- Erica (10/5): Great location in Florence - Great location, walkable from the train station and all of the sights we had planned to see. The apartment is actually larger than it appears to be in the pictures! Owner communicated well and answered questions very quickly. The style of washing machine in the unit does not spin dry well so we had to towel roll our clothing before hanging to dry.

- Nathan (7/5): - Property is very central and it is easy to walk to anywhere that you need to go while exploring Florence. The host gave clear instructions and was very responsive. There are a lot of stairs to access the apartment which is difficult with luggage and coming and going throughout the day. The shower is also very small.

- Adam (10/5): Perfect place. Would stay again in a heart beat. - Everything! The a/c, perfect location (close to Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, Duomo, etc…), easy check in, spacious and very nice apartment. Quiet! For Florence, it is a dream place. I did not mind, but it is 4 flights of stairs (but everything is in Florence).

- Debra (10/5): Lovely apartment in the historic centre - but not for everyone (4th floor and no lift) - Lovely apartment in the historical centre very close to the main sights and shopping areas. Quite compact but perfect for our family of 3 and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet outside despite the central location and we slept really well. The apartment is 90 steps up (we counted them :) and there's no lift - great for us travelling light and keen to get our step count up but not at all suitable for anyone with heavy luggage or with mobility/fitness issues. Communicated with the host via messaging and they were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay in this apartment again. Nothing - we were really happy with our stay.

It was an easy walk to almost any attraction, shopping or restaurant. And, the host was so accommodating. Highly recommend! After walking all day, the stairs were tiring but we easily managed. The shower was a bit small.
- Riri (10/5): A very comfortable apartment for the three of us! - It was so easy to find, just around 12 minutes' walk from Firenze's station. And it was easy to go in, instructions were very easy to follow to get into the apartment. The only thing was the steps to get into the apartment WILL BE a challenge if you have big suitcases like us :D (a very good exercise). So, I'd suggest just bring a small suitcase, or a backpack. We were very happy with the apartment. The rooms were so nice, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Wifi was good, we could use the Netflix with our account, no issues at all. Heating system was all there. We had a problem in the beginning with the heating system and the water heater, but the owner was so kind to come quickly to our rescue! He always responded quickly to our queries, which was so reassuring. Everything was there in the kitchen if you want to cook, we used it several of times with no problem at all. Its location is SUPERB. 3 minutes to Arno, which gets you to Vecchio, Iffize and other areas you wish to explore across the river. 12 minutes to the Duomo and the city center. Many supermarkets nearby, there are Carrefour, Conad City, as well as two Asian groceries. Lots of nice restaurants. We would definitely go back if we ever have a chance to visit Firenze again. That was how good this place is! Nothing!
