• YIGIT (6/5): Very Disappointing Experience. - The location was excellent. The kitchen was very practical and well equipped. Despite being in a very touristic area, we felt safe and comfortable in terms of security. The check‑in process is unacceptable. We arrived at 13:00 with two large suitcases and were not even allowed to enter the building. We were told to pay €26 extra for early check‑in, otherwise the door would not be opened. Waiting outside with luggage for hours is not acceptable. On top of that, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Despite the high price due to the location, you end up sleeping on a fold‑out bed from a closet or a sofa bed. Proper rest is impossible — we checked out with back pain. Central location, but I would never stay here again.

• Matthew (8/5): - Location! Step out the door right onto Puerta del Sol. Clean, compact apartment. Nice balcony to the rear. The lift is quite noisy during the night as it is located on the other side of the apartment wall. Too many lights from appliances in the apartment at night. Sofa a little uncomfortable.

• Castillo (9/5): Bastante agradable en líneas generales para el precio y la buena ubicación - Bastante cómodo, tiene calefacción lo cual en la fecha que viajamos es muy importante, todo funcionaba según lo indicado en la descripción, la ubicación muy buena justo frente a la plaza el sol, a pesar de esto no se escucha el ruido externo, así que excelente para descansar y el personal responde súper rápido resolviendo cualquier contratiempo Las sábanas estaban con algunos pelos, sobre todo la del sofá cama como que no las habían cambiado y tiene ascensor desde el primer piso hasta el piso 5 y el apartamento está en el piso 6 por lo que deben tomar en cuenta para subir primero desde planta baja al primer piso y del 5to al 6to con las maletas, además yo viaje con un bebé pequeño

• Reina Pozo (5/5): - La ubicación La verificación de identidad no estaba en ESPAÑOL. Tuve varias veces problemas de acceso los cuales solucionaron. No pude ver TV el domingo y no pudieron solucionarlo.
• Belinda (10/5): Una estancia cómoda y agradable - Del alojamiento me gustó la ubicación que es excelente , la limpieza ,la comodidad de la cama y del sofá cama eran súper cómodos. Las almohadas eran súper cómodas, soy una persona que le cuesta dormir fuera de casa debido a las almohadas y la verdad que parecía estar en casa . Lo que no me gustó es que iba con dos carritos de un bebé y una niña de 4 años y para subir ala primera planta tenía que coger en peso los dos carritos, porque el ascensor estaba ahí, en la primera planta. Y al llegar ala 6 planta que era nuestro apartamento igual un tramo de escaleras .
• Bruno (9/5): Excelente Ubicación, y precio calidad - La ubicación es excelente (en medio de la plaza del Sol) y a pesar de ello, el depto es súper silencioso. El equipamiento y la limpieza todo muy bien. Para llegar al depto, hay que hacer 2 tramos por escalera (un piso al principio hasta llegar al ascensor y otro piso desde el ascensor al departamento). Esto no está bueno si venis en vuelo internacional con maletas pesadas como en nuestro caso. La cama es rebatible y de mala calidad estructural, y queda super encajonada. Hay uno que duerme contra la pared (pegado) y tiene que deslizarse hasta el pie de cama para salir. Los anfitriones dejan bastante que desear. Con meses de antelación solicitamos early check-in. Siempre nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar a estar mas cerca del viaje. Cuando llego esa fecha no nos contactaron mas y eso hizo que estemos muchas horas de madrugada en la calle con las maletas. Luego nos dijeron que podríamos haber pagado el early check-in, lo que nos puso furiosos porque era lo que veníamos preguntando hacía meses.
• Izabela (7/5): Amplasare exceptionala, conditii acceptabile. - Amplasare exceptionala, foarte aproape de metrou si de multe puncte turistice de interes. Foarte curat. Locuinta echipata cu tot ce ai nevoie (plita electrica, cuptor, masina de spalat, aparat de cafea, cana electrica, mixer, cuptor cu microunde, uscator de par, vase pentru gatit, vesela, etc). Exceptional location, very close to the metro and many tourist attractions. Very clean. The house is equipped with everything you need (electric stove, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, electric mug, blender, microwave, hair dryer, cooking utensils, dishes, etc.). Nu este un apartament, este o singura camera, pret mare/noapte. Intre bucatarie si camera nu exista usa. La anumite intervale de timp, frigiderul scoate un zgolot deranjant, sesizabil mai ales in timpul noptii si accentuat de lipsa usii. Desi baia arata impecabil, persista un miros de canal/canalizare, oricat de mult se aeriseste incaperea. Usa de la intrare nu are prag, nu se inchide ermetic si permite intrarea aerului rece de afara. In camera se afla doua paturi (canapele), cea in care am dormit fiind foarte aproape de usa. Nu ar strica un remodeling al spatiului. Aerul conditionat setat sa se opreasca la anumite intervale de timp. Destul de frig in camera, aparatul de aer conditionat nu face fata. It is not an apartment, it is a single room, high price/night. There is no door between the kitchen and the room. At certain intervals, the refrigerator makes a disturbing noise, noticeable especially during the night and accentuated by the lack of a door. Although the bathroom looks impeccable, a sewer/sewer smell persists, no matter how much the room is ventilated. The entrance door has no threshold, does not close tightly and allows cold air from outside to enter. There are two beds (sofa beds) in the room, the one I slept in being very close to the door. A remodeling of the space would not hurt. The air conditioner is set to turn off at certain intervals. It's quite cold in the room, the air conditioner can't cope.

