JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

Washing up before check-out is kindly required, while stripping the beds would be appreciated but is by no means expected.

Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

E viverla a piedi partendo da questo appartamento è facilissimo! - posizione fantastica, a metà strada da tutte le principali attrazioni. a 5 minuti dalla metropolitana appartamento silenzioso in un palazzo storico portinaio gentilissimo adatto a gruppi che comunque vivono la città e magiano fuori! sotto il palazzo c'è un bar frequentato dalle forze dell'ordine. colazione buonissima ed economica l'acqua delle docce non è caldissima, solo tiepida. in cucina ci sono solo le stoviglie.
- Stefano (6/5): Bell'appartamento, ma gestione e pulizia approssimativi - Cominciamo dalle cose positive. L'appartamento é ampio, con una bella esposizione (due camere hanno le finestre sul Tevere), si trova in una posizione fantastica (molto vicino a Piazza di Spagna, Via del Corso, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo, Pantheon), all'interno di un bel palazzo storico con uno splendido scalone di marmo. Tre camere da letto non sono grandissime ma sufficientemente comode, e due bagni, un soggiorno con due divani e una cucina completano la location. Abbiamo trovato nell'armadio asciugamani sporchi utilizzati da ospiti precedenti. Cuscini e piumoni sono conservati nell'armadio senza essere imbustati. la manutenzione dell'appartamento é approssimativa: le ante del box doccia vanno trattate con grande delicatezza per evitare che escano dai binari e cadano (sono di cristallo!), in un bagno tre lampadine su quattro fulminate, fra le quali quella dello specchio (e in quattro giorni nessuno é venuto a sostituirle nonostante la segnalazione). Non esiste la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito (e fin qui é comprensibile, trattandosi di un appartamento), ma il gestore mi ha segnalato un deposito che si trovava in Piazza Venezia a ben 1,6 Km dall'appartamento (per fortuna ne ho trovato io un altro a 300 m., anche se un po' caro).
- Virginia (10/5): - L'appartamento era stupendo, i letti comodi, la vista superba e la posizione eccezionale. La pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare: abbiamo dovuto buttare la spazzatura degli ospiti precedenti e abbiamo trovato dei mozziconi all'interno di uno dei comodini.
