- Cornella (10/5): Excelente. - Muy conformes con la atención brindada por Antonio y la señora de limpieza, ambos muy amables y atentos. Si bien la ubicación se encuentra a unos 20 minutos del centro, es realmente placentero tener el mar enfrente y poder disfrutar de esa vista increíble todos los días. La habitación estaba impecable: cómoda, espaciosa, con una muy buena cama, balcón con vista al mar, hamaca y una heladerita ideal para guardar bebidas. La limpieza se podía solicitar sin costo adicional; en nuestro caso la pedimos solo un día, ya que no lo consideramos necesario diariamente, y el servicio fue excelente. En general, fue una estadía muy cómoda, tranquila y segura. Como aspectos negativos, la ubicación resulta bastante alejada del centro, lo que hace que volver de noche sea un poco inseguro. Además, durante la estadía no contamos con agua caliente para bañarnos, lo cual fue un inconveniente importante.

- Lupe (9/5): Great place to stay on San Andres. - We really loved the warm welcome of Antonio. The kitchen was well equipped. There was some closet space in the room. Due to the location you would often have to go through the town, which is quite busy.

Tinha cozinha liberada para uso, fica um pouco longe do centro mas nada que uns minutos de caminhada não resolvesse. Não tinha água quente.
- Valencia (1/5): Property asked for off-platform payment despite credit card guarantee with Booking.com - I am leaving this review to document my experience for future guests. Booking.com clearly presents payment terms upfront, including options to pay a deposit or pay at the property, with a credit card used as a guarantee. My reservation was confirmed under those conditions, and my credit card was provided through Booking.com as required. After confirmation, the property asked me to send payment directly to their personal bank account in Colombia and shared bank transfer details. This request is outside Booking.com’s recommended payment process, which advises guests to keep all payments within the platform to retain customer protections and recourse. Paying via personal bank transfer would have left me with no protection if the booking were canceled or not honored. These requests were communicated to me via WhatsApp, and I have written records. When I declined, I was told I was being “complicated” and that it was “easy” for other guests to send the money. I then canceled the reservation. After the cancellation, the property informed me that they no longer had availability, despite the dates having previously been confirmed. Had I sent money outside the platform, I would have had no mechanism to recover those funds. I am sharing this so future travelers understand that Booking.com already provides secure payment options, and requests to pay via personal bank transfer or move bookings off-platform represent a material change to the booking terms. Travelers should proceed with caution.

Le foto della struttura sono vecchie o ritoccate, il mare di fronte non è balneabile. L'unica finestra presente in camera da su una parete di cimento. E in bagno presenza di uno scarafaggio.

He went above and beyond with information and gave recommendations and contacts for scooter hire and tours on the island. The room was spacious, quiet, one of the best beds I’ve slept in and the room was kept cool by the air conditioner. The property had a great kitchen with everything provided to cook and is a short 20 minutes walk to town. Thank you Antonio. Highly recommend. Nothing

- Sofia Jimenez (10/5): A good place to spend your free time and get to know SAI. - I love the Location and Mr. Antonio was definitely very good host, always attentive to all our needs. We are truly grateful. I really liked the tranquility, the close proximity to everything, and the easy access to the beaches and downtown. The ocean view from the front of the house, and especially the beautiful sunset.
- NatMonAvi (9/5): Con sentido hogareño. - La casa es muy linda y fresca con una hermosa vista al mar, la habitación es espaciosa, la cama muy comoda, tiene una terraza techada pero no se si es por seguridad tiene una reja que no permite buena visibilidad del mar que esta al frente, los espacios en general son cómodos y limpios. La atención del anfitrión fue excelente. Más que no gustarme, creo que la casa podría tener algunos mantenimientos de pintura y cuidar de fugas de agua en el lavamanos, cuidar más el jardín de al frente para que de una sensación de bienestar.

- Stephanie (9/5): Spacious rooms in lovely house a bit far from center - The house is big and feels very homey (owners live in the back in a property that is connected to the main house) the room was big and the bed comfortable with a spacious bathroom, the decor is nice and minimalistic but well though out. There is a shared kitchen (shared with rest of guests and owner) The little beach in front of the house is inaccesible, there's no sand, just big rocks and the sea there is very rough (the cleaning lady told us that a hurricane a few years ago took all the sand away and it is slowly coming back) so don't expect "beachfront vibes". The location is a bit far from the center and the main beaches and there isn't much around, so expect to walk 20-30+ min to the central area or rent a club car to move around the island. The house could use some maintenance, especially the outdoors are quite run down.

- Phillip (10/5): Amazing! Would definitely return. - We had a fantastic stay. The hotel / guest house is right on the water with a beautiful view of the blue waters. It is ~15 minute walk from the main area of the town, which we found to be perfect and is a very easy walk back at night. If you want an area that is quiet, but very close to the main beach (and a 3-5 minute walk from a supermarket and a few restaurants) this is the perfect place. The beds were comfortable and the manager was very attentive. No complaints at all. Rooms do not have a desk if you need to work, but there is a kitchen area with tables as well as an outdoor area (plus our room had a very comfortable hammock!)
