• Pradeep (1/5): Front staff be careful they take your phone to rate the hotel ! - Front desk service is horrible . 1) After checkout asking me to show my phone where i did booking , take my phone and try to do rating them self . I shocked and immediately said , this is very bad attitude . 2 ) i check in by 10 pm ,checkin was so time taking , later got to room , i just lie down bed almost we t to sleep and call me 11 pm , you have to pay room now , i said i can pay , requested to pay tomorrow. Was very rude to pay now , i got up bed and pay as per their comfort. If this message reach to owner , make sure to give hospitality first If to include towel , shampoo or soap … let be5 rs one .. would be good . One water kettle atleast one common to drink warm water. Sorrry the stay was very disappointed was planing to extend one day but sorry no more this one .

• Sanjay (1/5): Worst hotel experience ever. - Worst hotel experience I've ever had. First, on arrival I was told the hotel doesn't take foreigners, after I'd already booked online and sent a message explaining I didn't have an Indian Bank so that should have been raised at that point. Had to insist that I was already booked. Then when I was shown the room, it was full of mosquitoes, the door to the hallways didn't close at all, and the sheets were really dirty. When I told the staff, instead of changing the room they tried to fix the door latch in front of me with a screwdriver (and failed) then changed the sheets to even worse ones — with blood stains! When I pointed out the stains I was told "but that's permanent". I couldn't believe it. Of course I left at that point to find somewhere else. How this hotel is open I don't know, but afterwards someone told me all the hotels in this area are used just by "couples only staying for a few hours" so I guess that explains the stains... I'm convinced all the good reviews on this place are fake.
