• Diana Claire (8/5): Excellent week, thoroughly explored Athens by foot. The rooftop bars with fabulous views, also within walking distance. - It’s central location, comfy bed, and amazing view. The noise and vibration from the lift. The Nur Edge Skyline Aparthotel, the word ‘aparthotel’ means to me a room with some sort kitchenette.
• Quinton (10/5): Truly outstanding location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service! - This property is in a prime location, and the Acropolis rooms have a wonderful view. The stand-out thing was the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff. Every requests was actioned quickly, often within seconds, and the convenience of being able to correspond via WhatsApp was fantastic. I honestly could not fault the Nur Edge people in any way - all were welcoming, helpful, and went to great lengths to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Whilst there is no bar or dining facilities, you are surrounded by excellent options. Very highly recommended! Nothing really. If you are expecting a hotel, this is not it. They are apartments, and the building includes residential properties. Given the central location there is some noise from the street, as you would expect in any location, and the wooden floors means noise of doors opening and closing etc does travel. None of it remotely detracted from the experience.

If you are a light sleeper, avoid this hotel or bring ear plugs. Hotel entrance is a bit edgy. Located on a pedestrian street, so the taxi cannot drive you to the entrance.

• Brooklyn (10/5): I had a great visit! - Halls smelt nice, large room space, comfortable bed, nice acropolis view from the hallway, helpful staff (had a charging adaptor for me to borrow, it ended up not working for me but I was very close to Public shop to purchase one for Canadian plugs) and efficient response time via booking.com app and WhatsApp for an international traveller. Also so helpful booking rides to and from the airport. My room ended up being right on the main strip which I didn’t quite realize so it’s was louder than expected for someone going through jet leg and not into the nightlife scene.

• Hany (4/5): Bad experience - Only the location Unfortunately, my last stay at the hotel was disappointing due to the extremely unexpected noise coming from the street throughout the night. The level of disturbance made it very difficult to rest or sleep properly, which significantly affected the overall experience.

The rooms are newly renovated and have everything you’d expect from a boutique hotel. Super comfy bed. Complimentary coffee and drinks. The hotel is located on a shopping street, so it can get noisy. There was a slight smell in the bathroom.

It was all great! If I have to pick on something, the mini bar fridge was not really cool, but it didn’t bother me.

Odada terlik, diş seti ve her gün bir şişe su vardı. Ayrıca bizim katta resepsiyon vardı ve hep birinin 23:00'e kadar bulunması iyiydi. Aksi takdirde ilk gün odaya pin ile girmekte zorluk yaşardık. Odanın pencerisinde tel olsa iyi olur. Ayrıca binanın asansörü çok gürültülü çalıştığı için akşam sesi sessiz binada duyuluyor.

Avlu tarafındaki odalarda kaldık, otel hareketli bir cadde üzerinde olduğu halde oda çok sessizdi. Otel her yere çok yakın, gün içinde birkaç kez odaya gelinebiliyor. Oda çok küçük, bir kaç m2 daha büyük olmasını isterdim.

It was a bit challenge to find but it is manageable. Th challenge of looking for the hotel & the elevator cage.

The hotel’s location is truly excellent. You can walk to all the major attractions. The rooms are also clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping service is of a very high standard. Ses gerçekten büyük bir sorun. Gece gündüz her türlü sesi duyuyorsunuz. Lokasyon Taksim meydanı gibi bir yer olduğu için her saat işler bir cadde, doğal olarak da devamlı ses oluyor. Bağıranlar, temizlik araçlarının sesleri, şarkı söyleyenler, performans sanatçıları vs vs. Düşünün ki, gece boyu devam eden bir ses yumağı, biri bitiyor diğeri başlıyor resmen. Bir noktadan sonra gerçekten ses yoruyor. Sağolsun yetkililer tıpa verdiler de birkaç gece rahat uyuduk. Ama bir kez daha gelsem, yine benzer lokasyonlarda ama sokak arasında bir yeri tercih ederim. Gerçekten sağlam yatırım yapılmış geniş, ferah ve sizi rahat ettirecek tüm detayları düşünmüşler ama şu yalıtım konusunu atlamışlar maalesef. Yalıtımı da olsa 10/10 verirdim. Noise is a major issue. You can hear everything, day and night. Since the hotel is located in a busy area like Taksim Square, the street is active at all hours, so there’s constant noise. People shouting, cleaning vehicles, street performers, singers, and more. Imagine a continuous stream of noise throughout the night—just as one sound ends, another begins. After a while, it becomes really exhausting. Thankfully, the staff provided earplugs, which helped us sleep for a few nights. That said, if I were to come again, I would choose a place in a similar area but on a quieter side street. The hotel is clearly a solid investment—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with all the details you might need—but unfortunately, they overlooked sound insulation. If the insulation were better, I would have given it a 10/10.

• Ohad (10/5): נהנו מאוד. תמורה טובה למחיר. - מיקום מעולה, באמצע המדרחוב. החדר היה גדול ומרווח, נקי מאוד. הייתה בעיה קלה במקלחת שטופלה מייד. הצוות היה זמין. למרות שמדובר במלון דירות, הרי שמייד עם ההזמנה יצרו איתנו קשר בווטסאפ ושלחו הסבר לגבי השימוש בקוד לכניסה לבניין והכניסה לחדר. מי שרגיש לרעש מהרחוב, מומלץ לבקש חדר שלא פונה לרחוב.
