• Balazs (10/5): - Wir wurden bereits bei der Ankunft sehr nett empfangen. Unglaublich freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel für unser Mietauto. Das Frühstück war großzügig und super lecker. Hier findet jeder was. Sehr saubere und große Zimmer. Die Lage ist mega für alle Ausflugsziele und Strände. Supermarkt und Lokale in der direkten Nähe, 5 Minuten zu Fuß, wenn es mal schnell gehen muss. Der Strand ist schön, Liegen mit Schirm kann gegen Gebühr in Anspruch genommen werden. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen und können es absolut weiterempfehlen.

Struttura bella funzionale, piscina molto bella. Ottima posizione in una parte dell' isola molto tranquilla ma con tutto il necessario. Qualità prezzo veramente ottimale. Avevamo la mezza pensione e per quanto la colazione fosse ottima e continentale, per la cena dovrebbero migliorarla un pochettino. Non era così variegata e soprattutto non molto abbondante. Nota veramente negativa sono i prezzi degli extra, cibo oppure di un semplice gelato. Altissimi
• Hey K (10/5): Absolut Empfehlenswert - Wunderbare Anlage- gepflegt, geschmackvoll, modern. Wunderbare Gartenanlage und Aussichten, da auf einem Hügel gelegen ist. Nur ein kurzer 5 minütiger Weg zum besten Sandstrand der Insel. Ruhe und ein Pool, der uns als Poolskeptiker wirklich eingeladen hat, da er richtig groß ist, total sauber und mehrere Bereiche hat. Das Personal ist tpp und das Essen superb. Wir sind wirklich begeistert gewesen und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Das Hotel ist Kinderfreundlich! Auch Tierfreundlich! Es schwirren die Schwarlben umher! Alles wunderbar, gerne wieder. Fällt mir nichts ein

В пешей доступности магазины, бары , пляж…В комнате был чайник, чай, кофе . Каждый день меняли полотенца. Вкусный кофе. На территории есть ресторан с вкусной едой. Завтрак был не особо разнообразный и выбор блюд был небольшой. Изоляция в номере плохая. Полностью слышно всё с лестницы, с лифта, с соседних номеров. Сильно скрипела кровать при каждом движении.

Pillows-we most unconfortable pillows I gave ever slept. Received replacement but there were same. Hotel/rooms don't look like on the Booking pictures.Is outdated. Half board option - dinner/supper meal was a disaster. It was like a budget motel food, hardly eatable. I could see that other gueasts had similar impression. You have to even pay for a water with that meal.

• Aniko (10/5): Relaxing holiday - We visít koukounaria every year since 2015. We love this place, very warmful staff and beautiful area. The breakfast and the dinner is tasty, Greek style in the evening. Nice and clean rooms. Good wifi, clean swimming pool with relaxing area. They make your holiday happy. We come back next year. • Kristina (7/5): Hat sich für eine Woche gelohnt und war im Großen und Ganzen wie erwartet - Man konnte direkt an der Unterkunft parken und war zu Fuß super schnell an einem der schönsten Sandstrände auf Zakynthos und tollen Restaurants. Lage war alles top🌟 Wir hatten nur Frühstück und waren mit dem Buffet soweit zufrieden - gab von allem etwas und vor allem bei den Süßspeisen gab es eine große und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl😋 Im Bad lies sich das Fenster nicht öffnen, weshalb es nach dem Duschen ziemlich stickig und alles angelaufen war. Haben dann nur über die Balkontür gelüftet. Außerdem war in der Dusche leichter Schimmel.

• Karen (10/5): Excellent location and level of service. - The hotel was in a good location and was kept exceptionally clean, spotless in fact. The staff were very accommodating, we appreciated their efforts to make our stay a memorable one with particularly good service from Mariol and Adiola who always had a smile. The pool was cleaned rigourously everyday as was the surrounding area. I can honestly say I didn't see one piece of litter or anything in the pool itself. Well done to all the staff that work at this hotel. Cannot fault it.

Being a female staying alone, I would have preferred to have stayed in the main block by reception, just for when returning home late at night. That said, I’m sure had I mentioned it then this request would have been accommodated.

• Károly (10/5): Kiváló. - A szoba kényelmes és szépen rendben tartott volt. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész a személyzet. Az ételek bőségesek, választékosak és nagyon ízletesek voltak. Reggeli és vacsora is teljesen rugalmas, mindig volt szabad asztal. A vacsoránál a zeneszó nagyon hangulatossá tette az estét. Nincs ilyen.

• daniele (7/5): Non ci tornerei . - Piscina e stanze pulitissime. Struttura a 150 metri dal mare delle spiagge bellissime e decine di locali. Spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata anche con sport acquatici 8 euro 2 lettini ed un ombrellone intera giornata. Il Ristorante nonostante la mezza pensione non era all' altezza degli standard a cui siamo abituati noi italiani. Poche pietanze che tardavano ad arrivare ( anche un ora di attesa per ordinare) e non hanno assolutamente un menù per bambini che devono ordinare le cose degli adulti. Costo delle bibite molto elevato. Wifi non funzionava nelle stanze se non solo in piscina. Aria condizionata funziona bene ma appena la accendevi per 20 minuti c'era un odore nauseante tipo pipì di gatto .

