• Olha (4/5): - Зручне розташування, автобус в аеропорт за 10хв пішки, також не проблема дістатися центру. Бронюючи житло даної цінової категорії, я не очікую багато, але тут жахливо. Апартаменти максимально убиті, білі стіни в жодному місці не білі, праска іржава, штори і покривала в плямах, білий рушник теж зовсім не білий. Було максимально не комфортно там знаходитися. І дивна потаємна кімната на другому поверсі, де є вікно і можна включити світло але входу туди немає. Чому не зробити мінімалістичний ремонт, за яким легко доглядати і підтримувати?

• Daniel (8/5): Nice apartment nearby metro station - The apartment is really comfy. The bed is nice and big, there is enough space and the kitchen is also good. The location is perfect (couple of minutes from the metro station). The price is good too It's on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so for an older person it could be harder to climb. One small issue was communicating with the owner. I've sent 2 messages and didn't get any answer, then I called them to ask if we can leave our bags before check-in time but it was impossible. That put a slight dent in the experience...
• Madeeha (1/5): A Big no no - Where do I even begin? There is no lift — just 87 stairs standing between you and your room. The surrounding area felt unsafe, with a heavy homeless presence that made coming and going at night very uncomfortable. Where do I even begin? This place was an absolute disaster from the moment we walked in. Every surface was coated in dust, spider webs hung in every corner, and the smell alone was enough to make you gag. The pillows, bed, blankets, and cushions reeked of urine — making sleep not just uncomfortable, but genuinely unbearable. The mattress was so warped it tilted to one side, literally causing you to roll off during the night. The floors were completely worn off and in a terrible state of disrepair. The kettle was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the iron was burnt and unusable — basic amenities that were anything but. The washing machine was packed with gunk and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months. Hygiene is not a concept that exists here. And the management? Condescending and dismissive, with an attitude that suggests they’re doing you a personal favour by letting you stay — rather than, you know, running a business. Don’t be fooled by the surface-level tidying done for photos. A quick clean on top does nothing to hide the filth underneath. The pictures speak for themselves. Save your money. Save your health. Stay anywhere else.
• Mac Zey (7/5): - Es gibt überall kleine gute Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Stadt ist sehr überraschend und vielseitig. Die 70 Treppenstufen in den vierten Stock; Aufzug gibt es nicht. Der Mangel an Parkmöglichkeiten. Ich bezahlte für den Parkplatz im Corvid-Center 14.000 Forint.

• Tamas (4/5): - Location is perfect, metro/tram is 2 minutes walk. Value is good for this price. It was quiet, no noisy neighbors. The apartment is rundown and was renovated years ago, which is not a problem in itself if it's clean otherwise. Lack of proper cleaning and smelly, spotty bed linens and pillows were our main concerns, these should be changed for sure, and it shouldn't be a big effort. We also found leftover hair from other guests, and don't think the apartment was cleaned properly. We left early, after our first night of the two, because my partner wasn't feeling comfortable herself in an apartment like this.

• Lisa (1/5): Stay felt dirty and uncomfortable. - Location was fine On arrival, apartment was dirty, hairs found everywhere, including a dirty hair extension left on the couch and food left in the sink from previous occupants. Shower occasionally spurted out dirty water. An hour after arrival, the host left outside two full bags of dishes that we were then left to unpack ourselves. After this, we found out there was no hot water, we messaged the host who did not get back to us that day and when she did she told us there was no issue. However, we saw that the boiler was broken, error code below. Horrifyingly after staying the night, we opened the fridge to find loads of flies around our food, despite the fridge being fully sealed. Upon using the washing machine, it was broken and we had to follow wiring through the walls to find the plug in order to reset it.
• Nykonishi (4/5): - The service was very pleasant and helpful, they responded quickly. But the only good thing about this listing is the location. I felt cheated when I entered the building. Early January, a week of heavy snow, and entering the building felt like being in captivity. With all due respect, as I saw that elderly people live there, but it's four flights of external stairs with poor lighting, and arriving at night is frightening. The accommodation was visibly less clean and less new than in the photos; everything looked worn, including the mattress, pillows, cushions, bedding, and curtains. The heating didn't work, and even with the host's attempts to help, I was cold. During the day, construction work and hammering on the wall. At night, a couple moaning next door. Thin walls. For less money, you can find much better apartments on the next block. I was disappointed!

• Kadar (9/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van, kényelmes, és jól felszerelt. A tulaj kedves, és könnyen fel tudtam vele venni a kapcsolatot. Minden simán ment, és ár-érték arányban szerintem tökéletes. Az ágynemű dohányszagú volt.

• Verheyden (8/5): Aangename en rustige plek om te verblijven voor een paar dagen in Budapest. - Locatie was perfect, gemakkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer en voldoende winkels en horeca in de buurt. Een beetje buiten het toeristische centrum, dus rustig en authentiek. Gemakkelijke communicatie met host. Geen lift aanwezig, onhandig met een koffer voor 4 verdiepingen.

• Marcus (6/5): geht so - Dei Lage ist gut, mitten in der Stadt Die Unterkunft ist kalt, nicht gut ausgestattet, es fehlen Duschgel und Kaffemaschine usw. Sauberkeit ist eher mäßig und Parken in der Zone ist eine Katastrophe. Insgesamt nicht eher mäßig. Es gibt besseres für das Geld.
• Péter (1/5): - A szálláson nem működött a fűtés. A közvetítő cég próbált segíteni, de a tulajdonos számát nem adta ki nekem. Nekem kellett gázszerelőt hívogatni este 7 kor. A szerelő elmondta mit kell bekapcsolni a kazánon. A fűtés nem indult el, ezért elhagytam a szállást. Kártérítési igényt nyújtottam be a Booking-hoz.

