Guest Reviews
- David (2/5): a beach resort flooded with locals so pool was almost unusable - Nothing! The restaurant was so basic, but biggest problem was govt decided to close roads for ASEAN conference for 4 days and all the hotel could do was say sorry. I asked for a solution so we could continue our journey in two days but they had none! I Did! I checked out before the following morning curfew and booked at extra cost into the holiday inn using booking.com
- Michael (2/5): - The pool was the redeeming feature of this property. The room was spacious but massively lacked facilities. Cafe Soto was just an embarrassment to this property. Food preparation took way too long for every meal. The quality of food was well below par.
Room facilities were poor given the good size of room, 1 towel rail for a beach resort completely inadequate. The room had plenty of space for a drying rack. The coffee making station had no electric plug so you had to boil the water on the floor. The room door was jamming on the floor when opening. Overall, management need to have a hard look at themselves and make some serious changes soon. I would not recommend this property and avoid this place until changes are made.
- Desmond (5/5): - Staff were very helpful. No shade near pool unless you paid for covered area. Very difficult to walk anywhere. No shops close by. No shop in hotel for basics.
- Lance (8/5): Good stay, reasonable price. -
- Milagrina (2/5): poor - I like just the beds and house keeping services the building is outdated, very small access to the beach misleading the photos posted on there website. The back door lock was broken I did not realize I was sleeping in an unlocked room. I had to request to have it fix the next day. Glass windows and frames are dirty lot of soiled spot, bath room tiles are dirty especially the grout line. Food in the restaurant is very expensive. They charge for a cabana by the pool make me feel unwelcome! The worst part was driving down to the resort, you drive to a poverty village where poor people live in small boxes of roofing tin materials .It feels it is not suitable for a tourist even for local.

- Pascal (1/5): bad - They ask me to pay 2000 pesos because of 2 blood stains on the sheet less than 2 cm because I had a nosebleed due to medical treatment ! Reception
- jake (10/5): - The location was excellent—easily accessible and perfect for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere of the place itself promotes comfort and enjoyment. I’d also like to commend the staff for being very accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made the stay even more pleasant.
- Tim (9/5): - Great pool and villa room with view to water and nice window style.
Staff nice at breakfast Location requires a walk first if want tricycle
Grabs difficult to get from here
Dinner menu is not nice, had to walk out to restaurants for better food

- Florendo (4/5): Disappointing - Pool Room equipment like shower head attachments was detaching. Air-conditioning was leaking causing water puddles in the floor. Beach was very rocky.
- Waleed (3/5): Badest experience ever - Nothing I think everything
If i pay for room then have to pay to use facility's its means thay scam me
There is some chairs and shaded tables around the pool but we have to pay to can use it
I told thim im a guest here thay said even guests have to pay for everything
Im traveler have big experience with hotels and resorts and never see like this before
Im sure its First and last time

- Mark (8/5): - Food good. Bit out of the way A bit out the way for getting to other places
- Roselyn (7/5): - Beachfront with pool Restaurant food selection not good. Expensive.

- Richard (10/5): - Location and staff were great The staff was great
- 孝育 (10/5): - クラシカルで落ち着いていて、ゆっくりと時間が流れていく、全体的に贅沢なホテルでした。
スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーです。贅沢なひとときに感謝です。

- Diana (7/5): Relaxing Location, But Needs Improvement - If you’re after a quiet spot by the beach, this place is perfect. The staff are super friendly and helpful—especially Josie! She really made me feel at home during my stay. The phone line was really bad—I couldn’t even get through to the reception properly. Also, I locked my room before heading out, but when I came back, it was open and had been cleaned. I’m guessing housekeeping forgot to lock it after, but it was definitely surprising and a bit disappointing.
- Jeffrey (7/5): Good - Waterfront and pool Showing signs of being run down , out of the way if don’t have own transport gated access if getting tricycle security won’t let you in so have far walk from check point
- Moro (8/5): Very good - i like the pool and of course the beach. the staff are very friendly . we satisfied the service.
- Judilla (9/5): Superb - None None
- Darren (9/5): Superb -
- Rangaig (8/5): Very good - The swimming pool The coffee, im not sure if they know how to make ice coffee. I ordered ice coffee but they gave me warm coffee 😅😅 i asked if its ice coffee and confirmed tha it is. Seriously? Anyways, coffee lover here 😊
- Mark (7/5): Good - Nice location, with a great sea view from the balcony.
Safe and easy snorkeling on their house reef with direct access to the beach.
Friendly staff that managed to accommodate 24 family members for lunch.
Resort is quite old and rustic. Plug points were worn out and battled to find one that would hold my charger. Aircon, although new, felt undersized for the room size and i could not get the room cold enough for my liking.
If you have kids this may be a good place as it has a few pools, including a shallow one for children.
- Ihab (6/5): Pool and the beach plus food - I liked the quite resort and service It is very nice hotel, just no one care about small detail and comfort for guest, as a guest sitting on iron chairs all day you can imagine how hard it is, if this resort was handled by foreign supervisors he will turned direct without any upgrade to 5 star at least, as local don’t understand what guest need. It looks fine for them. I hope next time I visit a better improvement happen
- Richard (6/5): Nice place but overpriced and far too restrictive. - Hotel is structured to force guests to eat only at the hotel restaurant that is moderately expensive with limited food selections. Signs are everywhere which says Absolutely No Outside Food or Drink to be Brought onto premises. Walk to areas with shopping & restaurants is about 1.5km to 2.0km. Walking distance to shopping & restaurants is excessive (1.5 ~ 2.0 km). Lobby and each - yes each - room has it's own WiFi passcode. Very cumbersome when you are not in the room.
- Francis (8/5): Very good -
- Myrna (7/5): Good -
- Elena (7/5): Good - Good
- David (8/5): Very good - Tel Beach needs to be cleaned up from rocks and debris. Need better transportation to and from hotel. Need tricycle or cab TO hotel, not to guard shack. We had to walk to and from guard shack, about 1/2 mile.
- Marjorie (8/5): Very good -
- Roy (7/5): Good -
- Andrea (5/5): Only if you dont have a choice - The Location was good as it was by the beach, the infinity pool was good. Food was passable. Staff needs more training with hospitality to guests. It was old and needs tlc. Staff were not welcoming and the atmosphere needs improvement
- Nissen (1/5): I almost felt like I was getting scammed - The AC worked The hidden VAT charges. The total came out to about 90USD per night which put us over budget. We can do much better than this property for 90USD.
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mariia (10/5): More sand at beach needed, less trash in a water - Everything was excellent, very tasty food, good stuff, room was awsome, pools are clean and excellent Beach is nice, but not for swimming:(
