• Sara (5/5): Niente di che - Posizione e contesto, parcheggio Colazione pessima, stanza minuscola con pochissimi confort.
• Meysa (4/5): - Tesis kocaman bir bahçede yer alıyor ve güzel bir binası var. Son anda tuttuğumuz için uygun fiyatlıydı, bahçesine girdiğimizde lüks görünmesine şaşırdık. Lobi vs de çok güzeldi. Ancak odaya girdiğimizde hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Duvarlar eski, boyalar dökülüyordu. Banyo gerçekten kirli ve çok çok eksiydi. Duşakabinde derz aralarında ve tuvalette eskimekten dolayı biriken kirler ve kireçler vardı. Asla bir daha tercih etmem.

• Babić (7/5): Dobar - Izvana prekrasan hotel sa lijepim zajedničkim prostorijama. Predivan i miran okoliš. Odličan doručak i uslužno osoblje. Prtljagu smo također mogli ostaviti u hotelu jer nam je let bio kasnije navečer. Boravili smo u niskobuđetnoj sobi te mogućnost rezervacije drugih soba nije bila moguća ,sve unaprijed bilo je zauzeto.Cijena je previsoka za takvu sobu i do njih ni ne vozi hotelski lift . Kad se popnete na kat cjelokupni dojam izgleda otužno.Zidovi nisu izolirani te smo imali smo nepriliku slušati svađu iz susjedne sobe koja je potrajala .

• ANGELOS (3/5): - Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο σαν κτήριο και υποδομές. Ειδικά στον χώρο υποδοχής είναι πολύ εντυπωσιακό. Αξιόλογο πρωινό. Το δωμάτιό μας καθαρίστηκε μόνο την πρώτη ημέρα. Τις επόμενες 2 ημέρες της διαμονής μας και ενώ τοποθετούσαμε το καρτελάκι "please make up my room" δεν μπήκε η υπηρεσία καθαρισμού. Και ενώ το είπαμε την πρώτη ημέρα στην ρεσεψιόν το ίδιο συνέβη και την επόμενη μέρα. Το αποτέλεσμα σε 4 βραδιές διαμονής που κλείσαμε συνολικά το δωμάτιό μας καθαρίστηκε μόνο την πρώτη ημέρα, τα σεντόνια δεν αλλάχτηκαν ποτέ ούτε η τουαλέτα είχε απολυμανθεί. Τα σκουπίδια στον κάδο δεν μαζεύτηκαν ποτέ. Τα μόνα που αλλάχτηκαν ήταν οι πετσέτες κατόπιν δική μας απαίτησης, το βράδυ όταν γυρνούσαμε. Το δωμάτιο μας επίσης ήθελε ανακαίνιση, είχε σημάδια εγκατάλειψης. Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που το επισκευτόμαστε μετά από μερικά χρόνια. Την πρώτη φορά ήταν όλα καλά γιαυτό και το επιλέξαμε ξανά, αλλά κρίμα δυστυχώς νιώσαμε απογοήτευση.

• Rosa (10/5): - The place was overall good, would have been better if it had a swimming pool. The breakfast is a must, especially if you want more than a croissant and small coffee. The location is about 10 min from the metro/subway, but overall far from famous venues. I would stay there again as it was overall a good first trip to Italy. Face-to-face.

• Guest (5/5): Promedio - El desayuno muy bueno y variado pero no incluido en nuestro caso, así como tampoco 2 camas individuales y/o por lo menos una cama suficiente grande con división para 2 personas y como en dos ocasiones les pedí directamente antes de nuestra llegada. En el momento del registro se nos informó que por culpa de quien hizo la reserva tenÍamos la habitación más económica del hotel, por no decir la más incómoda por su tamaño y por la estrechez de su ducha ! Tampoco queda cerca del centro como dice su publicidad.. 🤔 La ducha, la cama, la pequeñez de la habitación, su ubicación alejada del centro..

• Paulo Victor (10/5): 2 hôtels au même endroit : quelle différence ! - Le rapport qualité/prix, le parking à l'intérieur et l'abondance du petit-déjeuner sont les points forts pour moi. J'ai repris le même hôtel TH la nuit suivante, mais sans passer par Hotiday, car il n'y avait plus de disponibilité, mais le prix était le double, et le service et la qualité de la chambre étaient vraiment inférieure. Bravo à Hotiday !

