• Marchal (10/5): Confort, communication et un extérieur sublime. - Nous avons choisis cette maison pour le dernier jour de notre roadtrip dans l’ouest américain. La maison est exceptionnelle, les chambres, la cuisine, l’extérieur, tout est bien pensée et propre. La communication des propriétaires est excellente, clair et précise. Nous recommandons cette maison les yeux fermés.

All appliances are flawless and everything is working smoothly. The host is super friendly and always available if anything comes up.

• Longkeys (7/5): In the right place, everything feels better!—if you can get there. - Overall, the hotel itself was good. It had plenty of space and good amenities We enjoyed our time at Joshua Tree National Park—it was truly an incredible experience. Being close to the park, we could enjoy the stunning night sky and a beautiful sunrise. We appreciated having a jacuzzi, which was a nice feature. However, it was too cold to use during our stay. It would have been helpful to know in advance that it was not heated. I imagine it would be great in the summer. However, there were a couple of issues. The dishwasher was not working, which was a minor inconvenience. The bigger problem was that after a long and exhausting drive through heavy traffic, we arrived at the hotel only to find that the access code was incorrect. We had to spend 30 minutes outside in the cold, on the phone, trying to resolve the issue. As you can imagine, this was quite stressful. If someone had been able to assist us in person, the situation might have been much easier to handle.

The house is designed and built to a very high modern specification, and is a beautiful place to stay. Staying in the middle of a desert summer heatwave, we were very grateful for the efficient air conditioning! The property is perfectly located for visiting the nearby Joshua Tree National Park.

• Niyokwizera (10/5): This property was beautiful, it honestly took our breath away. The mountain view was amazing. - The location was just like the pictures. It was beautiful and everything we could have asked for. We cooked during our stay and the property had every amenities you could think of. When we had issues maintenance was able to come within hours to fix the problem. I liked that it was secluded but the house was luxurious that I did not feel like I was in the desert. Highly would recommend and I would come back. We did have issues where one of the toilet was not flushing and the kitchen sink was leaking. But within hours of being informed maintenance arrived to fix the issue. Some of the stuff on the guide manual was a different model so it was difficult to follow instructions to get like the stove and fireplace working.