• Anikó (7/5): jó volt - tényleg jó helyen van nekünk nagyon tetszett, hogy csendes, mégis jó elhelyezkedésű a fűtést bár felcsavartuk, de a radiátor nem melegedett a légkondihoz pedig nem találtuk a távirányítót de össze bújtunk :)
• José manuel (8/5): Vacaciones en Budapest - La ubicación es buena, pasa metro, tranvía y bus cerca. En la zona hay sitios para comer baratos. La calefacción también bien. De limpieza bien. Aunque es habitual que pase esto en Budapest, porque me lo habían comentado, la primera vez que entras al edificio da un poco de miedo. Cuando entras en el apartamento ya te quedas aliviado, pero entrar en el edificio medio abandonado, impone. También una flechita, un cartelito o algo para encontrarlo mejor no estaría demás, ya que al llegar de noche la luz es justilla y te cuesta un poco encontrarlo. No usan sábanas como en España, solo el edredón como tampoco usan persianas, lo cual hace que entre luz al amanecer. Esto ya es meramente informativo.

• Sofía (1/5): Fatal - Nada. Una experiencia desastrosa. Escribí con anterioridad para informarme sobre la presencia de arañas (tengo fobia) y me dijeron que no había evidencia de ello, llegamos y había 13! Y bien gordas. Nos ofrecieron limpiarla pero no podíamos confiar en el servicio de limpieza ya que no había visto las anteriores... nos fuimos de inmediato y tuvimos que reservar otro hotel in situ. Después, solamente recibimos prerrogativas y ya ausencia de respuesta. Totalmente vergonzoso. Además, en la puerta había una cinta que confirmaba que la habitación se había abierto, como si se tratase de un piso ocupado. Todo mal.

• Előd (8/5): Nice apartment to stay - The apartment is located conveniently just 3 minutes walk from Corvin negyed Metro and tramway (4, 6) stations. The owner communicated with me actively and it was easy to check in. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. I could close the blackout curtains, so it was really dark: I could sleep very well and it was silence.

• Raymond (9/5): Nice apartment near Corvin-negyed Metro station. - Everything is good and working as expected. Just as some people have written, this unit is located on the 3rd floor (around 95 steps) with no elevator. I have known this and personally not a problem at all. But this might be a challenge for some people. Overall, I'd say this apartment gives very good price value. Just a suggestion, it would be good if there are some cloth hooks on the wall for jackets and other clothes.

• Előd (9/5): Comfortable stay, I recommend staying here - Self-checkin was very easy. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bed comfy, so I had a good sleep. I liked that there were blackout curtains for the apartment, so lights were not disturbing during sleep. No elevator in the building, you need to climb to the 3rd floor every time, which is fine by me, I just wanted to add this information if you are travelling with big luggage. The building is kinda old.

• Vojtěch (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is *theoretically* good - if they deep cleaned it and replaced some pieces of furniture, i wouldn't have anything to complain about. The beds were comfortable. There was a washing machine which we didn't use. The apartment was REALLY dirty. The bed was fine, but there was dust everywhere else, there was leftover food in the kitchen from previous guests, the soap was so diluted with water it was unusable, very dirty carpets, the fridge smelled... There is a random "room" above the kitched without any access (one would need a ladder) with various old pieces of furniture which was visible from below. (See the top-left corner of the included room photo) The apartment is also in a rather dirty part of the city in a (architectonically actually nice) house which is falling apart, but that's not really their fault.

• Sumané (7/5): Well located small and compact place good for a short stay to explore the city center. - Perfect location to explore the city, well connected and fairly short walk to the city center. Plenty of restaurant options close by. The check in process was smooth and easy. The kitchen sink had an awful smell which hanged in the apartment since it is so small, and the dishes were not well washed for example the glasses were still dirty but in die cupboard and cups had coffee stains. We did not feel comfortable to use the kitchen due to this.

• Alina (4/5): Disappointing - We liked the location, and a building (top floor, a lot of steps, for us wasn’t a problem). The owner was very responsive. For us the issue was a bad. There was dust around the mattress, hairs on the bed and a ripped covers of the pillow and duvet. This was our biggest problem. Honestly, the rest wouldn’t matter. Also in the bathroom was no shampoo/shower gel and the water was constantly slightly warm.

• Abrego (9/5): Comfortable and well-connected place. - The apartment is comfortable, lovely and well-located with public or private transportation. There is no lift, and the apartment is on the third floor with many stairs. An old person and/or one with disabilities would have problems upstairs.
• Erdinç (5/5): Passable - Near to Metro and Bus Stop Bed covers were made of polyester metarial which makes you feel wet when you try to sleep. In the kitchen there was no any cattle (water heater) to boil water for coffee and tea. The pixctures shown on Booking were retouched, you think you are going to 5 star hotel but in reality it is an ordinary room.

• Maria (1/5): Bad - Positives: ●Renovated with modern look I chose the apartment for the positive comments about its cleaningness. Well.. Big mistake. Never again. Negatives: ●on the 3rd floor, with 85 steps. Big problem if you carry luggage or after walking around in town all day or if you have a knee problem ●We stayed 4 nights. For 4 nights, 5 days we only had 1 bath towel each. I unexpectingtly had my period and only one bath towel was a huge problem ●both the bath and the face towels smelt mold. ●For 5 days we only had 2 toilet papers. ●Impersonal. Spoke to the owner on the first day - on the phone- and when we realized we only had bath towels and no face towels. ●No cleaning for 5 days ●We had asked to leave the suitcases at the premises upon arrival and the owner said we could, but the building had no such room/place. Fortunately the cleaning lady was there and after talking to the owner let us leave the suitcases in the room. ●Need metro to reach city center
