- Luís (10/5): Ficou gravado no coração - Achei a minha estadia excelente, desde o primeiro contacto quando fiz a reserva foi tudo explicado pelo Sr. Ismail que foi sempre muito atencioso durante a estadia. Adorei o quarto, bem espaçoso e bastanta confortável, em relação á limpesa também nada de mal a dizer, tanto o quarto quanto todo o hotel está muito arrumado e limpo. O pequeno almoço também muito bem servido e com o bónos de ser servido no terraço do hotel com uma vista excelente para o estreito do Bósforo de um lado e do outro para a Mesquita Azul. O Hotel fica muito bem situado, a 5 minutos a pé da Mesqita Azul e Haia Sofia. Com muitos restaurantes bem próximo e um pequeno mercado para comprar lembranças. Recomendo vivamente este hotel a quem quizer passar uns dias em Istambul seja em casal ou com a família. Falta salientar que tem um excelente serviço de transfer do Aéroporto para o hotel. - Grzegorz (9/5): - Mały hotel położony w pobliżu Hipodromu, Hagia Sophia i Błękitnego Meczetu. Wszędzie pieszo. Blisko do morza. Spokojna boczna uliczka, co ma znaczenie w Stambule. Dość monotonne śniadania w formie bufetu. Mały wybór. Niedobra kawa z ekspresu przelewowego.

The staff are very helpful and super responsive to your questions prior to arrival, and happy to arrange transfers and tours. Good breakfast in a rooftop setting with an excellent view of the blue mosque.

Уборка в номерах хорошая, все работает. Есть кондиционер, он же обогреватель ( в апреле было немного прохладно). Отель по своему атмосферный и уютный. Завтраки приемлемы, все свежее. Каждый день было не большое разнообразие. В целом мне было достаточно. Всегда было - яйца, три вида сыра, колбаса, помидор, огурец, салат с зеленью, маслины и оливки, два вида хлеба, блинчики, оладушки, мед/варенье/ нутелла, и два вида десерта, может что то еще упустила, кофе, чай, сок, вода. Завтраки на 4 этаже с видом на море, чаек, и некоторую инфраструктуру на округе. В отеле есть лифт. Постельное хорошее. Кровать удобная и два вида подушек. В ванной - шампуни, кондиционер, мыло, шапочка для душка, ватные диски, фен. Зубную щетку захватите. В номере есть чайник, чай/кофе/сахар. Воду пополняют Ежедневно. Есть холодильник с минибаром за доп цену. Персонал приветлив, дружелюбен. Очень теплые воспоминания остались об отеле. Номера просят обновления. По низу обои расходятся, местами мебель пошоркалась, прикроватные коврики по виду очень хотят в химчистку. Прикроватные светильники из железа, по которому поползла ржавчина. Кресла и стулья - обивка тоже требует химчистки.

Największym rozczarowaniem były pokoje z widokiem na ściany sąsiednich budynków oraz te usytuowane w suterenie, prawdopodobnie zaadaptowane w celu zwiększenia liczby miejsc noclegowych. Dodatkowo przeszkadzał mi nieprzyjemny zapach, który w moim odczuciu przypominał zapach kociego moczu.

Whilst our room was "snug" and not large it was very comfortable and offered everything we could want. The staff were delightful and the breakfast in the roof top restaurant (enclosed) was brilliant. The views left you in no doubt where you were. This hotel has charm and a feel that is so Istanbul. We loved everything about this hotel - facilities, location, staff and the charm.

I když nám po celou dobu pobytu pršelo, oblečení vždy do rána krásně uschlo. Topení / klimatizace fungovaly bezchybně. Snídaně byly každý den výborné a vždy se lehce obměňovaly, takže se neomrzely. A kdyby nám počasí přálo, určitě bychom si užili i krásný výhled na Bospor.

The housekeeper kept the room spotless I found this part of Istanbul very expensive compared to Beygolu. Also, it wasn't any less hilly. I got very lost and was frustrated that my Google maps werent accurate.

- Miki (10/5): 世界遺産の中に暮らす 体験 - ブルーモスク、アヤソフィア、トプカプ宮殿、バザール等 徒歩圏内にあり便利な場所でした。2日だけの観光でしたが充分楽しめました。空港からの往復タクシーを事前に頼む事が出来ます。時間がない中の滞在でしたのでとても助かりました。また朝食込みなのですがテラスが会場でビュッフェ方式。丁寧に沢山の種類がつくられており楽しみました。 最後日ドーハ空港の封鎖により予定より早めに空港に向かう決断をしたのですが、送迎のタクシーの時間の変更も迅速に対応して下さり、別ルートで予定通り帰国する事が出来ました。 施設自体は古いです。ただし良く手入れされており、清潔でスタッフもフレンドリーで快適に過ごす事が出来ました。

- Shinoda (9/5): 最高！1泊でも良いから泊まって欲しい！ - スタッフの方が本当に優しくて、部屋も可愛くて景色も良くて、心が満たされました！ 部屋からの景色も、朝食会場からの景色も全部良かったです。 ツアーの提案もしてくださったので、クルーズ船を楽しむことも出来ました。 今回は2泊しましたが、朝食が毎回少し内容が変わってて、連泊しても楽しめると思います♪ 部屋にティッシュがないので、トイレットペーパーを代用してました！ 3階の部屋は中階段のようなものがあり、大きいキャリーケースを運ぶときは少し大変かもしれません。 トイレの蓋を閉めると、開けた時に便座がくっついてきてしまうのでいちいち外さないといけない所が少し不便でした。

- Friedrich Johann (10/5): Absolute pleasure - Charming roof terrace breakfast room with gorgeous views and see gulls knocking on the glass windows for some titbits. The hotel's location is phantastic - it was my partners first visit to Istanbul - we could do everything comfortably on foot - totally stress free. Being in the centre of Istanbul offered us more dining options we could possibly go through even in a year. What a find.

