• michela (2/5): Esperienza pessima - Appartamento grande e non lontano dal centro, self check in ben spiegato Viene fornita una sola chiave che apre sia la porta del palazzo che quella dell'appartamento, questo mi fa pensare, che tutti nel palazzo abbiano la stessa chiave. Appartamento visibilmente sporco, nel bagno presenti capelli nella doccia, rotoli di carta igienica terminati e lasciati nei cassetti, contenitori dei saponi vuoti e lasciati lì, un solo asciugamano ciascuno, tra l'altro avevano tutti delle macchie evidenti, non c'era nemmeno un tappeto per la doccia. Sul balcone erano presenti mozziconi di sigarette per terra, in cucina sotto il lavello c'era un secchio pieno di bottiglie vuote di birra, i piani d'appoggio erano tutti unti, nel congelatore c'era del cibo probabilmente di tutti quelli che c'erano stati prima, lo stesso vale per il frigorifero. Viene richiesto di lavare le stoviglie, ma non c'è nè il detersivo, nè dei teli per asciugare gli stessi.

Es machte einen bewohnten Eindruck, überall Sachen in den Kästen und benutzte Betten. Schmutzig. Geht gar nicht! Leider hat uns der Vermieter nicht stornieren lassen. Unseriös!!!

• Eva (10/5): Acogedora y repetiría - Precioso apartamento cerca de la ciudad de Rovaniemi. Apartamento muy limpio, camas bastante cómodas y muy buena decoración. El anfitrión estuvo en todo momento en contacto con nosotros para resolvernos cualquier duda. 10/10

• Anne (9/5): The apartment was warm and comfortable with great facilities - The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and lots of supplies. The bedroom was huge, lots of space and the layout of the living room worked really well. It was extremely cold when we were there with temperatures of -25° and lower but the apartment was lovely and cosy. The bathroom was very basic. The towels were poor quality and there were three bath towels but no hand towels at all.

• georgia (5/5): Need improvement. - Property has nice layout in bathroom and living room and second bedroom. Instruction to get into property was very clear. Living room is lovely space where we spent most of our time. When we arrived the key for outer door was same as front door so everyone in building has access with no inside lock on second door. When we arrived the kitchen was dirty and so was bathroom (photo evidence of this as well). On looking on second bedroom we found sheet were dirty and smelt of body. After contacting the owner we were informed they had cleaned themselves and only changed one of beds not both of them. As we were party of two not every two adults will sleep together in same bed ? I had paid for two bedroom apartment for reason so I do believe both beds need to change in this event. Lucky I had anti bacteria wipes in my suitcase so we cleaned the property ourselves late at night.

• Marika (8/5): - Vastinetta rahoille, siisti asunto, hyvät sängyt ja sopiva ohikulku-yöpymiseen, avaimet sai helposti. Pyyhkeet puuttui vaikka oli kuvauksessa, ja talous- ja wc paperia oli kovin vähän useammalle henkilölle. Jos nämäkin olis ollut ok niin arvosana olisi korkeampi.

• Tero (9/5): Mielellään uudestaan - Viihtyisä asunto mukavalla sijainnilla... Kaikki tarvittava löytyi... Lapset tykkäsivät omasta huoneestaan missä touhuta ja nukkua... Olohuoneesta löytyi mukava sänky ja televisio jossa mukavasti suoratoisto palveluita... Parvekkeelta näkyi hyvät maisemat... Kahvinjuojat jäivät kaipaamaan isompia kahvikuppeja, ja leipojat muovisia leivonta-astioita...😊

• J. Garcia (10/5): Apartamento acogedor 😃 - El apartamento es muy acogedor. Nosotros únicamente pasamos una noche, pero había todas las comodidades de una casa habitada, con lo que para pasar unos días allí está muy bien. Para llegar es necesario ir en coche, está un poco alejado del centro.

• Agnese (8/5): Il soggiorno in questo appartamento a Rovaniemi è stato molto piacevole e confortevole - L’appartamento era davvero molto spazio e confortevole per tutta la famiglia, sia le camere, che la cucina che il bagno con una particolare cura dei dettagli nell’arredamento, in un posto tranquillo e immerso nel verde. Rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria e dei bus ed anche rispetto al centro di Rovaniemi la posizione non è molto comoda ne molto servita dai mezzi pubblici. Nonostante questo, a parte qualche disguido per il trasporto delle valigie, la passeggiata nel verde e nel quartiere per raggiungere l’appartamento è molto piacevole, tra alberi e case in stile finlandese.

• Irene (8/5): Overall good - Great location and there were all the facilities needed in the apartment. Some closets in the kitchen where not very clean. There was old food in them and very messy. Fridge also not clean. Toilet floor not very clean either.. And it would have been nice to have a sweeper/ dryer for the wet floor like there is usually in showers so it doesn't stay wet.
