- Angelo (4/5): Tranquillo - Cucina ben equipaggiata Poco pulita
- aldana (6/5): Ok for the price, missing “bathroom” photos - It is a big apartment with a great kitchen. We have more than enough towels. Bed was comfortable and the heaters were great. The apartment is missing bathroom pics in the publication. The shower is separated from the wc, which is too small. Very uncomfortable. The location is not the best, you are close to key points but it’s not a nice area, specially at night.

- Roger (1/5): Horrible scam of an apartment. - NOTHING! We want our money back. We did not stay. The ad was totally misleading. It was a musty mould-infested concrete windowless store, the toilet was broken and there were dead bugs on the walls and the furniture was stained. It never should have been listed. We had to book a hotel and left immediately. We want our money back. Everything. We want our money back. We did not stay. The ad was totally misleading.
- Westacott (3/5): - We liked the that it was in walking distance from the centre and the space thd apartment/ex shop provided.
The kitchen was well equipped. The location felt unsafe at night, there was a large crowd of young people walking passed and were banging against the windows,
The cleanliness - could have been better, dusty skirting boards.
Flooring needs an upgrade, it's old linoneum all the way through.
Shower - no bracket on the wall, you had to hold it, and no soap dish
Toilet- too small had to open the door to pull up.
This place has enormous potential could be wonderful with a reconfiguration. And window upgrade to make you feel safer.
The communication was also lacking, I sent messages to ask how we got the key and got a response an hour before arrival,
Collecting the key was a bit weird, it was in a key safe of the next door property and we had to press a key fob to find the front door which was behind a roller shutter.
- Grosu (1/5): - Nothing Such a dirty place. Never in my life I have seen such a place. First of all, it is not an apartment, it is a ground floor shop repurposed (yes, you have displays as a shop and open the door like a garage door). The "bedroom" is at the back where you would store your products as this was a shop. The bathroom does not exist. A toilet on a closed space, wet toilet paper, no soap. Lucky me that I only did stay for 1 night. Also, I was given zero information about check in. I had to call the guy who did not pick up and after about 15 min sent me a message. Btw the price for night was about 100 euro, NOT worth at all. This place should be excluded from booking until they renovate the whole thing
- Omar Samir (10/5): - Everything.
- Ирина (10/5): -

- Fabrizio (7/5): -
- Michele (1/5): Horrible! - The position Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs!
I stayed in this so-called “apartment” in Brussels for 4 days, and it was hands down the worst accommodation I’ve ever booked. First of all, it doesn’t even feel like an apartment – it looks and feels more like a converted garage or a closed shop.
As soon as we entered, there was a strong smell of smoke, despite a Dyson air purifier running, which clearly wasn’t helping. The place was dirty and neglected: there were cobwebs, the sofa bed was stained, and the remote control had some disgusting white substance on it – completely unhygienic.
The bathroom (if you can call it that) was ridiculous: just a toilet crammed into a tiny space, and when you closed the door, your knees would hit it. The shower wasn’t even in the bathroom, but in the middle of the hallway, with only a shower curtain for privacy. Totally unacceptable.
Getting inside was another nightmare. You had to use a remote control to open a rolling shutter, then another to open the main door – which didn’t work properly. We literally had to wait for a man to help us force it open.
To make things worse, the host was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. We arrived about 2 hours early and contacted him to see if we could check in. He first replied with just “hello!” and then disappeared for 16 minutes. When I messaged again, he told me he’d send the instructions in 30 minutes. We waited over an hour and 20 minutes, and still nothing. Only after a final message from us did he send a copy-pasted message with the info.
I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Between the dirty, strange layout, the horrible smell, the lack of privacy, and the host’s complete lack of professionalism, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
- Duke (7/5): Good - I'm not sure if I would stay in this location again. The location is in an area where you need to be aware of your surroundings. The process of collecting the key from the lockbox requires a few photos to show which is the entry door, as it is not number 124 but the roller shutter door next to 124 operated by a fob. The door to the apartment, located behind the roller shutter, needs to be shaken to allow the key to open. Including a few photos on the website before visiting the apartment would be helpful.
- Tony (7/5): Good - 10 minutes walk from Brussels Midi and 15 minutes from Grand Place.