Le camere sono molto pulite e luminose. Struttura molto vicina al beach club " Buca lounge bar", altrettanto eccellente nel servizio. Acqua limpidissimo con litorale sabbioso. Vacanza da ripetere. Assolutamente top. Le docce sono aperte, con rischio di bagnare tutto il pavimento

The staff were incredible and made our stay, without these I would be scoring this hotel a lot lower I didn’t feel like the property was a 4 star rating. I think if I would have known better I would have expected to pay less. No working wifi, AC wasn’t working so had to switch rooms, TV wasn’t working, taps were spraying out all over, breakfast wasn’t hot (Luke warm) and we tried at different times, life was extremely old so used the stairs, no extra pillows in the room.
• ΙΩΑΝΝΗΣ (10/5): Η διαμονή μου στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν άνετη και ευχάριστη, αφήνοντάς με απόλυτα ικανοποιημένο. - Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό! Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο και γευστικό! Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μην μου άρεσε! Ισως η πίεση του νερού στο μπάνιο, αλλά φυσιολογικό για νησί.

Posizione comoda per girare l'isola, 20 minuti circa a nord di Zante.. Avevamo prenotato una camera con balcone ma al nostro arrivo non c'erano camere disponibili e nemmrno il giorno successivo. Ci hanno assegnato una suite a piano terreno dove siamo state bene ma per noi è stato un fastidioso ripiego.

• Balázs (10/5): - We wanted to book for 6days but rooms were full and we were only able to book 1day in 1 room and 5 days in an other due to room availability. Upon arrival they told us they upgraded our room (chic) to a junior suite (with no extra charge!) so we could stay in that for the whole week and don't need to check in and check out again which was very kind first impression and made our day. Room were awesome, location is great easy to walk anywhere cool restaurants nearby, breakfast selection is enormous you can eat whatever you want, staff is super friendly. Pool is nice and warm with sunbeds. there were 3 suites next to each other on the first floor and they had the same "entrance" area which was were loud like a tunnel, you could hear inside the rooms when somebody arrived or left (not to mention the loud neighboors). Also the bed was a bit too soft

• Nurtan (5/5): My stay was a profound disappointment, marked by misleading package details, non-existent amenities, and a subpar dining - The swimming pool was nice and breakfast had great choice. Our experience at the resort was profoundly disappointing—the worst of my 60 flights and international stays this year. The half-board package was misleading, with beverage exclusions only revealed upon arrival. Furthermore, the promised spa facilities were non-existent, and the dining experience was subpar. Both the limited menu choices and the unappetizing seafood platter failed to meet expectations. The lack of clarity and accuracy across all services was a significant letdown.

• Marijan (10/5): Ein Geheimtip für Menschen, die es gerne etwas ruhiger haben wollen! :)) - Das Frühstück hat alles geboten, was man sich nur vorstellen kann! Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstücksort am Pool war sehr schön, es waren relativ wenig Urlauber vor Ort, so dass es sehr ruhig und entspannt war! Das Resort ist natürlich nach 50 Jahren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen im alten Trakt, wobei viele Renovierungen sehr qualitativ erfolgt sind, vor allem die Suiten sind neu, sehr modern und schön designed, anfangs hat das Wasser nach Schwefel gerochen..., da mußten wir den Hahn für 3 Minuten laufen lassen, danach war es besser! ;)
• razvan b (8/5): a good choice - Nice overall location with many facilities, 3 pools, children's playground, dining garden, all surrounded by trees and nicely arranged. The beach is at 7 mins walk. Good & diverse breakfast. Great staff! The rooms are not exactly like pictured on the website, but quite nice. The towels were not exchanged frequently, just re-arranged.

The staff are outstanding, always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with a warm smile. The pool area is perfect for a relaxing day, whether you're trying to beat the heat or simply want to enjoy your holiday book in a quiet atmosphere. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning and fresh towels provided daily. It's a wonderful place for couples, but also ideal for families with children, as there are dedicated kids` pools and shaded playgrounds. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, and along the way you'll find convenient shops where you can pick up water, fruit, and other essentials. Near to the beach, around 5 minutes walk and on the road you can find shops where you can buy water, fruits etc. Many restaurants nearby, only 5 minutes walk (or you can eat at the hotel restaurant). • ionescu (8/5): Vacant super frumoasa la acest hotel,de 4 stele mari pentru Grecia. - Curatenia,micul dejun delicios,piscina,personalul zambitor, restaurante aproape de hotel se putea servi si la hotel cina intr un meniu mai restrans,per total ne am simtit bine,plaja din zona e super si pt copii cu o intrare cu apa mica pe o lungime de 50m si nisip fin. Cam cald noaptea in camere si pentru noi patul prea moale dar asta ține de fiecare in parte,nea placut o vacanta frumoasa la acest hotel.

Quasi tutto perfetto, forse il bagno non è fantastico, sarebbe più funzionale se il box doccia avesse la chiusura totale; inoltre, la regolazione della temperatura dell'acqua è un po' impegnativa
