• One (1/5): Failed to provide room after confirming booking - Terrible experience. I was told late at night that there is no accommodation for me I even called them the day before to confirm my arrival time with them, and they said everything will be fine

• Nessa (4/5): I booked this on booking.com without knowing it was a Airbnb. I thought it was a hotel if you’re loo - I liked the that the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed how cold the air conditioner got. I didn’t like how I had to wait over a hour for clean towels and wash rag . However the host did apologize I just had to wait until he left the laundromat which was an inconvenience for me because I got in the shower soon as I checked in so I ended up purchasing a wash rag from Dollar tree around the corner and soon after he was arriving with the towel.

• Franchesca (7/5): The best part about the stay was the great staff! The Airbnb manager was really helpful and considerate. Made the Airbnb - The property was good and affordable. There were a lot of amentities. I think the shared appliances like thermostat and light fixtures were a little hard getting used to.

• Yinfei (1/5): A disappointing stay with window defects, bad smells, and a terrible environment. - There is nothing worthy of praise. The room has serious issues. The window can’t be closed properly, posing safety risks. The smell in the corridor is extremely disgusting, and the room itself also has a severe unpleasant odor. Plus, the surrounding environment is terrible.

• Lars (4/5): Disappointing - Relatively cheap location near New York City. The light in my bedroom was controlled by the same light switch as the hallway light. So I didn't even find it at first as it was outside my bedroom and in the morning the inevitable happened and the bright light turned on in my bedroom and blinded me while I was trying to sleep.

Didn’t feel safe or comfortable. The listing doesn’t say “shared”. It’s states it has AC, however there was none. If there was “central ac” I feel it should be running so your guests aren’t sweating bullets and also there should be instructions on turning the air on. Shared space and bathroom

• Maria (3/5): 4 nights. 30 bed bug bites. In the middle of dirty little India in the ghetto of New Jersey. - That the bedroom was lockable. Stay far away if you’re female with light skin. Holes in the bedding, yellowed bedding, bed bugs, holes in the walls, very filthy. Nothing is cleaned, one person out, the next person in.
