• Jose Arturo (10/5): The streets are very confusing and hard to find the apartment with a GPS. Very small apartment, no space between bed, ki - The apartment is big. It has washer. The kitchen has everything needed to make meals but we ordered a pizza from the restaurant located at the entrance of the apartment. The room/apartment was located in the 4th floor with no elevator but the receptionist took the luggage upstairs and in a positive way he brought the luggage downstairs upon checking out.

S majiteli je skvělá domluva a za to velmi děkuji. The accommodation is spacious, clean and sufficiently equipped. At the same time, it is in a great distance from the Ciampino airport (bus 10 minutes), train station (10 minutes walk, 15 minutes to Roma Termini) and there are many restaurants and shops in the area. I also used the pizzeria, which is on the ground floor of the building. The agreement with the owners is great and I thank you very much for that.

• Zuzanna (8/5): Bardzo przyjemny - Bardzo pomocny gospodarz, na wszystko jest wszystko co potrzebne, przy zameldowaniu zostałam powitana przez gospodarza, natomiast ze względu na bardzo wczesny lot było możliwe elastyczne wymeldowanie się przez pozostawienie klucza w skrytce. W samym obiekcie nie widzę żadnych minusów, natomiast chciałabym zwrócić uwagę na odległość od lotniska. W lini prostej rzeczywiście jest to 1km, natomiast autem lub pieszo są to ponad 4km (przy drodze szybkiego ruchu).

• Lorenzo (9/5): Notte in periferia a Roma - L’appartamento è molto semplice ma molto ben tenuto. Il terrazzino poi è molto grazioso e comodo per passare qualche minuto all’aria aperta. L’appartamento era molto pulito e completo di tutto quel che serve. La posizione della casa è buona, a 10 min in bici dal capolinea della metropolitana e vicino alle fermate dei bus. Lontano dal centro di Roma, ma dipende cosa dovete fare.. per noi che dovevamo stare in zona è stato comodissimo!

• Elena (10/5): - Zona este accesibila, stația de tren este la câteva minute de mers pe jos.Trenurile circula din jumătate in jumătate de ora .Preturi la 1.20 euro de persoana. Tot la câteva minute se afla supermarketul Todi deschis 24 h, cu produse de toate felurile. Locuință este calduroasa( încălzire in pardoseala), are o terasa foarte spațioasă, unde poți lua masa, baie de" printesa" cum spunea fiica mea . Bucătăria este dotata cu strictul necesar . Șederea a fost plăcută! Cu siguranță vom reveni! Va mulțumim!

The owner Carlos was super helpful and provided a service to collect us from FCO airport and drop us back at CIA airport the next morning for a reasonable fee. Hugely appreciated! Nothing

(Nous étions de passage à Ciampino en attendant notre logement définitif dans Rome) Chambre, grande salle de bain, terrasse extérieure, cuisine… tout était parfait. L’accueil tardif d’une grande amabilité : merci !!! La pizzeria en bas du logement extraordinaire ! Si j’avais su on aurait fait tout notre séjour à cet endroit…. Rien à dire… si on devait revenir sur Rome : l’Attichetto sans problème.

Located only 10mins walk from the railway station (frequent trains to the City of Rome .. about 15mins journey) The property has the usual facilities and is next door to a Pizzeria owned by a great guy by the name of Stefano. Pizzas are excellent. The owner of the property is very helpful and accommodating. Plenty of little eating places nearby and the town of Ciampino is only 15 mins walk away. Bars, restaurants and shops in abundance. All good … nothing no to like.

• libertà80 (10/5): - La casa si trova in una zona ben servita, appena sotto trovi subito una buona pizzeria, alle spalle della casa a circa 5min a piedi supermercato H24 aperto. Per chi viene a piedi è molto semplice da raggiungere dalla stazione di Ciampino ben servita con i collegamenti con Roma e che dista circa 8/10 min a piedi dalla casa. All'interno la casa è spaziosa, letto comodo, e soprattutto un bel terrazzino dove potersi rilassare.

• Gaudiosi (10/5): - Ottima posizione, vicino a tutto: supermercato aperto h24, bar e pizzerie. La stazione del treno è a due passi e in 12 minuti si arriva comodamente a Roma. Il proprietario è davvero gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Casa accogliente, pulitissima e super confortevole. Consigliatissimo, tornerò sicuramente!

• Cristina (10/5): - We used the location just for a short night, as the day after very early we had the flight. The owner was really helpful, he offered us a drop off to the airport. The location was really nice and close to the airport ( just 10 minute driving). On the ground floor of the building you can find also a pizzeria. The pizza was really amazing.

La posizione è davvero comoda, a soli 4/5 minuti dall’aeroporto di Ciampino, ideale per chi ha un volo in arrivo o in partenza. L’appartamento è pulito, ordinato e ben curato nei dettagli, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Check-in semplice e rapido, il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Ottimo punto d’appoggio, lo consigliamo sicuramente e lo terremo presente per i prossimi viaggi! Tutto perfetto!

