- Harry (7/5): Generally was comfortable with plenty of space but was cold use even though had aircon - Isolated, no ambient noise Cooking utensils need to be upgraded - electric pan has hollow in centre where oil etc accumulates, cooking cutting knives are of poor quality where chopping pumpkins or carrots from example not strong enough and bend under pressure to cut straight, no oven trays. Advertised as having combustion heater but no wood provided - advised to go to servo to buy but is extra expensive and wood quality at servos like kindling.

- Steele W (10/5): Would love to come back. Planning next visit. - This property was fantastic for our family to come and stay. We travelled to visit family in town with a large party, including 8 kids and they all raved about how they loved the place, they had their own space to chill and the adults were able to relax in other parts of the house. It was surprisingly spacious and well appointed. The hosts were responsive to all questions and so friendly. Was the perfect spot for us to stay. very happy here, there is a smell in the afternoons from a nearby location but otherwise was a great location.

- Margaret (8/5): Nice big roomy house which has everything you need for a comfortable stay. - Great house for a large group. Rooms are very comfortable, 2 living areas was excellent for a group and well heated for a winter trip. Very helpful management when one of our guests left an item. Was on the edge of Broken Hill so not in walking distance to shops. You need a car.

- Andrew (7/5): Get the whole family together for an outback adventure - Great property for a large family or group of families, huge back deck area with a beer fridge and fire pit. Beds were all very comfortable. The house is a typical Broken Hill home, and as we were originally from Broken Hill, we loved the outback ‘make do with what you have’ feel. Its was great-overall, another ensuite in bedroom 4 would be a great addition.
- Sinead (10/5): Exceptional -
- Noeline (9/5): great plenty of rooms to accommodate the family members the age groups will be booking again -
- Emma (8/5): Very good - Was a great house to enable a group of people to be comfortable.
- Judith (8/5): We really apprecitated your help with the change of our plans and Debbie you were so easy to work - The location was great and there enough rooms for the 12 people we had to cater for. Plenty of parking as we had 3 cars and a trailer. With 12 people there was only enough setting at the dining room for 6 people, we had a small portable table so we joined them together and bought the chairs from the outdoor setting. The cleaners or cleaner needs to be a little more particular.
- Jennifer (10/5): Fantastic house, great for large groups - has everything you need for a great holiday! - Fantastic property for large groups - we were two families and it was perfect. Very spacious, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate lounge rooms plus a great outdoor area. Lots of cutlery and crockery and the dishwasher was a bonus! We loved the property! If we had to change something it would be location - it would have been great to be within walking distance of the city centre. Having said that, everything was easily accessible by car, and being on the edge of town was nice and quiet - we even saw a kangaroo on the hill opposite the house!
- Judith (8/5): Excellent for a large group of people -
- David (10/5): We had a great time in broken hill and surrounds. 8 days was t long enough but that’s what the train does cones Monday g - Very suitable for a group.

- Alison (8/5): Great family spaces in this flexibly laid out home - Lots of space, great bedroom layout & 2 living spaces.
2 x bathrooms were essential!
Great essentials provided.
Clean and tidy spaces There was an ongoing hum throughout the night, which we couldn't find the source of.
- Shane (8/5): Good value for groups - Clean tidy plenty of room lovely outdoor area
- Lorraine (6/5): Pleasant -
- Thilak (5/5): Passable - 3 rooms were really small and there was no air con for those 3 rooms. We had to sleep in the big lounge room in the back of the house.
- Katherine (9/5): Superb - The location and home was great for our family needs. Easy and close to access local facilities. Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this home for a large family. Everyone can have their own space.
- Hari (10/5): Nice and comfortable. - Nice clean place. A host who takes pride in their property.
Some reno work still in progress, but all ok with our stay. Nothing major, had to struggle with the code on arrival. Mostly due to lack of tech knowledge.
- Christie (8/5): Lovely work in progress - still needs work - Great refurb inside Rubbish outside needs to be fixed up- work in progress.
Deck is dangerous
