IRINA (10/5): If you want to feel welcomed, and at home...this is the place to stay. - Huge props to Federica and her gorgeous apartments. She took the time to meet us and thoroughly explain everything. We rented two of them, for four nights. The apartments have clearly been renovated with all modern appliances and all creature comforts. Everything is very new and clean. It gives you the feeling, that you're home. Comfort levels are perfect. Bedroom and kitchen/dining room have balconies. During the night, everything was quiet. The air conditioning/climate control in the kitchen and bedroom were strong and clean. It's strategically positioned for seeing the sites. But also to get beyond the city, to places like Caserta, Herculaneum and Pompeii. Federica is your host. She really cares about her guests. She wants everything to be perfect for you and offers all sorts of useful tips, ..she can answer all of your questions. If and when we return to Napoli, we will 100% stay with Federica again. The apartments were absolutely perfect! And we have no complaints at all. When getting around town using taxis, even with the taxi apps -- be ready to shell out.

We had a lot of luggages, the location makes it easier because it’s very close and affordable with taxi from train station. -

Vladislava (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved this apartment and the authentic neighbourhood. Our family spent 5 days and 4 nights and we had a great stay. The building is well secured, access to the apartment is via the new lift. The keys were handed over personally by the lady who explained all the necessary details for the stay. The rooms are very comfortable with new furniture. There is all the necessary equipment for a longer stay, such as a washing machine, ironing and cleaning equipment. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was also perfect. The public transport stops are close by, but public transport in Naples is not very reliable when it comes to timetables. But we were able to walk from the accommodation up the hill to Castel Sant'Elmo. We enjoyed this walk day and night through the amazing little streets in the centre of Naples, which are never empty, still alive with an amazing atmosphere. Our host was so kind. We kept in touch by WhatsApp. She gave us the online map with the recommended restaurants, cafes and shops in the surrounding area. They were all a short walk away. For groceries we preferred the Coop with a better selection, but there were also many good little shops with fresh and local produce, fruit and vegetables, delicious pastries, butchers and cheeses. When we return to Naples, we have no doubt where we will stay. The Botanic Apartment is the obvious choice. There is nothing to mention.
