- Matea (10/5): - The location is quite nice, it’s a beach front location, close to the mall and main ports where you depart for guided tours. Breakfast is relatively ok, although more options would be nice mainly on the fruit side, however I saw this was a problem mainly everywhere even with local vendors. Rooms are big, the air conditioning is new and works great (this is a problem in other locations in Manila). Staff super great, they helped us with an airport transfer (van+boat+van - both ways, for an extra cost, but it’s worth it rather than doing it by yourself since it’s much fastar and you get baggace assistance and pick up/drop off). Even received a custom bracelet with our names graved at check out. Laundry can be done at request, for house keeping is best to ask at the front desk and handover the key before you leave for the day, they will take care of everything, else you might end up with nothing, including towel change, but if you read the house rools it’s mentioned over there ! I would say the water pressure, it is quite low… and the furniture is a bit old, probably doing a full make up of the place would cost more, thinking this involves changing the plumbing also, and since rain and storms are big and tend to destroy a lot of buildings here (saw that with near by properties), they might think twice before doing so - this is a common problem here, not specifically with this location.

- May (4/5): Probably won’t go back. There are lots of nicer resorts nearby - It’s accessible Their bed squeeks everytime you move. Very annoying when you’re a light sleeper. I think the resort needs a makeover. The tiles of the bathroom is so moldy, if you use the flush no water will come out from the shower. View going to our room is so dirty, we can see the clothes from the neighbor hanging. I called front office 2:00pm for a massage reservation by 5:00pm. When it was 5:10 I tried to call front office to follow up but that’s the only time they told me no therapist available. If they have informed me earlier then I could look for another one. Tone of the front office is so sarcastic in the apologies.

I thought for the over 13K for a pool view side was overpriced. The Booking.com advertised the SeaView for over 13K, but when I got the hotel the front desk gave me a room with a pool view side. This third party website gave me a dismay with their misinformation; as soon as I paid for the SeaView, the Booking.com gave me a different room.

We arrived a day after a typhoon when the waves were still rough and ended up in the hotel's pool, which did not smell like chlorine. Other pros include great breakfast, in-room hotel massages, beach/pool towels, and free water dispensers. The beds could be better. They were too hard, but not a deal breakers.

- David (7/5): Le Soleil is a good hotel to stay at station 2 if you want less crowded hotel with reasonable price. - The location of the hotel was very good beachfront at station 2 which is within walking distance to station 1 and other resto in station 3. The staff were courteous, their kitchen chef provided good tasting food at a reasonable price. They should improve their facilities considering the hotel is more than 20 years old; like update the tiles in the pool and repair those falling off, improve the stairs to make it safe since some already show wear and tear and it seems were eaten by termites, update their gym facilities too.

Though there are few choices for us that don't eat pork and shellfish, with abundant fruits available, it is still filling. There's a musty or earthy smell that greets us each time we come in the room. Rooms need to be updated. The toilet and shower room are to be updated and cleaned better. Room furniture needs to be updated as well. Would like to suggest using furniture that can withstand longer in a humid environment.

Any issues with room were rectified immediately eg TV not working, came back from outing and a new TV in room, shower was cold … working perfectly the next day . It’s an older property and it is a bit tired, however you can see it is continually being maintained . Breakfast was a bit limited, but what was available was tasty.

Very attentive friendly staff. 2nd stay at this boutique hotel just as enjoyable as the 1st visit. Recommend. Feedback from our 1st visit still remains a challenge for this hotel. 1. Staying in this hotel be prepared for the pool music far too loud that penetrates the rooms 2. Hotel needs to keep on top of maintenance. Front of shop is perfect but further inside standards drop. This particularly evident in the rooms… but once you’ve overcome the issues then your stay is lovely 3. This stay the breakfast options were not as good or as tasty as our visit in January. Still ok but don’t let the standards dip further please

The location was as good as it gets being right on the beachfront in amongst all of the happenings of the area. They had a great pool area away from the hustle and bustle. The restaurant was a great place to sit and enjoy breakfast and watch the morning go by. Great that they provided beach towels and beach mats. We found the bed to be very uncomfortable. The place is in need of a bit of sprucing up. Breakfast doesn't really accommodate to westerners but the fruit offered was very tasty.

The moment we step into the room, the lighting is so dark (even everything is already turned on). The toilet smells pungent, I have to buy cleaning products and clean it myself as I am very particular with bathroom cleanliness. The bathroom also is very dark. A lot of mosquitoes inside the room.

- Menachem (8/5): The location and the stuff worth everything.. - The stuff is beyond expectations..really excellent..great service.. The breakfast relatively poor to the 4 star hotel..too much chlorine in the pool..the shower with poor elements..no match the cost..
- Michael (8/5): Once settled and got used to the constant pool bar noise I really enjoyed the stay. - Colourful boutique hotel with great location staffed by an exceptional team. The rooms cluster around the pool which has a bar that insists on playing loud music from 10am until 9pm. This could be improved as most of the time no one is there to listen to the boom boom base penetrating guests peace. The other issue to keep an eye on is maintenance. First room had broken toilet. Second room had broken faucet and tv did not work. 3rd room was great.

- Cecilia (10/5): Hotel with sea view - The hotel is beautifully situated in front of the beach with a few rooms with sea view balconies. The restaurant also have a few tables in front of the beach. The pool is beautiful. The hotel is situated in the busiest part of the beach but the beach is huge and beautiful with great sand. We looked for a place to celebrate new year’s with family and children and we could sit in front of the beach and easily go down to the water to see the fireworks. They didn’t have the best New Year’s party on the beach but it was nice with children. It is a bit expensive for the standard.
- Preecess (10/5): An excellent hotel with commitment to environmental sustainability - It is in good location and easy access to the beach. The staff are very accommodating and heeds to all your needs. The rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Grimstad (7/5): Like the fasilities svimming pool and the wiew from resturant. - Very good. Missing egg and bacon as eruopean breakfest. The hot water come very late in the shover.