- Geo (6/5): Bit Misguided - The location was not so bad in a good neighborhood. The so called appartement is cleaned, the kitchen is decent the living room is wide and nice yet the lights are very dim, the toiliet is VERY small and the shower is in the hallway which was realy weird! The bedroom is wide, yet no curtains are available, so the light from the neighbor is always in the room, and you can hear the neighbors movement outside.
I was surprised when I arrived to know that the apartment is an actual shop flipped into an apartment. The outside picture associated with the post is actually an attraction in Brussels "Grand Place," which is not the real location! The real location is around 20 min away, and the real building picture was sent to us when we arrived in Brussels.
- Arrizabalaga (9/5): Superb -
- Stephane (4/5): Poor property, great location - The apartment's central location is highly advantageous for tourists, offering convenient access to key transport hubs and major attractions. Situated within a 10 to 15-minute walk of Brussels Midi train station, Metro Porte de Hal, Metro Lemonnier, Manneken Pis, Grand Place, and Place Royale, it provides an excellent base for exploring the city. The area boasts a diverse selection of restaurants, including a variety of African cuisine options, enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, the reliable Wi-Fi connection proved valuable for planning daily activities and ensuring seamless connectivity throughout the stay. The overall condition of the property was disappointing, particularly due to water seepage in the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom area (which includes the toilet, though only the toilet has a door). The persistent dampness not only made the space colder but also contributed to a musty odor. Additionally, the heating system was slow to warm up, further impacting comfort. Being located on the ground floor, the property was also affected by noise from passersby, including conversations and singing, which at times disrupted the stay.
- Ranjini (5/5): Passable - I don't like this property To small toilet and shower. Toilet is wobbling,no heating in toilet. This is not apartments this is the shop they made flat. Sofa is very dirty.
- Sutjipta (10/5): VERY COZY APARTMENT (SHOP turned into apartment and very spacious) - vwry spacious apartment. shop turned into apartmenr yet very cozy, especially the sofa bed in the living room with all entertainment TV. very cozy. toilets and ahower room located weirdly. this very uncomfortable coculd have been modified. better to use shower cubicle instead of shower curtain as the water might spill outaide and wet the kitchen floors.
toilet too small
- Eszter (4/5): I would not recommend, or should be way cheaper - The price didn’t reflect the quality of the property, the bed was stained and there was hair on the pillow, disgusting. The apartment is a converted shop, the toilet and shower are strange in the kitchen. Dirty stained bedding
- Giannopoulos (1/5): Bad - It's a trap! The appartment was filthy. There was pee on the floor of the bathroom. The towels were used. And the sheets had stains. Also we had made the reservation for 3 and it only had sheets and towels for two. I tried to reach the owner who he wasn't answering the phone and was ignoring us. After of 4 hours of miscommunication, he supposedly came to the apartment (while we weren't there) to bring towels, sheets and to clean. None of these happen. Don't you stay here it's a trap
- Renato (6/5): its OK - it was difficult to take the key... I called the adm and he didn’t answer. he said me: "write" instead call the adm isnt flexibel. he stay all the time in the same building. I believe someone was stay listening on behind the door that has in the middle o the kitchen to an entrance do another building. its bizarre
- Karolis (9/5): Very good enjoyed - Nice and spacious Only 2 toilet rolls!
- Christine (8/5): Short stay in Brussels - The apartment was well placed within easy reach of both the station and the Grande Place. It was clean and comfortable albeit a little quirky. The proximity of the bathroom/wc to the kitchen. There was no toaster and we couldn't get the oven to work which meant the cooking facilities were very limited.
- Priya (5/5): Passable - Kitchen was only bright point No response from owner. Collecting key was very challenging and without support of local driver, this would have been impossible
- Daniel (7/5): Excellent - Spacious
- George (10/5): EPIC - The place is amazing and near the train station and still quiet with no noise. I love it Everything in it, the only problem was the staff which I believe was because of language barrier so I will pass. Kindly consider hanging the WiFi password on the walk or door since some clients might not have internet to check on the text sent after their booking is done. The toilet 🚽 is so small one has to leave it open inorder to fit in.
