• Islam (1/5): Bad experience - I didn't like it at all there is no cleaning at all .i would request a refund but the policy was restricted. And the broker substitute the apartment with a small one with the same price he was nice and good person but unfortunately this was a bad experience it ruined my Christmas eve. I couldn't get the same apartment and the substitute was not good at all i didn't stay in the place i requested a refund but it didn't happen.

• Ting (7/5): Great location good view and overall is ok. - Location is excellent connected with the mall , view is spectacular , got kitchen and room is spacious Cleanness need to be improved, and facilities are old, shower room no curtain so the floor is easily wet and dangerous , one room shower is broken not fixed

• Belal (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome stay, perfect location. The apartment was super clean, and Mr. Tarek was a very helpful and welcoming host. Totally recommended for a family stay in Alexandria. Very spacious and you can see almost all of the city from the apartment, and the location is central to everywhere you might want to visit.

Place was huge with many bathrooms and the city view was magnificent from the 26 floor high.. we would definitely want to go back if we ever come back to Alex. Plus the staff was too nice. More than better... thanks so much to all the staffs there.. we loved everything.. The staffs were tooooo nice...
• Nada (10/5): great and i recommend for any family - the property was clean. and the location of the property was very very nice. it’s very safe for any family or women, because they make sure of which apartment you’re going to, and there are plenty of securities. mr tarek the owner is a very polite man and respectful, and definitely will not be the last time to visit this place!!