• Bogdan (10/5): We will be back for sure. - The room was spacious and very clean, bathroom also, and the kitchen was fully equipped.
• Tibor (10/5): Csak ajánlani tudok - Az apartman elhelyezkedése,tisztasága,felszereltsége, kényelme. Az egyszerű belépés az apartmanban. Bár van egy hátulűtője..(ha hirtelen ötlettől vezérelve, leszaladok a boltba,telefon azaz kód nélkül, hogy megyek be) Hogy a szemetet nekünk kellett eltakarítani. Hogy lehűlt a levegő ês fáztunk mert az inverteres klímát nem tudtuk fűtésre állítani, mert a távirányítónak csak a tartója volt a falon, a falon lévő hőfokszabályozó 27 fokra állítva is hideget fújt a klíma. Hogy 18 €-t még elkértek a nem olcsó díj mellé. Kicsinyesnek tartottam, nem méltó a szálláshoz.
• Jefferson (7/5): - The room was nice, clean, and comfortable for our stay. We were three people checking in — it’s ideal for two, but the sofa bed worked fine for the third person. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Puerta del Sol, close to shops, restaurants, and all the sights. The apartment is on the 6th floor, but the lift only goes up to the 5th, and there are also stairs from the ground floor to reach the lift — not ideal with big luggage. Since the area is a no-car zone, you’ll have to carry your bags from the taxi drop-off point. We checked in at 2:30 PM but still had to pay for early check-in, as the codes only work from 3 PM — it would have been nice if it were complimentary since the room was already ready.

• Mustafa (9/5): Center of Madrid - Perfect location, the center of Madrid. It is roof flat with a small balcony if you are a smoker. Not so luxury but has all the amenties that you would require. Thanks for the coffee pods. Good price for the location and the service. I would stay again in my next trips. You have to make sure that you open the apartments door and the exit door together before exiting the apartment, once the apartment door is closed you cannot open the exit door.

• Łukasz (8/5): Very good - Very good location, clean interior, quiet inside. Automatic air refreshner activating every 30 minutes and spraying awful toilet like scent all over the apartment. WiFi code worked only for one of four our devices, very loud fridge that woke us up a couple of times.
• Ferney (9/5): Convenient and clean with a great location. - I had a positive experience at this apartment located right across from Sol station. The location is fantastic, making it easy to get around. The place was very quiet and clean. It had everything I needed, including kitchenware, clean bedsheets, and towels. Although the host provides a code to open the main gate and doors, having to download an app may be problematic, especially if you are using mobile data. Having said that, I must add that I didn't have any issues opening or closing doors.

• Harley (7/5): Almost great. - Great location! Near transportation hub and many good restaurants. Within walking distance of a great supermarket in a large mall. It is directly on the Sol Square that has a great deal of interesting things for visitors. Our apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Elevator only goes from second to fifth floor. We were on the sixth. Bathroom door did not shut properly. Couch was very uncomfortable. The cushions slid forward while you sit on them. No clothes dryer. Balcony only looks out on other balconies in a very small square. Bring a sleeping mask because of the multiple green LED lights in the ceiling that face the bed.

Cleanliness was top notch. Kitchen small but well equipped. Similarly for the entire apartment. For the price, top notch. I really didn't have any major concerns. The bed was pretty small but it worked.

• Lynn-li (10/5): Nice apartment - Location! Right in Sol within walking distance to the main attractions and lots of shops and cafes/restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious, with a huge fridge, microwave, washing machine (note: tumble dryer but drying rack provided), toaster, coffee machine. I was given a link that was meant to enable unlocking of the door and gates using mobile but the link kept showing invalid, but as backup I was also provided a code to unlock them manually which was totally fine too :) I think the airconditioner was programmed to turn off automatically either after a period of time or when there’s inactivity. This was very uncomfortable and disruptive at night in summer as I kept waking up in sweat every 2-3 hours needing to turn the aircon on again.

• Lisa (10/5): We would return to Madrid and stay at this location. - The location was fantastic. It sits right in Puerta del Sol so walking to all of the major attractions in the area is very doable. Despite being in the middle of the action, the apartment was quiet once you were inside. It had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our need to drop our bags before checking time. We would definitely return. The location could not be better.

The aircon was on a timer and would cut out in the middle of the night when the temperature was 37degrees. There were 44 steps to negotiate with a sore knee and luggage. The washing machine would only work on one cycle.

So clean and has everything you could possibly need! :) Only very minor things, no full length mirror and just as a warning to anyone else there’s a full flight of steps before the elevator so if you’re travelling on your own in heels and a 30kg suitcase it’s not easy! But apart from that everything else was perfect! :)
• Deborah (9/5): Fantastic apartment in a beautiful city - The location was fantastic. The response to any query we sent was prompt and helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would most definitely stay there again. It would have been nice if there was somewhere to store our case on the last day as we had a late flight. We hadn't realised the release for both outside doors was before the first door and therfore one day got stuck in between the doors.

• Silvija (9/5): Lovely and cozy apartment with an attractive location - Lovely apartment with spacious beds. Overall really good equipped kitchen and bathroom. Location is perfectly situated, majority site seeings are a 10-20 min of walk. Metro station is 2 min away. Wifi information was not displayed, we have arrived to the apartment at early evening and we have not received wifi pass until early evening.
• Chi (9/5): Excellent! - Apartment was spanking clean en location was A+++ If there would be coffee cups, it would be all complete. But this is a very very minor thing.

• Paul (9/5): Location perfect, cleaning was superb. - The location was perfect. The only item we had was the AC had one speed for the fan, low. But everything else was perfect. The host made certain we were comfortable and took care off us. AC fan speed needs a bump of a notch or two. I am from a mostly cold climate and my wife from a very warm place. She felt it was too slow.
