• Julia (1/5): Made up charges and zero customer service skills - The apartment was okay but I wouldn't stay there again. The only thing that was nice was the view, it was awkward to catch a taxi from there, Ubers didn't stop at pick-up points as requested The host didn't mention anything about the bins on arrivals - it is in T&C's to take the rubbish out which I accept we did not take out, but please for your own sake make sure you don't even leave a mug in the sink otherwise they will charge you €50 extra that's how precious they are. Makes me wonder if they expect guests to deep clean the flat and if they actually clean the property before your stay.

• Lorenzo (7/5): - L’ottima posizione vicina al centro e alla spiaggia A parte un piccolo inconveniente con un wc che perdeva acqua avremmo gradito, a seguito della segnalazione del guasto, una visita di cortesia o una chiamata da parte della proprietà che non si è mai vista. Pulizia della casa al nostro arrivo piuttosto approssimativa. Peccato perché la struttura gode di una buonissima posizione e l’appartamento è veramente gradevole e ristrutturato con gusto.

Great facilities for friends and family. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. Incredible views to wake up to. Exceeded expectations - better than the photos! N/a
• william (8/5): We had a positive stay and would recommend it. - Extremely well laid out apartment and perfectly suitable for two of us plus doggie. Location opposite the beach and easy walk into the city. Everything good could also be a negative. You are close to the beach but also opposite a dual carriageway and the tram station. It can be very noisy. I suggest go to be late or sleep in the second bedroom.

No option for price reduction / negotiation although guest number changed significantly on short-term. No way to contact the owner directly as the flat is managed by the agency.
• Drda (2/5): - Počasí Very disappointing stay Our stay in the apartment in Alicante was very disappointing. The Wi-Fi did not work during the entire stay, and despite repeatedly asking for repairs, the host kept insisting that everything was fine. The toaster didn’t work, and in the bedroom, instead of three proper beds, there was one double bed and a mattress on the floor. There was only one set of keys, the bathroom drain was clogged, one toilet was leaking, and the other smelled bad and water was leaking onto the floor. We also found too few bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, and soap. Finally, the deposit was returned only after three weeks, which we consider unprofessional. Overall, we do not recommend this accommodation – it does not match the description or the usual Booking standards. 🇪🇸 Versión en español (para Booking.com) Estancia muy decepcionante Nuestra estancia en el apartamento en Alicante fue muy decepcionante. El Wi-Fi no funcionó durante toda la estancia, y a pesar de pedir varias veces que lo arreglaran, el anfitrión siempre decía que todo funcionaba bien. La tostadora no funcionaba, y en el dormitorio, en lugar de tres camas, había una cama de matrimonio y un colchón en el suelo. Solo había una llave del apartamento, el desagüe del baño estaba atascado, un inodoro perdía agua y el otro olía mal y salía agua por el suelo. Además, había muy pocas sábanas, toallas, papel higiénico y jabón. La fianza se devolvió después de tres semanas, lo cual nos pareció poco profesional. En general, no recomendamos este alojamiento: no corresponde con la descripción ni con los estándares habituales de Booking.

• maciej (1/5): FATALNE ZAKONCZENIE - Lokalizacja w miare ok , widok psuje niestety jakis stary dworzec kolejowy Uwaga na depozyt !!!! Oszuści nie oddają depozytu wysłali zdjęcia rzeczy które juz były , np .: zamarznięta zamrażalka , lecąca woda w toalecie i za to zabrali 200 euro !!!! Wysylaja link do depozytu przed przekazaniem kluczy nie sprawdzaja razem z Tobą na koniec tylko piszą po tygodniu ze zatrzymuja depozyt i blokują Twój numer telefonu . Skandal nie dosc ze cena za wynajem wysoka to jeszcze kradną depozyt ! Wykończenie fatalne , jakość kanapy w salonie fatalna . Zapach taki starością czuć cały czas , ogólnie nie świeżo i nie miło nie polecam !!!

There was some sort of method of.paying an extra deposit outside booking.com that I had thought looked like a scam but I got money back in the end so it must have been legitimate.

• Majewski (10/5): Exceptional - Hello to all interested. I spent a wonderful week in this apartment with my family. The apartment is clean, spacious, has all the amenities - really all. The staff is very nice. Beautiful views from the windows of the Mediterranean Sea. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back to it. I RECOMMEND.

• Maciej (6/5): Spacious apartment close to the city center with a great sea view, but noisy surroundings. - It is within walking distance of the city center, and there's a free parking space (not real parking but just a space available) very close to the apartment. The sea view is great. There is a lot of space inside. It is located very close to the tram stop and busy road, making quite a noise, especially in the mornings and late evenings. The coffee machine was leaking, and there was not even a single coffee capsule available. No wine glasses were available. A terrible smell from one of the bathrooms. The host was not responding to the queries during our stay.

• Vikki (9/5): Perfect apartment with fabulous views - A clean and well laid out apartment. Perfect for our family of four although it would have slept more than that. It had everything we needed. We loved the sea views. Had to wait past the checkin time whilst the cleaners finished up.

• Sameena (10/5): Perfectly kept apartment in a fab location overlooking the sea. - Location was perfect overlooking the sea and about a 15 minute walk to the centre. Having two bathrooms is a bonus and the apartment was very clean on arrival. Dishwasher tablets and clean dishwashing products were also provided. Minor, but having simple condiments like salt, pepper and sugar helps. A hand towel would be useful in the bathrooms as we only had one bath towel per guest.

• Next (9/5): The little gym in Alicante - Great space for my family of five. Excellent view of the sea from living room and bedroom. Walking distance from the city centre and the apartment was very easy to find. Very modern in decor and very relaxing. The amenities gives you the option of cooking and doing the laundry. Good wifi connection which meant I could do a bit of work and meet with clients over video conferencing. What did it for me was the simple gesture of making an iron and ironing board avaible for use. Loved it all
