Guest Reviews
- Diego Ciani (10/5): Soggiorno di lavoro. - Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, posto bello e rilassante... Ottima anche la cucina!

- Daniela Bagnolini (9/5): - Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Pulizia in ogni ambiente.

Tutto molto buono. Staff gentile e ospitale. Persona davvero squisita, quasi come i suoi cantucci!

Cucina ottima.
- Linda (10/5): - Easy, comfortable, homely feel. From the moment we arrived, Mirella (landlady) made us feel right at home. Her English is good, which is great as our Italian is virtually non-existant. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Great food, wine and coffee. Highly recommended!!

- Francesca (10/5): - Ottima posizione, panoramico, vicino a Sansepolcro. Casa antica ristrutturate bene.

Wifi was matig.
- Benedetta (10/5): Posticino magico!! - Oggi abbiamo fatto il check out!

- Patrizia (9/5): - Piscina, proprietaria, cibo Nulla
- Smehka (5/5): Passable - Parking. Kind host. The room was not as discribed on booking: no wifi, minibar and fan. No welcome chocolate/cookies, wine glasses - not that this matters a lot. Didn't use the pool - there was a party in the afternoon and later on in the restaurant by midnight. So it was not possible too sleep and rest. Even the walls are so thin that you can hear TV, talk and plugging in mobile from your neighbours. And at midnight this isn't pleasent. Looks different in reality than on booking. Based on reviews we expected something else, but it turned out just not suitable for us.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was amazing! The view is spectacular. The distance from the town is something to work through.
- Agnieszka (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful place, the landscape and hotel are exceptional, everything was perfect. This place feels like real home. The owners are super nice. the only problem is the shower right next to the toilet, taking a shower causes the bathroom to flood.
- John (7/5): Good - Lovely property in a beautiful setting Restaurant at the property was shut during my stay which I wasn’t aware of prior to booking. As was the pool..
- Hcj (4/5): Disappointing - The location was nice. Pool comfortable. Good fan in the room and kind host Overall the accommodation looked a bit tatty and tired.
- Pyry-pekka (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah537 (5/5): Passable - Mirela and her family were so lovely and wonderful! This is a bit of an odd review and I feel bad giving it, because they were so kind and welcoming to us, sitting with us at dinner to share recipes and even offering free cantucci! We loved the chance to meet them, even though our Italian is terrible (we're so sorry!) and Mirela speaks very little English, we were able to communicate. It felt like staying with someone's family and it was such a lovely experience. Unfortunately, this wasn't as advertised. We arrived during the busy Sunday lunch hour and there was a large event going on at the restaurant, so the owner's son checked us in quickly but didn't have much time to greet us. The room is very basic and insects get in, so be prepared with mosquito repellant. The shower is designed to splash through the whole bathroom. The advertised swimming pool was not open yet for the season, and there were really no other facilities onsite. Also, we had made a reservation for dinner at their onsite restaurant, hearing the rave reviews. At no time, from weeks ago when we reached out to reserve to even during the day when we checked in, did anyone tell us the restaurant was closed on Sunday nights. They opened specially for us, but it was a bit awkward and we weren't given any choice of what to eat. The food was delicious -- amazing homemade pasta -- but we never got to see prices, and were a bit shocked with the high price of what we got charged the next day -- easily double what we've paid for any other meal. Breakfast was very simple, just coffee and cake, and the owner's son had to come serve it special for us because we were the only guests. He arrived late and we were left wandering around looking for people when we had to be on the road early for our next destination. I wish there had been better communication about the fact that they were closed Sunday nights; if we'd known, we would've happily eaten elsewhere. It was nice of them to accommodate us but really unnecessary.
- Emma (8/5): Very good - Location with a view
- Emma (8/5): Very good - We chose this quaint farmhouse based on other reviews. It didn't disappoint; charming and welcoming host and fabulous authentic food.
- Mark (10/5): A stay like at grandmother’s house - Very welcoming staff Hard to find at night as booking provides incorrect location
- Nuno (9/5): Superb -
- Cindy (10/5): First experience in Tuscany and was wonderful. - Mirella is so welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended for a relaxing time. Nothing
- Sue (9/5): An authentic Tuscan experience - The rural setting, amazing view, the pool.
- Sabrina (9/5): Superb -

- Francisco (10/5): Great escape. - Loved everything about this place. Mirella the host is the most wonderful person. Make you feel comfortable and at home. Great place to get away and enjoy tranquility. Escape from busyness of life. Loved everything.
- Johanna (8/5): Very good - The owner Miriela was so kind and helpful to us. We stayed one night whilst walking the Via Francigena and she made a sandwich for lunch and gave us useful info. She is very warm and welcoming and staying there was like being in her family. We think she gave us a better room than we'd booked because she wanted us to have the good view. Nothing
- Pawel (9/5): Do not expect luxury or aircondition. But if you lok for the place to gain distance from daily life speed, this is perfe - Fantastic place in „the midlle of nowhere”. Great view. Absolutelly great hospitality from Mirella. Her amazing ability to gain people hearts makes stay
in her place diffirent.
