• Sophie (6/5): Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Rome. - Claudio est un hôtel très accueillant et prévenant. Il fait tout pour qu’on se sente bien chez lui ce qui ce qui adoucit le côté rustique de l’appartement. La terrasse attenante à la chambre est un plus. La chambre est calme, tout comme le quartier. A deux pas du métro et 20mn du centre historique. La salle de bain, bien que très propre et très bien entretenue par Claudio, reste très rudimentaire.

• Selma (9/5): A lovely, familiar-feeling stay in Rome - Claudio is a great host, such a kind, creative and welcoming person. The room is small, as described, but everything is clean and nothing is lacking. A heater was provided for the cold January evenings and I could have my morning coffee in the house. The next metro station into the heart of the city is so close, we never had problems getting anywhere. Claudio also gave us some very helpful restaurant recommendations, pickpocket warnings and guidance on how to travel from the airport to the house. We will come back when we're in Rome! We had an electrical outage but that was not Claudio's fault and he fixed it swiftly :) And the room gets very cold when it's cold outside because of the balcony door, but with the heater it was alright.

• Nikola Sivč (10/5): - Il soggiorno da Claudio è stato semplicemente perfetto! L’appartamento è pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima, con la metro a pochi passi, quindi è facilissimo raggiungere ogni parte di Roma. Claudio è un ospite eccezionale: ci ha fatto trovare tanto shampoo, caffè fresco ogni giorno e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. La terrazza è splendida, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in città. Quando tornerò a Roma, sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo alloggio! 😍 Non ho alcuna lamentela da fare.

Das Appartement im Kellergeschoss ist etwas dunkel, wird durch den Terrassenbereich aber recht gemütlich. Lage und Anbindung an den ÖPNV sehr gut (etwa 10 min mit der U-Bahn zum Bahnhof Termini und weiter zu den zentralen Attraktionen Roms); wer eine ruhigere Umgebung abseits des Massentourismus in der Stadt sucht, dem kann man die Unterkunft empfehlen.
• Kalina (10/5): - -Przede wszystkim Claudio jest niesamowitym gospodarzem, bardzo miły i naprawdę idźcie na pizzę, którą wam poleci bo jest cudowna -Pokój jest dość mały, ale całość ma niesamowity vibe i jestem absolutnie zakochana w tarasie -Lokalizacja też jest dobra, dosłownie minutę czy dwie od stacji głównej linii metra (którą dojedziecie na dworzec główny Termini, do centrum, a także do Watykanu) i 10 minut od stacji Roma Tuscolana, a w porównaniu z innymi włoskimi miastami w których byłam tam czułam się dość bezpiecznie -Jest dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, ekspres i kawa w kapsułkach, lodówka (ale niezbyt duża), ręczniki, szampony i dobry przewodnik po Rzymie w języku angielskim;) Bardzo chętnie wrócę do tego miejsca, jak będę jeszcze raz w Rzymie. Szkoda tylko, że można tam spać tylko w dwie osoby. Bardzo szybko kończyła się ciepła woda, co było problematyczne przy myciu tak długich włosów jak moje

• Finn (9/5): La casa vecchia di Claudio a great, cheap and insightful look into Rome - Claudio was very caring and accomedating. Cleaning and refilling our water multiple times a day. The apartment is nicely located near a metro station (Furio Camilo) and you can easily go anywhere in Rome. It has a special atmosphere to it with its unconventional room structure and the apparent ancient nature of the whole building. Nevertheless you have all appliances you need from washing machine to fridge! The apartments old age comes with certain drawbacks, such as low water pressure or its thin walls.

