• Caroline (1/5): Bad - I couldn't go because booking.com would not send me confirmation number to my other email address as I lost my phone and was locked out of my account. I rang 3 times and was told I would get a call back from them and not once did they receive a call from them. So they took my money but wouldn't give me the details so I could go.

• Enya (9/5): Superb - It was big, modern and spacious and a good base for a quite trip and visiting Cork! Liked that there was a tv with Netflix and a good range of Channels! There was slight touch ups that could of been done to excell at the cleanliness but over all was really clean!

• Orla (7/5): Location good but the apartment needs to sort out the things listed that need attention. - The view was lovely & location very good. The bathroom door handle is broken. A Socket in one of the bedrooms very doggy & dangerous. And the smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment very bad. There are ants in the living room. No microwave & need a good frying pan.

• Paula (9/5): Super location, what a view!! - Location!! Minor comments really as we really enjoyed our stay! Maybe a couple of cosy blankets to snuggle up on the sofa on the cooler nights (while kids in bed asleep). And kids needed lower pillows. Also, oven smoked a lot when cooking.

• Dina (6/5): Great potential but falls short on attention to details - The views are exceptional and the location is great This house has great potential but we did not feel comfortable, there is no space to put our stuff as the cupboards are full of personal stuff. The toilet does not flush properly and the shower feels very dirty with mould in it.

• Denise (10/5): We loved every minute of our stay in Grianan. Cobh is beautiful! - The location was perfect! Beautiful views of the sea and a very short walk to the main street. Right opposite the side of the beautiful St. Coleman's cathedral. I loved the sound of the bells throughout the day. Juliette was very responsive and helpful. The balcony was a real bonus! That we had to leave!

• Lisa (6/5): Beautiful views but could be a LOT better - The location is very good, beautiful views across Cobh harbour We couldn't unpack ( family of 5) as no wardrobes or even drawers. The windows and doors have no covering at all so everyone can see right in. Not one tea bag or coffee provided. A washing machine there but not even a clothes airer to put the clothes on to dry. The balcony was untidy and had chairs that had definitely seen better days and a rusty table. The shower had mould around it and a mouldy laundry basket there also

Toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer box, oven, airfryer and plenty of delph, utensils etc for self catering. Beds are comfy and the place was spotless. Nothing

• Melanie (8/5): Had a fantastic two days, location fantastic. - The location was fantastic, the views over the harbour were lovely The Windows at the front could of done with net/blind or something, people always looking in and have to watch that you cover up walking about. Also as we were only there two nights would of been nice to have complimentry coffee/tea etc. Otherwise everything was great.

I think it would be good to get rid of the tables and chairs in the dining living area and put some nice ones in.. it’s such a lovely house but these items of furniture take the look off a bit
• Brendan (8/5): beautiful, large 2 bed overlooking cobh harbour - lovely view of the harbour. the place is large, comfy and easy to access. we found (paid) parking right outside the house. it's a 2 minute walk to the seafront and all bars, restaurants. there's a Chinese restaurant below the balcony with an old rickety AC fan going 24/7. taste dependant, this could affect your sleep 😉

• Anastasiia (10/5): Home away from home - My experience exceeds any expectations! Juliette is a wonderful host and the house is amazing. The location is perfect, close to the shops, restaurants, Spike island ferry and also within 10 minute walk to the train station. The house itself is spotless clean with all the necessary amenities to feel comfortable and clear instructions on how to use everything. Our stay was amazing! The kitchen equipped with everything you might need to cook for yourself, the living room has smart TV, the bed is very comfortable, the heating regulated for each room individually and Wi-Fi working perfectly. I wish I could give more than 10 to rate this property. Nothing. Everything was perfect!
