- AnnaOrtiz (10/5): - Adorable loft!
- Nils (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage, einfacher Check in. Wir hatten am ersten Tag Abends ein Problem mit der Toilette und haben an den Host eine Mail geschrieben gegen 22:30 Uhr und noch direkt eine Antwort bekommen, am nächsten Morgen wurde das Problem direkt behoben.

- Sumaya (9/5): A perfect home base for an amazing trip to NOLA - We loved the spaciousness, the loft sleeping areas, the privacy and the location. It was peaceful and quiet for sleeping at night. A perfect distance from the action of Frenchmen St. and the Quarter. That we had to leave.
- Dolores (10/5): Perfect location - Great location, exceptional value & wonderful hospitality. There was nothing we didn't like.
- Elaine (10/5): - We loved the loft.It had so much room for us 4 ladies trip..There was also coffee and creamer for the morning. The location was perfect to walk to French Quater and Bourbon St. There were about 24 stairs from outside to get up to the loft.Better if you have just a carry on to carry up.
- Laura (10/5): Fabulous stay in NOLA - Great amount of space for 3 adults. Walking distance to downtown and other areas that had nice restaurants and bars. Bathroom was good size and easy access in and out of the property (there are stairs to access it). Nothing - for a 4 day stay in NOLA it was great. Heard bin trucks one morning but that’s a necessity!

- Chris (8/5): Very Good - Location and very clean Stairs
- Deborah (10/5): good value - Loved the location, colorful houses in area, liked history of area, local music - good piano jazz close by. Very comfortable apt. Not touristy.

- Georgette (8/5): We really loved this beautiful space and how quiet the neighborhood was , despite being one street d - The location was excellent and the layout of the apartment works well. Having only 1 mirror was a bit of a pain. I also d I didn't realize that it was am apartment accessed by steep stairs. But that's probably my fault for not reading that info somewhere. I also didn't realize that the small kitchenette was just a mini Fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The only sink being the bathroom sink. The space was beautiful , but I would opt for a ground floor space with a larger kitchen type area , from the same host if possible.
- Erica (10/5): Good - The cleanness and the communication with the owner I didn’t like all the stairs leading up to the property as well as inside the property
- Daniella (10/5): Perfect for 6 people - Beautiful property, excellent location, super photo worthy The smell of the sheets and towels was not fresh. Maybe they were washed way before we rented the property, possibly. They were not dirty, just smelled like they had been sitting there too long
- Alexandra (5/5): -
- Rikki (8/5): - Great location, super cute
- Latoya (9/5): A great place to stay! - It was comfortable and a very convenient location. Felt safe with the gate access. Reasonably priced. Would have liked more towels, bed too low to floor downstairs, noisy area at night, little bit of trash under the beds upstairs.
- Elżbieta Binczycka-Gacek (10/5): Lovely, very "instagramable" place and helpful, very nice host! - Wonderful location and a beautiful attic apartment! Everything is within walking distance, the French Quarter is just around the corner, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, yet it’s not too noisy outside. The host is very kind and communication was excellent.
- Trace (10/5): After visiting New Orleans for over a decade I will say that I have found my home. I will start all future searches with - The location was the best that I have experienced in over a dozen trips to New Orleans. If I had to pick something to criticize I would say that the physical property could use a few repairs. There was nothing tho that detracted from my stay.

