• Cindy (8/5): Good location - The location to Portobello Road, Notting Hill was excellent. During the tube strike we were able to walk to shops and Oxford St. Close proximity to supermarket, cafes and gelateria. Good size fridge. Washing machine. Noise in rooms above bedroom. No screens on windows. Very tiny lift and the door is very loud so can hear it banging through building when people come and go. Older decor and carpet etc than photos look.

• Cynthia (8/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment in a good location - Nice apartment in a good location. Convenient to transportation. Great coffee machine. It was not as clean as I would have liked. Placemats were dirty when we arrived and bedspread had not been washed. There was also a nearly constant buzzing sound (like a washing machine on spin cycle ) from another apartment in the building that was really annoying. Kitchen cabinets need some attention and fridge barely gets cold. Dishes were cracked and not enough small plates.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Wonderful gem of an apartment in Notting Hill! - Wonderful and cozy one bedroom that almost feels like a mini house since there are two levels. Nicely appointed kitchen. Neighborhood is quiet, but central at the same time (less than 5 minutes to the tube). The bed is big and comfortable. We would be happy to book again in the future!

• Joseph (3/5): Poor - The apartment itself was reasonably nice, and the location good It was far from 'calm' - it's an old building so you hear a lot of noise next door and upstairs etc. The first night someone was banging around all night and i barely slept. Also, the blinds in the bedroom were broken, and the shower drain is blocked up so the bathroom floods when you take a shower
• Leo (8/5): Relaxing getaway in a great location, great facilities - Very spacious, great location and access to shops and the tube, well furnished and facilities were great. Boiler makes a noise in the night so the sleep was disturbed, but this was periodically and not a continuous disturbance.

Large, well-appointed unit. Building has a lift which helps with luggage movement, albeit it is small and awkward to access.

It was very quiet, I could even say it was the quietest place I have stayed in London. The bed was very comfortable and there was a good assortment of teas and coffee - from previous visitors maybe. I would stay again It was rather warm in the apartment although there was a fan available

Walked all the parks, train to Kew gardens, theatre district, soho, Chinatown, Westminster church services boat cruise…saw all the sites. Weather was perfect Weekend nights late parties in hood front, AM dog bark rear. Could have tips available for tourists on convenience and ease of use of tube rail lines to get around city

Perfect location within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We just wished we had booked for longer now THE STAIRS!! 🫣😂 I can see why there is a lift

Old stuff, thrown together. Not enough of some things. Some lights in the apartment didn’t work; kitchen, living room, bedroom. Make sure it works or take it out I would say. TV is complicated. Simple instructions for the whole apartment and equipment would make the stay easier.