Il padrone di casa furbissimo a fare le foto con le prospettive e le luci giuste, ma la casa alla fine si presenta molto peggio, e SPORCHISSIMA. Non ho mai alloggiato in una struttura così lercia. Abbiamo trovato anche tre barattoloni di olive sotto sale nel frigo, frigorifero che siamo state costrette a smontare e disinfettare, dato che c'erano formiche e resti di cibo dentro. Che schifo. Per non parlare del bagno, capelli nella doccia, le lamette e saponette usate. È stato proprio un dettaglio del bagno che ci ha fatto venire dei dubbi: due tovagliette a lato, con sopra scritto con un pennarello nero "Claudio", ", e una freccetta ad indicarle. Ebbene si, quelle erano le tovagliette del proprietario, che scegliamo di chiamare nel momento stesso, e ci dice che lui anche affittando la casa continua ad usarla. Prese dalla curiosità abbiamo sbirciato dietro la tenda arancione (fissata con due manichi di scopa arrugginiti), e li abbiamo trovato la sua stanza. Shokkante. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna che il proprietario fosse fuori per lavoro e non è stato in casa con noi, ma se così non fosse stato, avremo avuto un grandissimo disagio, oltre la paura e l'ansia di ritrovarcelo da un momento all'altro dentro l'alloggio. Non siamo state tranquille neanche un secondo. Da denuncia.

• Li (9/5): Very cozy and clean. Love the balcony and Claudio. - The place felt very cozy and we especially loved the balcony! Claudio is also an amazing host that really makes you feel welcome! Basically nothing probably the only downside I can think of is that there was no AC or fan so it might get a bit hot in the summer!
• Katerina (7/5): Good - The house is great situated - there is perfect connection to airport (train 10 minutes walk) and to the city too (Metro behind a corner). Flat is situated in suterene, incoming coridor is dark and little bit scary, but inside the flat is everything clean and confortable. There is a small yard behind a room window too, so you can sit and have rest outside. Claudio was very polite. He gave us some recommends for a restaurants nearby. If you are looking for a simple and clean accomodation for a good price, this is the place to go.
• Emil (9/5): Superb - Great bang for bucks. Easy to reach by public transport, quiet, clean apartment, wonderful host, I'm just 10cm too tall to comfortably go to the bathroom but thats nothing Claudio can help.

I really appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, which made the stay very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, always available to help with any questions and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. Only positive impressions—highly recommend! The water pressure in the shower is quite weak, and the hot water runs out quickly.

• Emre (10/5): Exceptional - We felt so comfortable in Claudio's house. It became a home where we took shelter after long trips, relieved our tiredness, drank our tea and heated our food. The house is very compact and provides everything you need. The only issue is that the water cools down quickly while taking a bath. He already warned us about that. He was the friendliest, warmest, most helpful host I have ever seen. Also, his house is right next to the metro station and it is very easy to reach everywhere. The super market is also 1 minute away from the house. I'm glad we chose your house, Claudio. My 70-year-old mother and I felt very comfortable.

He even gave us a few snacks 🥰 If I ever come back to Rome I know where to stay! The only drawback was the shower, as there was not a lot of hot water available. But Claudio explained it upon our arrival so it was okay.

• Clara (10/5): Amazing! - It was such a lovely property, so clean and beautifully decorated, we even had our own terrace a comfy bed and amazing facilities such as a great TV with netflix on :) It was a shared kitchen/bathroom but you wouldn’t know! it always felt so private! Claudio gave us complete privacy and instructions such as if the door was shut to the kitchen he would not come in. Claudio gave us an amazing and friendly welcome, with all the reccomedations we could ask for, a map and water upon welcome. He helped us with our cases and made us feel like we could ask about anything. We are so grateful. We’re on a 6 week travelling trip and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed! Thank you for everything Claudio :)
• Linda (10/5): Exceptional - The location is absolutely great. It is directly on the metro station and the train station woth connection to the airport is nearby. It is very calm but you are in the city centre in 20 minutes. I can't imagine better. Everthing was ok.

We loved the location right by the metro station, very good connection to public transport. Our room was nice, quiet and it was good to have a terrace. Claudio made sure we had a lot of privacy and the apartment was perfectly cleaned. We liked being able to cook and the supermarket was right around the corner. Of course this is no 5 star hotel, but if you are looking for a place where you can relax after a long day walking around Rome, this one is perfect for you! We felt very comfortable and at home here during our stay and would like to thank Claudio again for being such a welcoming host! The shower didn't have a lot of water pressure, but it worked fine for us! You have to walk a few steps downstairs to get to the apartment, so it might not be suited for people with a walking disability.
