was not the fault of the staff, who were kind and apologetic but totally incapable of solving the problem as they're not plumbers or construction workers. This hotel should not be listed on expedia as it's not functioning. There are no elevators, emergency exit lighting, fire extinguishers, or any other safety measures. The railings are loose and a person could easily fall off the balcony of the 4th floor. This place is a death trap right now. This is a massive liability. Do not book a room here. You will be very disappointed. Numerous guests experienced the same problems - the water doesn't work. None of us were offered a refund or alternative lodging elsewhere. One woman with a very small child had traveled a very long distance - I felt bad for her. Note to Expedia: Take this hotel off your website right now. This is a disgrace to your company.

• ANDREW (10/5): another happy customer - Terrific brand-new hotel. Strongly recommend. The staff are helpful, the property is tidy and clean, and the price is very good for the quality of the hotel. You can confidently book a great vacation at this hotel.
• Foster (4/5): - It wouldn’t have been that bad. No one was at the “front desk” when we arrived even though it says someone is there 24/7. We spoke to a security guard and he was confused when I told him I was checking in. When we entered the apartment there was dust, dirty and food underneath the bed. Let’s just say, I will not be staying here again. The score they currently have is quite accurate.

• Ruben (2/5): - The place is super new, so a few details need to be finished. Staff is super helpful. The main issue was a person that own either an apartment or part of the project getting drunk almost everyday in the front desk and being vulgar and loud, didn’t feel safe.
