- Salimsha (1/5): Even i never used to booking.com .Due to bad whether and red alert i requested to the staff l am staying only one day , - No Rooms are bad Smell used bed sheets and Blanket Drippig water in roof stupid Staff
- Sumit (1/5): Very bad and pathetic experience - Breakfast is ok. There is lot of communication gap between the fab hotels n the actual property. There was no manager or receptionist at the property only one caretaker was there who was completely clueless about situations and the bookings. On our arrival they cancelled our booking without any communication and told that there are no rooms. However, when we called the customer care and complained then they said there is one room available. After that also they were trying to fool us and take extra 2000 rs. from us. We again talk to the customer care and they solved this issue. This is completely unnecessary even when we had our advanced booking and payment two months before. Later at our checkout also they were trying to fool us again and take extra 3000 from us. The rooms are also below average. Light water geyser had continuous issues. This is very frustrating experience for us.

- Sushma (7/5): Fine - The location is in the centre of the city and close to all the major tourist spots. The staff were good. Attended well to our requirements. The beeakfast was homely and tasty. The wash rooms should have been clean. The balcony was not too clean either. Some minor repairs like hooks in the bathroom. So if they look into these aspects.. it would be more comfortable for the customers. There is no toileteries or complimentary coffee/ tea sachets provided.

- Mohit (1/5): Pathetic. Visit on your own RISK !!! - Nothing They cancelled my booking. I paid advance to Fab Hotels. But when I visited the manager refuse to accommodate me saying booking is full. When i called Fab hotel helpline they were not able to resolve the issue nor they provide alternate accommodation. Till now they have not refunded my advance payment. Had very bad experience. Go on your own risk and do not pay in advance.
