• Miriam (6/5): A bit disappointing - The location was excellent for our purposes, and so was the welcome. The person who welcomed us was helpful and gave us directions when we asked him.He also offered to help with anything else we might need. The beds were comfortable. Smell of something chemical (spray?) in the room and bathroom. There was no net on the window, so we couldn't open it, because when we did, a pigeon flew in and at night there were mosquitos, so we didn't sleep so well. When we came into the room, there was an empty plastic bottle on the floor, which made us wonder how well the room was cleaned. As I said, the smell in the room and the bathroom, and that of the bedsheets wasn't very inviting...
• Maria (6/5): Insgesamt empfehlenswert, aber Sauberkeit - Das Frühstück war solide gut, der Kaffee super, das Personal bemüht - angesprochene Dinge die nicht optimal waren, wurden in den meisten Fällen recht bald umgesetzt, die Lage war sehr gut und nahe an der Altstadt, das Personal freundlich und insgesamt das Zimmer solide. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und bemüht, nicht immer zielführend oder abschließend. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers hätte besser sein können. Bett und Handtücher waren frisch und das Zimmer auch gekehrt etc das Bad war in Ordnung, aber hätte dennoch eine ordentliche Grundreinigung vertragen, die Rohre gehören gesäubert (beim Duschen kam Wasser aus dem Abfluss neben der Wanne). Das Frühstück wurde in den letzten 4 Tagen nicht mehr gegeben, weil einziger Gast, was verständlich ist, allerdings war die Kommunikation dazu 1,5 Tage vorher etwas kurzfristig und durch die Booking Buchung war dann eine Erstattung offenbar schwierig.

• Ngo (9/5): Great stay and loved the simplicity of the morning breakfast. - Quiet and welcoming, had a nice quiet time and it’s walkable to everything. You get plenty of soap and have your own fridge. The coffee and tea was in the common area. The bathroom ceiling and bathroom window just need a bit of scrubbing to clean a few parts of dust and stuff. Wish there was an iron and ironing board to iron my clothes. I would gladly trade the fridge for an iron and ironing board.

• Mandy Kent (7/5): Comfortable and convenient - The location is very convenient for me as it’s near to my family. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable and there is a fridge. The hotel used to be friendly but has become very impersonal, no one on reception and just texts to communicate.

It is centrally located. price was good. It was safe, and the staff is always responsive through whatsapp. The breakfasts provided daily are very ample. In general for those on a budget, this is an excellent hotel choice. washroom was a bit small. could have used an additional blanket for when it got cold during the night.

• Jeffrey (9/5): a good place to crash for a 1 or 2 day visit to Jerusalem - We chose the property based on price and location (fwalking distance to downtown, the shuk, library and museum. Parking a bit of a hassle, eventually solved. Would be helpful if they provided a map of the streets within a 200 m radius noting which had paid or free parking not limited to those with resident permits.

• S (9/5): Ich kann dieses Hotel für einen Städtetrip nur weiterempfehlen, - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Verständigung war ausgezeichnet. Bedingt durch einen Defekt im Bad bekam ich auf Nachfrage ohne Zögern ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen. Da das Haus nicht ständig besetzt ist, bekommt man trotzdem alle notwendigen Informationen sehr aktuell über whats app mitgeteilt - ein guter Service! Das Hotel ist zwar recht einfach gehalten, es fehlt jedoch an gar nichts, Mein Einzelzimmer war zudem ausreichend ausgestattet und in der Größe ok. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker und man kann sogar auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, um die die Stadt von dort aus zu Fuss zu erkunden. Auch eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt am Haus. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut stimmig.

• helene (8/5): Hôtel familial très bien placé - L'emplacement est idéal. L'hôtel est familial. La chambre est de taille correcte et équipée correctement. Le petit déjeuner est varié et il ne manque rien. Le personnel est sympathique et arrangeant. La propreté est limite et la salle de bain un peu vétuste. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée est un peu sombre.

Anweisungen und Kommunikation war super. - Sehr Reichhaltiges Frühstück, viele Salate, Pflanzenmilch vorhanden Für Müsliesser war nicht viel dabei. Zumindest zwei Obstsorten an allen Tagen und Müsli wären Toll gewesen. Habe mir Müsli und Erdnussbutter im Geschäft besorgt.

The hotel was v tired and the hallway and outside facilities unkept. I think for the current state of the hotel it was a little over priced.

• Lori (3/5): Big mistake staying here. Only recommended if staying to attend the synagogue next door. - Nothing Bed was extremely hard. Baathroom had lots of black mold. No curtain for little window in bathroom - others could see in. Loud noise coming from next door synagogue some nights. Other room possibility just as bad. Breakfast was strange, not enough breakfast type options, no catering to gluten-free options even when asked far in advance.

• Avery (8/5): A lovely place in a lovely neighbourhood. - Very easy to access the room. It's also Shabbat-friendly. The breakfast could have had a little more variety, including non-dairy milk for the lactose-intolerant. But otherwise the breakfasts were fine.
