• Sophie (4/5): Will not suit everyone - The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had several issues and left the property early but the owners were kind enough to issue a refund despite policy. The large TV was a nice touch. I ended up only staying 3 out of 6 nights I had booked and found a different hotel instead. The condition of the room is very very poor, the wallpaper and ceiling panels were falling apart, there was sticky tape all around the room holding things together. The AC remote didn't work properly, so I had to climb on a chair and manually plug it to turn it on or off. My biggest issue is that the advertised windows in some rooms are fake and lead directly to a brick wall. This, combined with the dirty/stuffy vibe of the room will NOT suit someone who may be claustrophobic. The room was also very humid and poorly ventillated. Each day that I returned back everything in the room including my clothes had a damp feeling. The location is good in terms of access but the streets around feel very dirty and sketchy, and I did not feel comfortable at all walking around alone. Check it out on google maps street view to make sure it's your kind of vibe. The redeeming factor here was honestly how nice the hosts were, so if you're not too fussed about the condition of the room I would say go for it. Absolutely request a room that has a functioning window.

In addition there is no operating windows in the rooms, they are directly facing a wall even if they are there giving no sunlight or fresh air.

• Burkhard (4/5): Avoid - health hazard (mould) - Location was okay. The room was mouldy and didn’t ventilate. No bathroom ventilation at all. Aircon couldn’t handle the moisture. Accessible only through open roof floor. Stairways were a completely uneven and a major slipping hazard.

J'ai eu un problème avec la machine à laver, le personnel a répondu rapidement sur whatsapp et sur le chat de booking. Mérite des rénovations. Propreté à peine passable. Murs délabrés, insonorisation inexistante. Vous pouvez entendre vos voisins toussé et éternué. Pas de fenêtre.

• Vashti (6/5): Affordable but noisy - The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff when we met them briefly were very nice. Location was decent, near subway, shops, market and dozens of restaurants. It was very affordable. We were on the top floor room 301. The bathroom had no ventilation. There was a constant noise from the nearby air conditioner units that continued 24/7 not very quiet at all. On our third night a new machine noise joined in which sounded similar to a washing machine on spin cycle, it was REALLY loud and went on all night, earplugs didn’t help at all. I had previously asked to be moved but apparently they were full. It was awful. I don’t know what the noise would be like on the lower floors, but do not stay on the top floor unless you sleep like you’re in a coma. Apart from that it was good and very affordable.

The Host is very nice and makes sure you feel welcome unfortunately there were no power outlets in the bathroom of my room, so I could't use shaver or hair dryer. it would be great if the propety could borrow some extender cord

• Maria (8/5): Uma estadia simples, mas boa - Localização excelente, já que fica bem perto do metrô, de lojas e restaurantes locais. O quarto é simples, mas atende a todas as necessidades, com geladeira, ar condicionado e aquecedor. A cozinha é bem equipada, a lavanderia é gratuita e o café da manhã é satisfatório. Achei bem seguro também, já que precisa de um código para abrir a porta do hostel depois das 18h. Para falar a verdade, não gostei do chuveiro, pois era acoplado à pia e molha o banheiro todo, mas isso é uma preferência pessoal, nada que impactasse a minha experiência e me impedisse de me hospedar lá de novo. O hostel tem várias escadas, o que pode ser ruim para pessoas com problemas de mobilidade, então sugiro pedir que seja colocado em um quarto do térreo, caso necessário.

• Alex (5/5): Great location - The location is very good: close to the metro, bus stops, and many shops and pharmacies, which makes it very convenient. The shared kitchen was a pleasant surprise — it is clean, well-equipped, and always maintained in good condition. There is also a free luggage scale available, which is a very useful detail. However, the room I stayed in (210) was disappointing. The door handle was in poor condition, the floor was dirty, and there was a thick layer of dust under the bed. Parts of the floor and walls were swollen, and the overall renovation quality seemed very poor. There were also some strange details, like a random pink basket above the TV, which made the room look untidy. There is a mini fridge that works well, but the air conditioner was very dirty, so I didn’t want to use it. When I arrived, the windows were closed, and since the bathroom is open-style, the room felt stuffy and had an unpleasant smell. The window only opens a few centimeters and faces a wall, so proper ventilation is almost impossible. The lighting in the room is good, with different light options. The bathroom itself is okay and the water pressure is strong, but when showering, debris comes up from the drain, which is unpleasant. Also, the bathroom entrance is very low, and I hit my head several times. I would recommend bringing your own slippers, as the provided ones are not disposable. The towels are very small and not suitable for full use.

We requested a room where my sister could get some fresh air, and they arranged a suitable room for us. Front door has lock that is good for safety. The place was exactly as shown in the photos and met my expectations.