• Andrea (10/5): Tutto perfetto, comodo e accogliente. - Ho scelto di pernottare qui perché il giorno successivo avevo un volo da Ciampino, e la posizione si è rivelata perfetta: vicinissima alla stazione, il che ha reso gli spostamenti semplici e veloci. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trova anche un grande ipermercato, molto comodo per acquistare qualsiasi necessità all’ultimo momento, e una pizzeria proprio sotto la struttura, ideale per una cena senza stress. L'appartamento era ampio e luminoso, il bagno grande e pulitissimo. In generale, ogni aspetto del soggiorno ha superato le mie aspettative. Non ho riscontrato alcun aspetto negativo durante il soggiorno. La struttura ha risposto pienamente alle mie esigenze, sia in termini di comfort che di posizione.
• Casey (10/5): 10/10 for its purpose :) - Lovely host who carried our bags up the stairs. Really roomy flat and was a great stop before an early morning flight. Right above a pizzeria and only ten minutes from a supermarket. Aircon was great and the terrace was lovely.

Host was very helpful, arranged airport pickup & allowed us to leave bags when collecting a car. We liked that there was a kitchen but there was No kettle, the air con unit didn’t work but the host weren’t aware and very apologetic.

• Ollie (10/5): Exceptional - Host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, we were not expecting such a large room, this is pretty much a private flat and was great value for money. We stayed here as we missed our flight and booked last minute however, had we known how fantastic the property was we wish we would have stayed here for our entire trip to Rome. The train station is just down the road and only costed us 1.5 euros to travel back and forth from the city. I cannot praise the host enough, he was a lovely man and gave us an early check-in on request; he was probably the nicest person we had met on our howl trip. Truly brilliant! i would highly recommend, also there is a fantastic pizza places bellow the building which was great if your looking for something to eat. The only downside was that there was not anywhere to hook the shower head to, so made it a little bit difficult to uses it. But thats it, everything ells was perfect.

• Simone (8/5): Good place for a short of longer stay - This is a great place just 10 min walk from the main station of Ciampino. You're right in front of a Carabinieri (Police) station, so it's very safe and above a good restaurant. Within the same 10 min walking distance you can find also a large supermarket as well. If you drive remember that you'll have to pay for parking (which isn't that expensive). The apartment had everything you need, including a washing machine and the host was very friendly. The bathroom may need some renovation, but it's a minor issue.
• Eduard (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were amazing and very communicative. Even though we've arrived at the accomodation late in the night because of flight delay, the host waited for us and gave us the keys to the place. The place is really cozy with all the accessories you need such as washing machine, flatiron, fridge and freezer. It's a 7 minutes walk from the train station and you also have a 24h open groceries shop nearby. I recommended wholeheartedly this accomodation and the hosts.

• Jakub (10/5): A great destination for visiting Rome - Very good location walking distance from both the train station and bus stop that can be taken to the underground going to Rome. We met the owner on arrival who was very nice and showed us around and the person who can be contacted online checked on us if everything was OK in the middle of our stay. Rooms were clean, really good size and the bed was very comfortable. The property also has a lovely balcony that we used to sit in the evening. The tourist tax is only 1,5€ per person contrary to the 4-10€ in Rome itself. Both the train and the bus/metro ticket were 3€ return and we used the bus/metro as it lasts for 100 minutes so you can get anywhere in Rome in that time. There are some shops and bars in the area and a pizzeria under the property servicing delicious pizza. We also didn't know that there was a fiesta during the weekend which boosted our experience visiting to see Rome. I will surely return here next time I'm coming to Rome! There Carabineri building is very close and it seems they only drive on signal which sometimes would be annoying in the evening. We stayed for 7 days and expected all the basics for a stay like that but had to get washing powder for clothes. As Ciampino is a smaller town there was a little numer of people who spoke English which wasn't easy at some restaurants or shops. This does not affect how the property was enjoyable but is more for awareness.
• Mohamad (9/5): comfortable, clean, good location - cosy little apartment with easy access to the train station and a supermarket. working washing machine, kitchen and plenty of kitchenware made for a pleasant stay. the owner’s son, carlo was also very polite. the shower/bath does not have shower curtains, so the floor next to it is bound to be a little wet. but its not a big issue.
• Richard (9/5): Very friendly, helpful owner of a nice spacious, clean apartment, handy for Ciampino airport. - For me personally, I wanted accommodation close to Ciampino airport because I had an early morning flight. Carlo the owner offered to take me. The accommodation is a pretty spacious apartment, with a large balcony, above a good pizzeria. From the station it was approximately a 10 min walk, exit the station on the John F. Kennedy Avenue side. To be really picky, rather than a hand held shower over the bath, I would prefer it fixed to the wall.

Mario, the owner, is a warm hearted man that honors Italian hospitality. He welcomed us and made us feel like home. Excellent choice to stay for your Roman-tic vacation. 5 star place.

• Renata (8/5): Great little apartment - It was only one night that we stayed in this apartment but we liked it a lot. It was a convenient place to stay to get to the airport in the early morning hours. The apartment was exactly as advertised, we were greated by Mario who gave us keys and explained everything. He was also very kind to offer us a lift to the airport. I made a mistake thinking I can walk there, as it's only on the back of the airport. Unfortunately, there is no walking access to the airport, it has to be either by bus or taxi. Our flight was at 6.20am which meant there weren't buses yet and being a public holiday in Italy, not many taxis may have been available. We would easily return there, it's only 15 minutes train ride to Rome. We also found a lovely restaurant nearby. Nothing

An outdoor balcony to eat breakfast and a beautiful marble bathroom! The owners were so lovely and let us keep our luggage after check-out. Very close to the station and supermarket nearby.
