Gerard (2/5): Very poor - No cleaning in room, found hairy linen and some dirty floor corners and spider webs on the walls. And I arrival a hotel I can’t find where a towel!! I told man in reception I need towel one please but he said towels delivery tomorrow morning! I’m complaining.
