• Colonel John (6/5): An average stay. I did not take any pics of the property as there was nothing outstanding about it. - Food was good. Through out our stay there was hammering and drilling during the day so much so that the floor use to vibrate. I had to change the room as there was water pipe issue . Overall not a pleasant stay as it use to be .

• Ray Chaudhuri (7/5): The overall stay was very good, staff helpfull & friendly. only draw back was pool experience . - The location was very suitable for us as all tourist places were nearby, as well as we were travelling by train it was very near to station. Roof top resturant Jaipur local has great food and amazing view of the Jaipur city skyline. One of the criteria for choosing the property was swimming pool. but unfortunately the pool had straight depth of 4ft plus & there was no life gurad or pool official present for any time of the day. Which we found very unsafe for such depth of water.

The room was a good size, but there was mold throughout, from the walls to the AC duct. The facility needs to take necessary action to clean and maintain the space to ensure the health and safety of guests

• Smriti (8/5): Modern and premium hotel - The hotel looks and seems luxurious and modern. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The hotel had all the necessary amenities and the housekeeping services were quite good. The beds were very comfortable. The cleanliness factor could have been a lot better especially in the bathroom. The first room that we were assigned had black mouldy spots on the blinds covering the window between the bedroom and bathroom which is why we asked to be shifted to another room. The second room was a bit cleaner but we noticed a lot of dirt and grime in the bathtub and the shower cabinet which made it seem a bit unhygienic. We also noticed that there was a lot of dust behind the night stands which makes me think that they don’t vacuum well and do surface level cleaning. Also, one of the hotel’s entry is under construction which made it hard to locate the actual entry and we got lost. It would have been appreciated if they had informed us of that beforehand.

• Singh (2/5): Staff Great Hotel Maintenance wasn't good - The staff service and the food with breakfast and dinner was good.They so a room service thali for dinner which is 499+ and is great value. We paid 7k+ per room per night and the location of the hotel has a lot of repair work going on so the experience of the hotel isn't the best. Additionally if you also look at the rooms and bathrooms they were built in early 2000s and need repair now. They are trying to do the repairs but it isn't as quick. I just felt the value for money was not there despite the staff being great.

Travel desk facility. worked very well - It's good but the arrangement and quick refill is needed The aircondition of the room which the controller was not working. On the house tea coffee brands are unknown and didn't match the content quality.

The entire bathroom smelled of urine. I could not brush my teeth without gagging. If I switched the Ac off the entire room smelled. I refused to shower it was that bad
• Manmeet (1/5): worst hotel against their name . - location to some extent totally a worst experience one could have after paying such amount for a night , the services & hospitality was extremely poor , bathroom has a continuous leakage after addressing also nothing helped or changed . so far the worst hotel to be get stayed (LEMON TREE) is on the top of it .
