Important Information

At least 6 guests per unit must be aged 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted to stay unaccompanied {without the property’s prior consent}. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. In case of any additional guests or pets, please notify the property prior to arrival. This property does not accommodate parties or wedding groups. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Instead, you will have to provide your ID upon arrival during normal check-in hours. Please note that an additional charge of RON 500 per group will apply for check-in outside of the scheduled hours, late check-out. A surcharge of RON 200 per person, per day applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. Please note that use of hot tub will incur an additional charge of RON 500, per night. Housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional charge of 1000 RON per day. Please note that use of fire pit will incur an additional charge of RON 200, per night.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Shirly (10/5): Perfect villa - The villa is clean, spacious, equipped with everything you need and everything is new, nothing is missing. The location is very close to Brasov and all the attractions in the area. The football field is an attraction in itself. The owners of the villa are nice and kind. Really just perfect. Perfect view and area, quiet and pleasant. It should be noted that using the jacuzzi is an additional charge.
Maria (10/5): Great place for a big group to spend a long weekend - Really clean and well maintained. Super spacious, loads of facilities and the boys were extremely happy with the football pitch. We were a group of 14 people and it was more than perfect. The only downside is that there are no shop in walking distance, but we had cars and we managed.

Avi (10/5): - הוילה ענקית ומושלמת יכולה להכיל 3 משפחות 7 חדרים, כל מה שביקשנו קיבלנו ישר, יש מגרש כדורגל ענק, האט טאב בחוץ, שצריך לשלם עליו בשביל מילוי 100 ליי ליום, אבל שווה את זה, באיזור יש סופר מכבסה מאפיה, הילדים מאוד נהנו ממגרש כדורגל, פלסטיישן, משחקי קופסא, במרתף יש פינג פונג ושולחן סנוקר, בהחלט מקום לחזור אליו!!! לא מחליפים מגבות
Ani1984 (9/5): - Una estancia muy buena,la casa tenía de todo,a quien le gusta la naturaleza es un sitio perfecto para cenar y desayunar fuera en las terrazas muy amplias que tiene la casa.Nosotros hemos estado muy a gusto, el niño encantado con el campo de fútbol.Volveriamos sin duda La verdad que lo único que podría ver cómo una queja es el echo de no tener lavadoras para lavar ropa.Nosotros en este aspecto no las vimos un poco mal 💔.

Valentina (10/5): Excellent experience for families or small groups - We had a great time staying at the villa! The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and perfect for two families—we had the entire place to ourselves. The kids had the most fun, both inside and outside. One of the highlights was the amazing real football field, equipped like a professional training ground—not just for football players, but for everyone to enjoy. There were also plenty of activities: badminton, board games, billiards, ping pong in the basement, and even a jakuzzi heated with firewood (available upon request and for an additional fee). The barbecue area was well-equipped, and the cozy lighting made evenings truly pleasant. Cristian is a lovely village, perfectly located near Bran and Brașov. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway! A couple of small notes: air-conditioning is not available in every room, and on the last day, the cleaning company arrived a bit too early, before we had finished checking out. Still, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come again next time we’re in the area!

Ana (10/5): Amazing place near Brașov! - Went to Epic Vila for a work retreat with a few of my colleagues and I loved the place. The rooms are clean, very nicely decorated, the bed is very comfortable and almost all the rooms have a private bathroom. It is great for groups of 10-12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, you have a barbecue area and if you are feeling sporty they have a football field you can use. Another plus is the free parking in front and inside the courtyard. The hosts are very nice, helpful and can give you good tips about what to do in the area.