• Davide (9/5): Una delle due stanze aveva un odore piuttosto forte di umidità. Non avendo segnalato il problema in reception, non posso - Ho prenotato due stanze tramite Hotiday, ma il soggiorno è avvenuto presso il Carpegna Palace ****. La struttura è elegante e ben tenuta, in pieno stile quattro stelle. Le aree comuni sono ampie e curate, il personale è professionale e disponibile. Mi sembra che Hotiday sia un brand “interno” alla struttura, forse con stanze meno lussuose, ma comunque più che dignitose. L’esperienza complessiva è stata molto positiva. Le stanze (situate nel sottotetto) erano spaziose, confortevoli e ben arredate. Ottima l’accoglienza e la flessibilità: ci è stato permesso di accedere al parcheggio e agli spazi comuni anche prima del check-in e dopo il check-out. Molto utile a Roma, il parcheggio è gratuito, recintato e chiuso, anche se non custodito. Bellissimi gli spazi esterni, con giardino e bar, molto piacevoli da vivere. Il ristorante interno ha prezzi onesti per un quattro stelle. Molto apprezzato il check-out alle 12, che consente di godersi la mattinata con calma. La metro dista circa 6-7 minuti a piedi.

• Orsini (9/5): Soggiornato un giorno a Roma - Mi hanno assegnata ad una struttura convenzionata TH Hotel che si trova in Posizione tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina all'Aurelia, bella location facile da raggiungere anche a piedi in pochi minuti dalla stazione metro Cornelia, camera ampia, pulita e ordinata, Mi è stata assegnata una camera al quarto piano che è pur essendo spaziosa è un po' scomoda perche poi bassa e le persone un po' più alte potrebbe trovare delle difficoltà, doccia un po' piccola bisogna prendere bene le misure, poco insonorizzata, Mi sono capitati dei vicini di camera un po' rumorosi e quando parlavano al telefono mi sembra fossero nella mia stessa stanza, devo precisare che la cifra del soggiorno veniva proposta ad una cifra un po' più conveniente rispetto al prezzo stabdard

• Pawel (2/5): A scam , a robbery in a daylight - The building, seen from the outside, actually looks fine — which makes the experience inside all the more disappointing. The entire concept feels like a scam — a classic honey trap. There are two hotels within the facility. The first one appears decent and seems to offer good value for the price. However, the second one, named Hotiday, tells a different story. It’s located on the top floor, tucked away in the attic. The whole floor resembles a two-star hotel in a developing country. The rooms are cramped, with tiny ceiling windows, and the air conditioning unit is so loud that it’s nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the breakfast is terrible — low-quality ingredients, very limited options, and poorly prepared. It’s definitely not worth including in your booking.

The staff at the entry gate were very nice and helpful.Check in staff upon arrival was very rude and unprofessional, a young petite lady that wanted to talk me out of my included breakfast, stated that it wasn't included, which i showed her the receipt of my payment.The portion of fee that was to be paid on site was $68.00 she said it was 75.00 Euro which we paid because we arrived at night and was very exhausted. My room was not cleaned on the 4 day, upon request they sent someone to bring towels and pick up the trash, the next day after breakfast we were waiting in the lobby for our room to be cleaned until about 2pm before we pleaded with the cleaning guy so that we could rest before heading out due to high heat outsider.