- David (10/5): Precioso hotel con personal muy amable y excelente ubicación - La ubicación es excelente, a 3 minutos de la plaza de Sultanahmed y en una zona muy bonita con hoteles pequeños con mucho encanto y con todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes. El hotel es muy bonito, pequeño y muy acogedor. El personal muy amable y servicial, te ayudan en todo, nos cambiaron la habitación por una superior sin coste adicional. La terraza del desayuno tiene unas vistas preciosas al Bósforo y a la mezquita azul. Quizás el desayuno tiene margen de mejora respecto a la variedad, la calidad es muy buena.

- Lovisa (8/5): Yndislegt starfsfólk og frábær staðsetning, gott verð. - Staðsetningin er frábær, í göngufæri við allt í gamla bænum og allt hljóðlátt í kring. Starfsfólkið var allt alveg yndislegt og við fengum mjög góða þjónustu á allan hátt. Morgunmaturinn var dásamlegur, alvöru tyrkneskur og talsverð fjölbreytni. Hótelið er gamalt og herbergin endurspegla það. Allt mjög snyrtilegt og allt það, en lítið pláss til að leggja frá sér snyrtivörur eða stinga sléttujárni í samband og það brakaði nokkuð hátt í gólfinu. Að öðru leyti var þetta bara mjög notalegt.

Although everything was neatly presented, I did not find it filling and there was little variety. There were also no labels or explanations for the food, and when asking a staff member what something was, they were unable to explain it in English. I had expected more, unfortunately this was disappointing.

Повсюду были женские черные волосы: постель, раковина, полотенце и ковер весь в волосах. Это очень неприятно! Ковер так никто и не убрал за 5 дней пребывания в отеле. Мы жили на 1 эт, что нам преподнесли, как улучшенный номер, но на 2м этаже, как только туда кто-т оприходил безумно скрипел пол. в день выезда нас в 7.30 разбудил очень громкий шум двигающейся мебели сверху! Зачем это нужно делать в 7.30 утра! Это точно делали не гости, а персонал. И самое ужасное - это безумная вонь, простите, дерьма! Каждое утро в одно и тоже время из вентиляции или канализации несло дерьмом так, что мы убегали из номера! От двух баллов этот отель спасли только местоположение, кровать, и завтрак.

Irfan at reception was a gem. He welcomed us very warmly and gave us plenty of information to make the most out of our stay. All in all it was a perfect stay. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

- Renee (5/5): We will be going back to Istanbul next year, but we will be staying somewhere else. - Loved the location! It was the perfect location for exploring the old city. The front desk guys were very nice, and the coffee shop / restaurant at the front of the hotel was very good. The guys that work there were the best - very kind and funny! After the first day, we chose to eat there instead of the included breakfast at the top. The included breakfast was mostly terrible. The food was not fresh or tasty. I also hated that the upstairs breakfast room had all the windows closed, even though the weather was nice. It was not very inviting. But the worst thing, on our first day, after a very long trip, we entered the breakfast room with a smile and "good morning". The guy running the room frowned at us and said sternly - "you have 9 minutes to finish breakfast!" Really! No smile. No "good morning". Just a reprimand, first thing. Granted, we were running a bit late (it was 9:50), but that was unnecessary and rude, and was not a nice way to start our first morning. We felt very unwelcome. We stayed 4 nights and didn't go back up there. The rooms were super tiny. I could barley squeeze by the furniture to get into bed. And everything felt a bit worn and tired.

- Bognár (9/5): Pár napos pihenésre, Isztambul felfedezésére tökéletes. - Nagyon jó helyen van, sétatávolságon belül (4-5 perc) van az összes fő látnivaló az Óvárosban. Rengeteg étterem található a közelében. A T1 villamos szintén pár perc alatt elérhető, ill. a reptéri Havaist busz is a közelében áll meg. A környéken nagy az élet, késő este is lehet enni inni. A reggeli változatos és bőséges. A szobák tisztasága rendben van, minden nap rendbe rakják. A szoba éjszakára teljesen besötétíthető, szuper függöny van. A személyzet kedves, udvarias, készséges.
- Pawel (9/5): - Doskonała lokalizacja, dosłownie kilkaset metrów od głównych zabytków Stambułu oraz linii tramwajowej. Piękny widok na śniadaniach z tarasu restauracyjnego na dachu - z jednej strony na Błękitny Meczet, z drugiej na Bosfor i Morze Marmara. Śniadania smaczne i całkiem zróżnicowane chociaż niestety często pewne rzeczy się kończyły i już nie były dokładane - np. bułeczki, naleśniki itp. Taras niestety dość mały więc czasem brakuje miejsca i trzeba chwilę poczekać. Kończą się też czasem sztućce, szklanki, sok i nie są natychmiast uzupełniane. Szybkie łącze internetowe, ale zdarzały się kilkuminutowe przerwy w działaniu. W okolicy sporo restauracji i sklepów - niestety dość drogich. Generalnie jest to lokalizacja turystyczna należąca do droższych w mieście. Można mieć zastrzeżenia do 3 rzeczy: braki na śniadaniach, które nie są uzupełniane, przerwy w działaniu Internetu i zbyt mała ilość wieszaków na ręczniki w łazienkach.

- Daniel (9/5): Fantástica ubicación y muy buen sitio oaea desvansar - Ubicación y desayuno fantásticos. El personal es muy amable. El dormitorio estaba perfectamente aislado acústicamente. Hay muchas escaleras y topes en las puertas. Para nosotros no fue problema, pero debe ser advertido a los viajeros de mayor edad.
