• Vero (10/5): - Dpto. Pequeño, comodo para dos personas. Para cuatro personas un poco apretado. Muy limpio y con excelente ubicacion. Espacios pequeños

• Giorgia (8/5): - Struttura situata nella via centrale di Madrid, comoda a tutto e vicina alla metro. Appartamento dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Accoglienza gentile. Molto piccolino, va bene come appartamento per turisti che restano qualche giorno e necessitano solo di dormire.

• eleonora (3/5): Mai più ! - La posizione ottima Troppo piccolo per 4 persone, tornassi indietro non lo riprenoterei. La stanza già ha un letto alla francese e dove c’è il divano letto è minuscolo il salotto. In più il frigo non freddava bene . Il bagno microscopico . In più abbiamo scordato una cosa in struttura, l’hanno buttata dopo nemmeno due ora che ce ne eravamo andati. Di solito contattano le persone per dirgli ti sei dimenticato questo. Loro zero! I muri poi si sente tutto. Hanno fatto una festa per due notti non abbiamo dormito .

• Edervania (3/5): Não recomendo! - Nada a acrescentar pois tivemos muito estresse com o barulho que os vizinhos faziam. Chegamos num voo longo após meia noite e nos foi cobrado 30 euros para pessoa ir entregar as chaves do apartamento. Acústica do apartamento é horrível. Vizinhos de apartamento barulhentos, chegavam durante a madrugada e acordavam toda minha família.

• sara (7/5): La dame était très gentille et accueillante, et l’emplacement est vraiment magnifique. En revanche, le rapport qualité-p - Emplacement idéal Les lits ne sont pas très confortable surtout le canapé lit dans le salon . Mais si c’est un court séjour je recommande vivement

• Armenia (6/5): Satisfatório - Da localização De ter ficado esperando as chaves sem saber o local porque não tinha a identificação na porta. Sendo que a pessoa estava no local e poderia pelo menos ter deixado a gente fica na entrada. Ficamos com as malas na rua , super cansadas de uma viagem longa. Ao entrar em contato com o telefone dado, a pessoa que nos atendeu foi bem ríspida negando o acesso a pelo menos o rool do prédio por conta do horário adiantado que chegamos

• Jhosua (3/5): Una experiencia vintage…en el peor sentido - La ubicación Totalmente sucio y falta de mantenimientos, las tuberías tapadas, cocina totalmente sucia, baños sucios y tapados, definitivamente las fotos que presentan no es real, el edificio es viejo hay escaleras que rechinan al subir y cucarachas muertas

• Esteban (6/5): overall apartment - nice apartment in order to do the check-in they lasted approximately 40 minutes to arrived to the property, I was giving updates on where we were to have a better experienced of the check-in also when we arrived like a 5 minutes after that we tried to call to the phone they provided and had no answer at all also the bathroom is a bit small

• Gabriele (1/5): Terrible property, price and host. - Nothing, please read the explanation in the next paragraph to understand the situation better. Nothing, I was utterly dissatisfied by the property itself, which is not suitable for 4 people as advertised; we also found almost everything not working, old or in bad shape (doors not closing properly, the main door needed an expert locksmith to open each time, not enough blankets for the low temperature of those days, dirty everywhere on floors, surfaces, towels, linen, the toilet seat old and eaten up, and apart from all the lack of space was way worse than expected. All of this at double the price of other properties in the same area, only due to the lack of availability during Easter time. When reported the issue to the host after the first night and requesting to cancel and refund the following 3 nights due to our dissatisfaction, our request was ignored and we were forced to book another property with check in on the same day, doubling our expenses. From there on they ignored my calls and messages for 3 days, at the end they blocked my whatsapp number and declared to booking.com that the guest never showed up, just to get rid of us and close the case. They kept on avoiding my calls, while booking.com's customer service told me that I should deal with the host directly, which was not possible. I am still asking you to help me get my money back. I am a serious guest and I have been using booking.com extensively without a bad behaviour for many years. That tells you that my issue is serious.