- Sushil (6/5): Pleasant -
- Magop (7/5): Good - The price It was ok for one night that we stayed
- Swaminathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paulina (10/5): Exceptional - Apartement is clean, big bed and well prepared kitchen, good and fast contact with the owner.
- Gino (4/5): Disappointing - It was definitely chill and felt a bit safe to be in. It was hard to find. Check-in and check-out instructions weren’t clear. Will always need to communicate with the host for everything (how to open the door, wifi, etc). The bathroom was weird in a sense that it was an open-area bathroom, where the shower is right next to the kitchen with no door.
- Ellie (7/5): Large apartment will all the basic needs. Great host who was very friendly and helpful. - Big TV. Good location. Large comfortable bed. Very small toilet. No real bathroom area
- Melvyn (1/5): What a dump - Leaving such a dump felt great. The place was a dump.
It had a terrible odour.
A poorly converted shop.
Cupboards falling apart.
- Marisa (7/5): It was a good stay! - The position and it was clean! Very techy stuff, the tv was big and it had a Dyson air purifier! The bathroom situation was kinda peculiar….the toilet was small and to take a shower we only had a small curtain, otherwise it was completely accessible right next to the kitchen😱 I’m glad I was with my female friends, or it would have been a bit awkward!
- Charissa (9/5): Superb - Location was great. Nice big place. Good kitchen. Toilet room was a bit cramped.
- Berat (5/5): Passable - Location is quite good. It was a bit tough to find keys and open the door. Toilet and washroom are small.
- Doreen (8/5): Good location ,Good size, easy access perfect for short visit - Very spacious and ground floor and plenty of kitchen utensils Bedroom lamps did not work
- Aurora (4/5): Disappointing - The only thing that was nice was the location. It was close to Grand Place. (20 minutes walk). Also , it had a big Tv, and the kitchen was well equipped.
The water bottle, crisps, and chocolate waffles the host provided. The host did not provide good communication skills nor instructions to enter the place. It was extremely complicated and an inconvenience to us. He did not specify the facilities properly as it says in the booking, we requested an early check-in in advance (which was accepted) then when we arrived, the host said it was not possible, due to this, we had to make time with our luggage. It was a bad experience for all of us, especially for my 4 years old daughter.
My advice is not to arrive early than 3:00 pm and be aware that there is no place to leave your luggage, even if it is said in the booking.
- Echavarria (8/5): Nice location - The host took some time to answer to our questions like if we could leave our packs a little earlier to be able to walk around. We knew they still had to clean but we just wanted to leave our bags. Then there was no information about the WIFI so we had to wait for them to answer us back in regards to it.
- Michelle (7/5): Good - I liked the location, as it was between the train station and the city center As it was on the first floor we could hear a bit of outside noise, the walls were also thin.
- Rhys (8/5): Very good -
- Patrick (4/5): Budget apartment but not at a budget price - The apartment was very conveniently located Badly decorated - lack of attention to detail
Toilet - I couldn’t close the door and use the facility - total lack of space
Broken bin lid
- Debbie (8/5): Very good - I didn't like the shower and the toilet in the kitchen. Or the step up to the toilet. It was very confined in there.
- Ibrahim (6/5): Pleasant -
- Esther (9/5): Superb - Good value for money, location was superb, walking distance to MIDI station and city centre Small washroom and shower
- Anindita (9/5): Good value for money and comfortable. -
- India (5/5): OK for a brief stay. - It was fitted out with brand new furnishings and equipment mainly from IKEA. The owner was very helpful when we had to contact him. The beds were comfortable. The location was shabby, but it was only 12 minutes walk straight up the road to the Grand Place and from a Lidl. The ground floor apartment is a converted shop, complete with shutter over the door and big windows with frosted glass effect. The cooker was not working and the inside needed a clean - a microwave might be better and cheaper to replace. We had to ask for cups and a kettle which the owner provided quickly. The hob was working but we only had a small saucepan and a large frying pan and a large wok to cook with. There are cooking knives but it needs a chopping board or you risk breaking a plate to cut up food. The shower looks great but was complicated to work.
- Hokomo (9/5): Superb - its a very lovely homestay, the place is not far from city centre, the owner is nice and quick response, everything is there for you