• Kawase (4/5): 安かろう悪かろうです - スタッフが優しい エアコンも浴室のドアもがカビだらけで体調を崩した。下水にニオイも酷い。毎晩マスクをしないと寝られなかった。タオルもハンドタオルが毎日一枚だけ。一人でも狭かったですが、スーツケースはギリギリ開けます。ホテルなら普通あるであろうペットボトルの水もなく、共用スペースにウォーターサーバーがあるだけ。今まで泊まったホテルでワースト３に入ります。

• Елена (7/5): Хороший хостел для отдыха - Хостел находиться в одной минуте ходьбы от метро Jongo5 ga. Было очень тихо. Достаточно большая ванная комната. Лично видела, как персонал мыл полы, но при заезде в комнате были длинные черные волосы( вероятно уборщица не пылесосит перед влажной уборкой). Чистая зона общественной кухни. Где можно приготовить еду, есть все необходимые кухонные принадлежности. Завтрак входит в стоимость, кофе, чай, хлопья и тосты, йогурт и сок. По соотношению цена качество хороший хостел. Дружелюбный персонал. Не работала стиральная машина

• MINORI (7/5): コスパ最強、設備はまあまぁ - 空港バスのバス停も地下鉄駅も近く、立地がよかったです。 部屋が広く、スーツケースを広げやすかったです。 無料貸し出ししてもらえる変換器等あって便利でした。 荷物の無料預かりがあってよかったです。 1人部屋に4泊、2人部屋に3泊で1週間滞在しました。 1人部屋の方は下水の匂いなのか、かなり匂いが気になりました。ベッド横の壁が汚くて触りたくなかったです。 2人部屋の方はぱっと見綺麗で匂いはありませんでしたが、玄関の壁がカビで真っ黒になっていて怖かったです。 また、ドアノブやタオル掛けが取れていたり、窓が壊れていたりするのに、修理していないのが気になります。 302、303号室は屋上にあり、一度外に出なければ部屋に入れなかったです。雪が降っている日に宿泊したので不便に感じました。(積もった時に雪かきはしてくれていました) 床暖はありますが、冬の宿泊は少し寒いです。 暖房の調節が自分でできる仕組みがあればよかったと思います。 タオルが小さいタオル1枚のみだったので、大きいタオルもあったらよかったです。 また、タオルは自分で部屋番号の書かれた棚から持ってくるタイプでしたが、新しいタオルが置かれていない日がありました。
• Ceren (7/5): - For the price I liked it a lot, you are right next to Jongo 5-ga station and there is a bus stop next to it. It is a bit hard to get here at first by taxi as it will bring you from the other side and the hotel is in a alleyway that is not accesible by car but if you let the taxi drop you off at the metro station it’s only a 1 minute walk. The staff is incredibly nice she even walked with me to the airport bus stop to help bring my luggages because I was alone and had to carry 3 luggages on my own. This is something that did not bother me much, but if you are very sensitive to noise please keep in mind that the walls are quite thin and you will be able to hear a lot of noise like people coming in out of their rooms, walking in the hallways, talking etc. It did not bother me that much as I am not much of a light sleeper but on days it did I just put earplugs in that they provided. One thing that bothered me a bit was that the window was facing the other building so it didnt have much of a function and the room had no proper daylight through the ‘window’ so it would be really dark and I couldn’t really tell if it was morning or not because of it lol.

• Fiona (9/5): Good value, I recommend - Located in a quiet street. The staff is useful. There is a water distributor (hot/cold) at the breakfast area where you can access 24/7. The room is spacious also the bathroom (conditionner, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste and brosh included) and the beds are comfortable. The Tv is working well, you can stream Netflix etc… It’s was very quiet. Good location, near every subway station to get every where in Seoul or by walk by the underground shopping center to avoid the freezing temperatures. Breakfast is ridiculous, to sweet. The heating wasn’t so bad but the room was pretty cold, nothing comparable to the exterior but (we where at the rooftop rooms) our door overlooks at outside

No es como parece en las fotos, esta todo un poquito viejo. La ventana da a una pared y en nuestro caso, que nos toco la primera habitación, se oía a través de la puerta cada vez que pasaba gente. Le colcha era muy pequeña para dos personas.
• TATSUYUKI (5/5): コスト重視を最優先であれば◎ - やっぱり一番は値段かな。それ以外は地下鉄の駅に近いところ。治安は一見悪く思う所に立地しているが大丈夫でした。あとは有名なタッカンマリの店に近いので朝イチを狙って行けば待ち時間が少なく入店ができること。コンビニは少し離れたところにCUと7-ELEVENがあります。 あくまでもHOSTELです。HOTELではありません。その点を理解すれば非常にリーズナブルに宿泊できます。そこを理解できなければ利用しない方が得策です。具体的には浴槽はない、少し下水の臭いがする、トイレットペーパーは便器に流すことができない、スタッフは常駐していない、連泊中は部屋清掃はしない等日本のビジネスホテル並みのサービスは期待してはダメです。
