Le personnel est aux petits soins et plein de bon conseils. Ascenseur en panne pendant mon séjour. Ma chambre était au 3ème étage !

• Anaïs (4/5): Ne reviendra pas - Le prix 35€ le lit confortable mais je me suis réveillée avec un bras plein de boutons La chambre puer, poignée de douche cassée, elle n'était plus là. Bac a douche salle. La peinture tomber des murs dans la chambre. J'avais pris une chambre pour mes beau parents il y avait écrit lit double c'était 2 lit simple. Personnellement ça compte beaucoup car j'ai un bébé qui dort avec nous, donc ça ne m'aurait pas arrangé. Est pour finir le personnel ne parler pas français comme écrit dans la description. Ça ne me dérange pas car nous sommes dans un autre pays, mais n'écrivez pas cela.

• Victoria (6/5): I don't think I would return - Comfortable bed, good shower, BBC on the television. The man at reception was helpful in getting me signed on to wifi. The low rating is because health and safety issues override the good points. When I turned on the air-conditioning unit, I immediately started to sneeze uncontrollably and my head started to get congested. Thankfully the symptoms went away a few minutes after turning it off. If they had not, I would not have been able to stay. Also, it was not so warm that I really needed air-conditioning, but I like the fan noise to block sound from the road - and I couldn't do that. If it had been warmer outside, the room would not have been comfortable with the air. I didn't mention this to reception because I don't believe they would have understood based on our brief encounter at check in. When I went to check out (carrying my bags), they were cleaning the floor. There was quite a bit of water on the tile floor and the stairs down to reception and that could have been very dangerous. The room is also not quite as nice as the photos.

The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

• Simon (9/5): Clean, comfortable, good value - My go to budget accommodation in Casa. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and centrally located. There is ample hot water and there is also a small elevator. Like most budget hotels in Morocco hallway noise penetrates the room.

The bed was very comfortable too. The wifi was non-existent. I do not recommend if you rely on WiFi for work etc. We had to use our local sim data throughout.

Very hot water available in the showers. Cant complain for the room price but a fairly a decent place to sleep if you are too tired to bother other things in the room.
