• Romana (9/5): - Great location in the centre of Puerto Ayora. Nice staff and good breakfast. They ensured our tour and transport at Santa Cruz. Very helpfull and I could left there my big backpack when traveled to another Island. More space to dry our stuff. Some rooms had terrace where they could dry it better. Otherwise nothing else to complained about.

• Piotr (1/5): - Jedynym atutem tego hotelu jest lokalizacja. Miałem kilka noclegów na Galapagos, ale ten okazał się najgorszym. Dobrze, że to tylko jedna noc, bo taki pobyt mógłby zepsuć wakacje. Po zameldowaniu zaczęło się od znalezienia dwóch wielkich karaluchów w pokoju ( oczywiscie, jestesmy w naturze, wiec to sie zdarza) - natomiast reakcja recepcji - kobieta zapytala jakiego rodzaju robak to jest i dala nam spray abysmy sami uzyli w pokoju i sobie z tym poradzili. Okazalo sie, ze jest to silny srodek po ktorym nie mozna wchodzic do pokoju przez kilka godzin !!! Nie moglismy oddychac normalnie. Zmieniono na nasza prosbe pokoj na jeszcze gorszy… w toalecie smrod, brud, mrowki, komary i inne robaki. Za taką cenę obsluga powinna przed przyjazdem gosci sprzatac pokoje i odpowienio zabezpieczyc przed pasozytami a nie dawac spray zebysmy sami pozbyli sie robakow. Kolejna ,,niespodzianka” byla pobudka o 4:30 rano przez spiewajacy zespol pod oknem. Okna, drzwi sa nieszczelne, wszystkie rozmowy slychac przez cala noc ! Na koniec Pani na sniadaniu ktora podgrzewala w mikrofali jajecznice (!) , sok ktory wygladal i pachnial staroscia, na prosbe o dolanie kawy wielka łaska. Cieszymy sie, ze to byla tylko jedna noc przed odlotem. Jest tyle wspanialych noclegow w podobnej cenie. Odradzam nocleg w tym !

As instalações são bem frágeis, parece que tudo vai quebrar, porta-shampoo, registro do chuveiro, que ainda abre ao contrário, varão da cortina, interruptor, etc. A luz do quarto é branca fria. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo.

• Marie-Hélène (8/5): Séjour tout à fait agéable, hôtel très bien situé, à recommander - J'ai passé un séjour de 2 nuits non suivies à l'hôtel. Pour la deuxième nuit, ma chambre avait un balcon avec petite table et chaise et le petit déjeuner était très bon. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était excellent aussi, proche de la mer et des restaurants. Le personnel était gentil, et m'a permis de prendre une douche alors que j'avais déjà rendu ma chambre. Rien de particulier, la première nuit ma chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre et je n'ai pas trouvé bon le petit-déjeuner (américain, bouillie...) mais la deuxième expérience a été bien meilleure.

• Chester (9/5): Very pleasant lodging close to everything you want to see on Santa Cruz. - Breakfast included two eggs prepared to order, coffee or tea, bread, fruit and cereal. Our room was at the very back and extremely quiet. There was a table and a single chair. Location just off the main road and close to many restaurants. launderettes were available nearby with same day wash and fold service for $1/pound. Filtered water available in lobby. A second chair would have been nice, but really not room for one. However it was possible to bring one in from the attached porch.

We were serve coffee or tea and juice, fruits or oatmeal, egg, and toast. We loved the staff. They were friendly and accommodating. The place was cleaned everyday and that was great. The balcony at the back was nice. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Nos prepararon sandwich para el día que tenías excursión a la mañana y no podíamos desayunar por el horario. El desayuno muy completo y todo muy limpio. La ubicación nos encantó A habitaciones estaba dividida en 2 y la parte de atrás no tiene ventanas directa al patio, pero como éramos 2 usamos la parte delantera.

The staff and accommodations were impeccably clean, well manicured, and thoughtfully maintained. The mosaic animal tiles throughout the property are absolutely beautiful and add so much character and charm. You can tell that the entire B&B is very well thought out and clearly a labor of love. This was my second time staying here, and it definitely won’t be my last — I will always come back whenever I visit Santa Cruz. Thank you so much to the owner and staff for making our trip so memorable. 💙 Nothing
• Katarzyna (9/5): A well-located and comfortable hotel with a lovely garden, but inconsistent service at the reception affected the overal - The hotel has a very good location and a solid standard overall. The garden is beautiful, everything was clean, and the lady preparing breakfast was very kind and friendly, which made mornings really pleasant. The experience at the reception was inconsistent. One receptionist (the shorter lady) was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, the other receptionist (the taller one) seemed completely disengaged, showed no interest, friendliness, or basic hospitality, and interacting with her felt uncomfortable.