• Bas (7/5): - The building itself is very good. Our room was on the 4th floor, and we didn’t like it because it was on the rooftop. There was a small window on the ceiling side, and during the day, there was a lot of noise coming from the floors. Overall, we were not satisfied with the room. The building, gardens, and facilities look great, but the economy room we stayed in was old and small. Other than that, everything else was good.
• Marie-Elise (5/5): Expérience décevante - Le bâtiment de l'hôtel est très beau, ainsi que les espaces extérieurs. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment très bon et les produits proposés sont variés. Le bar est agréable et les cocktails réussis. Notre lit était très inconfortable, notamment à cause des oreillers qui sont très durs. Le système de ventilation de la chambre est bruyant, et l'alarme incendie clignote toute la nuit. Nous avons aussi été très déçus par le personnel de l'hôtel : nous avons oublié en partant un pyjama, nous avons appelé l'hôtel le soir de notre retour pour les prévenir. Ils devaient nous contacter le lendemain pour nous dire s'ils l'avaient retrouvés, mais ne l'ont pas fait. Quand nous avons rappelé nous-même le surlendemain, ils nous ont affirmé n'avoir rien trouvé. Pour résumer, venez avec des boules quies, un masque de nuit, et surtout n'oubliez rien. Ou mieux, allez directement dans un hôtel qui considère ses clients.

• Maria Giovanna (8/5): - Le camere dell'Hotiday si trovano all'interno del Carpegna Palace, bellissima struttura immersa nel verde. Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro Cornelia (linea A). Parcheggio in loco e gratuito. Camera piccolina ma confortevole e soprattutto pulita.
• davide (7/5): Location splendida - Posizione ottima perché vicina alla metro Colazione molto cara, infatti non l'abbiamo presa ma problema più grande e unico è stata la difficoltà di rientrare la notte. Abbiamo scelto la struttura perché c'era scritto che la reception era aperta h24 ma all'una e 30 abbiamo dovuto scampanellare e passare la tessera per parecchie volte.

La proximité du métro avec un parking pratique pour la voiture. Le restaurant est bon. Devoir payer la salle de fitness (10€), sans bouteilles d'eau à disposition.

• Aleksandra (3/5): Gdyby nie lokalizacja hotelu położona blisko metra, nie poleciłabym - Lokalizacja w porządku blisko metra, obsługa miła, teren wokół hotelu przyjemny, zielony. Pokoje sprzedawane na poddaszu na pewno nie zasługują na 4* i chyba powinno być to jasno rozróżnione. Pokoje są malutkie i bardzo śmierdzi. Ustawiają odświeżacze powietrza, ale to w połączeniu ze smrodem z kanalizacji nie pozwala na normalne funkcjonowanie. W pokoju jest jedno małe okno, ale gdyby nie możliwość jego otworzenia to chyba byśmy tam nie wytrzymali. Dodatkowo z łazienki dochodziły dziwne odgłosy, jakby z jakiejś maszyny, która może była zlokalizowana na dachu.

Na duży plus parking, ogrodzony i strzeżony teren. blisko do metra i do sklepu. W pokoju dostępny czajnik.

• Amalia (8/5): - We stay at room 425. In general, the staff was so kind and friendly specially Alexandra at the restaurant. We found the hotel is beautiful, except the bathroom and its continuous bad smell. It was not cleaned at all during the three days we stayed there.

• Ilana (10/5): אחזור שוב ואמליץ לחברים - מלון בתוך מלון אחר (מפואר), שנותן את השירות לאורחים. חשוב היה לנו חנייה במקום ללא תשלום נוסף וגישה נוחה למטרו בכדי לבקר במרכז רומא. 3 דק מהמטרו. צוות נעים ומסביר פנים. נהננו מאוד מהמלון וכל השירותים שמציע כולל הספא.

• Vincenzo (6/5): - Il contesto è apprezzabile e molto accogliete come struttura Al ristorante la competenza dei camerieri, in termini di relazione e servizio, è migliorabile anche rispetto all'altezza dell'immagine che si vuole veicolare. Anche alla reception migliorabile il servizio in termini di risposta alle esigenze espresse dal cliente.

• Johanna (8/5): - Yleisesti ottaen hyvä kokemus, muutamat hotellin ravintolan työntekijöistä olivat asiakaspalvelun osalta ehkä vähän nihkeän oloisia. Suihkukaappi kaipaisi päivitystä, muuten huone oli hyvän kokoinen ja viihtyisä.
• Giorgio (9/5): It was a very pleasant stay, Ill be back for sure - Location is amazing, rooms are very nice except the ones called mansarda, those have no windows on the walls except for one on the ceiling, avoid at any cost, I changed it for a junior suite and it was amazing, restaurants are good quality, food is amazing and good service as well.
