Petit déjeuner et certains membre du personnel adorable. Magnifique décoration Nous n’avons eu aucune vraie présentation du riad : pas d’explication sur le fonctionnement des entrées et sorties, ni sur les services inclus ou payants. L’accueil manquait également de chaleur, surtout comparé à d’autres riads où un thé ou une petite attention de bienvenue est proposé. Dommage, car le lieu a du potentiel, mais l’expérience client commence dès l’arrivée.

El desayuno, la piscina climatizada… Todo estuvo muy bien pero no nos hacían la habitación a diario. Quizá había que pedirlo, no me quedó claro.
• Leonarda (7/5): Bella struttura ma con tante pecche - Riad in posizione tranquilla, occorre il taxi per raggiungere la medina. La struttura appare molto accogliente e ben tenuta nelle zone comuni. Dispone anche di una bella terrazza attrezzata con divano, sdraio e piccola vasca. - La camera era una tripla posta al primo piano e presentava evidenti crepe sui muri, il letto matrimoniale presentava il materasso dal lato sinistro evidentemente danneggiato e ogni volta cha ci si sedeva faceva.un rumore molto fastidioso. -La pulizia della camera non è stata effettuata. Si sono giustificati dicendo che bisogna lasciare le chiavi alla reception perché venga pulita. Ma abbiamo soggiornato in altri Riad ed hanno sempre pulito le camere senza lasciare le chiavi. Inverosimile che non si disponga di una copia. - la colazione era segnalata su booking dalle 6 alle 10. Per entrambi i miei pernottamenti non ne ho usufruito in quando all'arrivo mi hanno detto che l'orario era dalle 8 alle 10 ed avendo io prenotato escursioni con partenza presto non ho potuto usufruirne. Non mi hanno nemmeno concesso la possibilità di una colazione in box take way, cosa che in altri Riad hanno fatto. Quando ho fatto notare l'errata indicazione dell'orario in fase di prenotazione non hanno proposto alcuna compensazione. Ho contatto l'assistenza di booking e sto ancora aspettando che mi rimborsino le mancate colazioni
• Daniela (9/5): Riad mit Pool außerhalb des Zentrums - Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut im Riad. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer im Erdgeschoss, direkt am Pool. Das hat die Kinder sehr gefreut. Die Räume waren geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten komfortabel. Der Pool ist nett, etwas klein, dafür aber innenliegend und auch außerhalb des Sommers zu nutzen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und wurde immer frisch zubereitet. Die Lage war ideal für Leute, die mit dem Auto anreisen. Es gab genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze in den Straßen. Zur Medina waren es zirka 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Man kann wohl auch Bus fahren, was wir aber nicht gemacht haben. Leider ist am letzten Tag das Wasser ausgefallen, was ist etwas herausfordernd macht, wenn man mit Magen-Darm kämpft. Zudem wurde im oberen Stockwerk gebaut und der Baulärm war etwas nervig.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon, varié chaque jour, et le déjeuner et le dîner que nous y avons pris était très bon. Les espaces communs sont très beaux. La chambre était sympathique mais pas très pratique (lavabo et douche donnant sur les lits) La description dans Booking n’est pas vraiment en ligne avec la réalité (nous avions compris par ex. dans la description de la chambre qu'il y avait une terrasses,, alors que c'est une terrasse dans le riad). Il y a eu pas mal de petits couacs avec les prestations et excursions proposées par le riad.

La chambre était confortable L'emplacement ne me dérangeait pas car je venais voir un match de football, mais sinon c'est pas vraiment du côté de la Médina (vielle ville) ce qui vous demanderait de prendre un taxi pour se rendre déplacer. Ce n'est pas le quartier le plus touristique de Marrakech. Mais c'est vraiment le seul défaut que je peux trouver à cet établissement

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et un sens de l’hospitalité remarquable comme il est de réputation au Maroc. Le lieu est magnifique, décoré avec goût, mêlant authenticité marocaine et confort moderne.Une odeur tellement douce émane de ce lieux… un plaisir pour l’odorat. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et très bien entretenues, offrant un véritable havre de paix. Le calme du riad contraste agréablement avec l’animation de l’extérieur, ce qui permet de se reposer pleinement. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, fait maison varié et préparé avec soin, mettant en valeur des produits frais et locaux. Chaque détail est pensé pour le bien-être des visiteurs. Un immense merci au personnel, toujours souriant, disponible et attentif, qui a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et une seule envie : revenir au plus vite. Le riad est calme, propre et décoré avec goût, et le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est un vrai plus. Rien de particulier, tout s’est très bien passé. Si je devais mentionner quelque chose, l’accès à la medina se fait principalement en taxi, l’équipe a été disponible pour nous guider.

The staff just make the stay 100% better, very friendly. the riad is in a quiet local area, with some restaurants and convenience stores near by, very cheap compared to medina prices. Booked all my excursions with transport right to front door, no walking through medina to get to pick-up locations. rooms were clean, and big. breakfast on roof terrace every morning was very peaceful.

• Catarina (6/5): Pleasant - Location, breakfast was good, the room was good. Staff was friendly but didn't speak English. My boyfriend fell at the riad pool entry and injured his head, the pool floor (mainly the stairs) is very slippery. We booked a massage with the hotel and we needed a transport to get there. At the time we needed it, there was nobody at the reception and no transportation and we missed our massage.

• Olivia (6/5): Pleasant - Very friendly and helpful staff. The ryad was clean, and nice. It was far away from the Medina and the taxis add up.
• Ebtihal (10/5): I recommend this Riad! - This Riad is exceptional! I stayed in two different rooms, and I loved how each one had its own unique charm and name. The decoration was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing! I appreciated how each of them knew me by name, asked about my day, and offered thoughtful suggestions for things to do. Soad, Tarek, and Bahija were incredibly kind. These are memories I will cherish forever. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathrooms in one of the rooms I stayed in had no ventilation. However, I believe this is because the room doesn’t have access to the outside, so ventilation might not be possible.

We saw a few good reviews about their food and we booked dinner to check. Their dinner was ready on time and insanely tasty. Totally recommend this place. We likes everything
