• Wendy (10/5): A lovely stay in an amazing property in the Cotswolds. - We chose the property as we wanted 3 bathrooms for 3 couples and it was perfect. The whole lodge was spacious, clean, warm and very well appointed. We were met by the friendly housekeeper and the owner Mel kept in touch by text. Thank you for the wine, beer and biscuits! The complex was large but very quiet with easy parking. We didn’t use the free, excellent on site facilities like tennis, table tennis and pool but one of our party enjoyed fishing. We walked to South Cerney, about 30 mins, along a quiet track, and enjoyed the beer and meals in the three pubs. You need a code for the gate near the football area. In summary it couldn’t have been better! Nothing!!
• Gunawardena (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyable and peaceful. Perfect for a group of 4-6. - Best holiday home we stayed in, very spacious and really nice open spaces with lakeside views. Nothing, the location is a bit far from supermarkets like Tesco and Lidl but otherwise very peaceful and a nice lodge area.

• Linda (10/5): Excellent stay, highly recommend! - Location was fantastic. Loved all the wildlife in the garden behind the cottage. Very close to the DeVere hotel which was great for walking back after an evening out. The facilities are great and Melanie, the host, came over to meet us to make sure everything was ok for us.

Melanie was so helpful and popped in to see us on Friday evening to say hello. Will definitely go back again. The beautiful lake right in front of our outside area with ducks geese and swans kept us amused. One of the nicest places we have stayed.

• Deena (9/5): A Cosy weekend - Beautiful views and really spacious. It’s a home from home and the host has provided literally everything you could possibly need and more. So many great facilities close by and it’s a brilliant location. If I’m being really picky.. it’s just noisy when you are walking around upstairs in terms of the floorboards. We all got a little hot in the duvets provided but it’s still very comfortable.
• Mckean (10/5): Perfect family getaway for a weekend to celebrate mums 81st birthday. - Lovely location and easy to get to off the A419. Lodge extremely well equipped and beds super comfy. Bonus each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus a downstairs toilet. Lovely view across the lake and despite the cold winter weather it was toasty inside the lodge. Melanie the host is lovely too, she made the effort to pop by to check everything was ok.

• Mrs (9/5): Beautiful location, wonderful host, fabulous house 🤩 - Melanie was amazing, so attentive, really kind and friendly and the chocolate fingers for the kids was a really lovely touch ❤️. The property was really great, lovely quality and everything you needed including fans and the location is absolutely stunning! The children loved going out at the back by the lake and feeding the ducks/geese/swans every day. We played tennis most day and the table tennis and pool tables over at the sports indoor area were great. We’d definitely go back again! Dishwasher stopped working, but can’t be helped and Melanie did everything she could straight away to get it fixed.

We loved the large kitchen diner/lounge which was well furnished and comfortable. The patio area was a great place to relax and enjoy the lake view
