- Alexis (7/5): All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Host was easy to talk to and communicate very well. Fast internet! Amazing view! - It was well within the city but far away from all the noise. Amazing view of the coast from the balcony. It has a good size fridge and the kitchen is equipped with the basic things. Spacious area and the bed was very comfortable. The place needs some updating. The toilet needs to be rearranged in a way so that the washing machine won’t be in the way. The shower needs changing of the shower head and curtain.

- Shivali (9/5): - Excellent location and the view from the balcony. The flat is well equipped with everything you might need. The owners are really helpful and accommodating with your requests. Very close to the promenade and city centre and supermarkets are nearby. The flat is located on a hill and the road conditions leading to it are very poor, making access quite difficult and driving by car is very tricky. Additionally, the underground parking area is not in acceptable condition—it is unclean, with garbage and muddy water present. It is also poorly lit, which makes it feel unsafe, and there are stray dogs inside the basement parking area.

- Spencer (10/5): - I stayed here for 7 nights in March. I loved it, beautiful view of the beach from the balcony, an awesome place to watch the sunset. The room had a well equipped kitchen, and had Netflix on the TV. The owner was easy to contact via WhatsApp with any questions I had. A very welcoming place to chill and relax. Would stay again! - Karoline (8/5): Good value in price for area in high season ($70). 1 km from beach. On a steep hill, so beware if you have weak rental c - Main area of bed and kitchen just like photos. Partial view of sea and town for second floor (green chairs). Good price value for the area in high season. Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet split AC. One of the guest questions online asked how far the unit is on foot to beach and the answer given was 200 meters. This is the main reason I chose the unit, as we were tired from traveling for a month, and I wanted to be able to swim several times a day, and then walk back in a few minutes. The unit is actually 950 meters away. (He does say it’s 12-13 minute walk to a specific beach somewhere else in the description) Also, the bathroom for that unit, I only realized after check in, was not depicted in the photos - for good reason. It was extremely small and dark, and poorly maintained, with a washing machine in it. It’s was so cramped that one could only get past the sink to the toilet and shower by squeezing by sideways. What bothered me the most about this was the host’s reaction to my mentioning this. Instead of acknowledging these facts, and at least apologizing for the misrepresentation, he became defensive which I did not appreciate, and told me that one books the unit for the view and not the bathroom, and that he is tries to be transparent. All he needed to do is apologize for the false distance information and offer to correct or remove it, and apologize for the cramped bathroom and that he’d look into the maintenance issue.
- Roman (9/5): Exactly what we were looking for ) - Wonderful apartments. Clean, cozy, spacious, quiet. The apartments have everything you need. Large underground parking so your car is always cool. The owner is very friendly and caring. For a vacation with family or a small company, this is what you need. A little far from the sea, take this into account, this path is not very convenient for small children to walk. Steep climb, especially at the end near the hotel real extreme, so hold the steering wheel firmly and the accelerator pedal confidently )))

- Agnieszka (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a quieter area - Good location away from main streets high up the hill. Only 15 min walk down to the closest restaurants. Possibility to park the car in a garage to avoid the heat and sunlight. Air conditioning working well, although available only in the living room. Kettle, cups, cooking appliances and washing machine available. Very friendly owner and easy check-in/out, great communication. Even if not the newest, everything was working, good value for money! Dogs barking in the night in the neighbourhood were a bit annoying and the view from the ground floor apartment (No. 1) was close to non existent. Some items like belts from the sun blinds might need replacement very soon or they will break. Bed linen washed with fabric softener might be a problem to some.

- Madeleine (9/5): Great view, great apartment - Great compact unit with everything that you need including air-conditioning which is a must in the summer. Quiet location with an amazing view the only downfall is there’s a killer hill to the beach and the restaurants so a car is recommended and a carport is supplied. The owner was amazing. He gave us lots of instructions with how to get there before we arrived. Check-in was very smooth. Recommend this apartment if you’re staying in Vlora As I mentioned before the hill is quite steep and the beach and the restaurants are quite a distance away from the apartment but that didn’t bother us because we had a car. The upside to that is that we were in a quiet location away from the noise and the hustle and bustle of the main area and the beach area.

Lift should be fixed ASAP. Parking place not available at arrival. Would not recommend until improvements are done.

- Ergi (10/5): Best place to be in Vlora! - Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great host. The beach was 2 minutes away from the apartment. Most friendly and helpful host ever. Everything about the apartment was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Apartment itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I will definitely be back for a longer visit in the future.