- Leah (10/5): -
- Marco (10/5): - Loft très bien situé on a tout fait à pied et l’hôte est très sympa
- Wenona (8/5): Great stay in the French quarter, location was superb and accomodation as it appears in photos. Kitchenette was limited, - Incredible location! Comfy beds and good air conditioning. Although there was a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker, there was limited equipment and resources for the kitchenette. E.g proper cutlery, plates, sink for washing up, kettle etc
- Christina (7/5): Close to all the city life - I liked that it had the old Louisiana feel. I was a little confused finding the spot because the stairs didn't look like they would lead to this big place. Maybe a sign on the handrail saying your rooms up here. The couch was really dirty. I could see stains all over it I think the furniture, seats and couch could be upgraded for more comfort when having guest over or hanging out. I also did not see a patio outside on the balcony like on the picture when I booked.
- tom (10/5): - Great location. Nicely decorated. All great.
- Valeria (9/5): Comfortable and great price - Location, space, cleanliness, decoration There is no place to wash the cups and plates comfortably and no option for cooking a fast breakfast. That would make the place much more practical for people who want to eat in the house.
- Karen (10/5): Location of home was very convenient, host was very attentive and home itself was beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justic - Homey and comforting vibes. Was the best getaway :) N/A
- Dana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tracy (7/5): Good stay, just needs a little TLC. - Very quaint and cute. Needs a little bit of maintenance…toilet rocks when you sit on it, several rotten spots in the wooden floor and two of the chairs in the living area are broken.
- Vishal (10/5): Excellent location to stay for few days in NOLA - Location, space and cleanliness None
- Katie (9/5): Wonderful location and apartment - Very easy. Was given the codes ahead of time King sized bed would’ve been great! Not a deal breaker though.
- Joseph (9/5): Superb -
- Bojan (9/5): Superb - very nice apartman wit all the aquiptment
- Melanie (8/5): Very nice, clean and fun accommodation. - Spacious accommodation for our family, kids enjoyed separate spaces and beds. Accommodation felt secure and safe with the gate and entry key code locked. Coffee and machine provided 🤗 Location was great and super close to great food and entertainment. Bit tricky taking our bags up and down the stairs (but at least it was only once each way). We hit our heads a few times with the ‘attic sloping ceilings’. No kitchen sink / glassware or cutlery - but easily solved with the disposal ones we purchased).
- Terri (9/5): Clean open floor plan loft space in walking distance to Frenchman St. - Good location. Clean and modern interior with low platform, very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the outdoor space as well.
- Maetha (8/5): Charming place in a nice and quiet neighbourhood - Charming building and the apartment is spacious and comfortable as described in a nice neighbourhood amongst locals. We felt at home.
All 3 beds were also very comfortable. A little kitchen would have been useful.
- Roslyn (9/5): Superb -
- Leonardo (9/5): We loved our stay, would definitely stay again in the future. - Location was perfect for us. Close enough to Frenchman street without the loudiness of it all. Walking in the neighborhood is lovely and there are plenty of things to do within walking distance. The gate lock/hardware sometimes sticks and we had to input the code several times. I'd suggest updating the gate and hardware.
- Amir (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect and the neighborhood is gorgeous and felt safe and convenient. There’s a delicious brunch spot right next door.
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Llop (7/5): Good -
- Jerin (9/5): Superb -
- Yuming (10/5): Exceptional - Great, great, great location. I don't think we could have asked for a better location to walk to all the tourist places. It was also a very quiet street. We didn't have any issues with the space but if you're looking for privacy then this isn't the place as it's all open flour design with 2 loft beds and another one in the main space.
- Kyla (10/5): Loved it, instantly felt at home! - Such a cute place, very friendly host, everything we needed, and amazing location! Only thing we could’ve used is some dish soap!
- Tamara (10/5): Perfect! - Absolutely loved staying in this unique 2 level loft which was on the top floor of a typical New Orleans home on a quaint street full of character. Super cute layout/minimalistic furniture, spaceous yet cozy, bright, big widows with shutters, we had 2 kids(16 &18) with us and everyone had plenty of room(big beds, lots of extra blankets, pillows), super clean, bathroom full of everything you need or forgot to bring (hair stuff, lotions & potions) and decorated with lots of tasteful details. The courtyard is adorable, very well maintained, right out of a story book. The host was very sweet and responsive(we had a minimal issue with our shower), the plummer arrived on site in no time. Very welcoming, felt like we were visiting a friend, with a really cute puppy(hi Napoleon!:)) The location couldn't be more perfect,on the edge of the French Quarter, on a safe, cozy, peaceful street full of colorful, well maintained front porches. Just around the corner from Frenchmen St., lined with jazz bars and great food spots (one of the best bakeries in the country is around the corner, Ayu Bakehouse) We walked everywhere, listened to some great music, ate some amazing food, did loads of walking tours and loved every minute of it.
- Kayleigh (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, comfortable beds, great facilities, spotless, couldn't fault at all
- Richard (8/5): Very good - Good location. Needs closet space
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gregory (7/5): Good location for us. We like staying near Frenchmen. Good value. - Very clean. Good location. You can't really use the courtyard. There is a coffee pot, microwave, and mini fridge, but only one spoon for the coffee, real lack of utensils, etc. Must wash in the bathroom sink.
- Scott (10/5): It was absolutely terrific, I loved every minute of my stay. After long days of walking, it felt like home. I was so com - Setting, amenities, comfortable and cozy My only complaint would be to have some sort of place for makeup,
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashley (10/5): Loved our stay here! -
- Mary (10/5): We would stay here again. - Very comfortable space. Bed super comfortable. Location is great!! Easy in and out with codes. Quiet street but very near the Frenchman St. action. Nothing!
- Sara (10/5): We really enjoyed our time here! Great location, helpful, friendly host felt very safe. - Loved the location, and the uniqueness of the layout. Our host Maureen, was amazing! She was right there when I called her we had an issue getting into front gate. And then we all chatted for a bit and that was lovely! Bonus it’s right next to Ruby slipper, which is yummy and have friendly staff! The only thing I would say is shower handle was a little hard to get on, and crack in tub, but other than that was excellent!
