• MarioJG (10/5): Such a nice place - The room and the bathroom was very clean, a very quiet place, the bed was also so comfortable. The place is close to the city centre so this was a very good advantage. The owner was so kind to me and gave me the option to leave my luggage in the place before the check in. 10/10 Everything was good.

• Peter (9/5): Excellent central location - Excellent central location, just a few minutes’ walk from Trinity College and the Temple Bar area. Easy check-in, friendly host, and comfy room. Highly recommended.
• Megan (7/5): It was what I needed. - Ease of access and proximity to some places I was interested in visiting. Tea/coffee facilities. I have a allergy to dust mites and so was concerned the pillows and doona felt old.
• Lemieux-Forget (7/5): Agréable, mais je suis un peu surprise pas les autres review dithyrambiques sur l’endroit. - Bien situé, beaucoup d’espace dans la chambre avec un bureau. Ménage fait fréquemment dans la salle de bain partagée. Pour le prix, comparable à un hôtel, la patère était brisée, les tasses étaient sales à mon arrivée, et je sentais que je dérangeais avec mes demandes. Aussi les heures d’arrivée et de départ sont plus tard et plus tôt respectivement qu’un hôtel. Aussi, il n’y avait pas de chauffage hors une petite chaufferette. Elle fonctionnait amplement bien pour chauffer la pièce toutefois.

• Patrick (8/5): Good facilities, great location and a very reasonable price for the stay - Excellent location. Very close to central Dublin with Temple bar being a 20 min walk. The host was very friendly and lent me her power bank when my phone nearly died. Really helped me out Check out time was earlier than I wanted.

• Akky (6/5): Erg prijzig voor deze kamer. - Schone kamer en rustig. Jammer dat er geen wasbak en water op de kamer was. Er was een gedeelde badkamer, schoon en prima. Het douchewater werd plots te heet, gevaarlijk.

• Owen (8/5): A simple room offering great value for money in central Dublin - A simple room, seemingly in somebody's home (though the check-in process was via a lock box so I never saw anyone else) located very centrally in Dublin and offering excellent value for money by local standards. Nothing obvious – though it is a simple guest house room so it is relatively low on frills.

• Donna (9/5): Clean room with a comfortable bed and great central location. - Nice clean room, comfortable bed very central location only 5 minutes walk from Trinity. Quieter than I expected for a city centre room. Nice host. The room is as expected and as advertised so, cannot complain.
• Joseph (8/5): Decent enough - Nice room. Comfortable bed. Central location. The sink in the bathroom has no hot water and a cold shave wasn’t pleasant! No reply from owner when asked about this 3 days ago.

• Patricia (5/5): I wouldnt stay there again - Location was central The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable for sleeping. Unwelcoming garden at entrance(unattended flower pot and bare concrete area).When returning to the premises one evening I witnessed a fight between 3 persons at the entrance which made me feel unsafe.

• Mehmet (9/5): - Top location - very close to Trinity College but also to the main tech hub. It is a house that is used as a hotel, so you get the homey feel. No personal contact with the host. Its a minor point, but it did feel very impersonal. Still, the communication was excellent.
• Bettina (9/5): - Die Anreise war einfach. Es ist ein sehr hübsches Zimmer ruhig gelegen Zentrum/ Trinity College in Gehweite. Ein kleiner Tesco um die Ecke. Das Auswanderermuseum auf der anderen Seite des Flusses. Kann zum Frühstücken das Pog auf dem Weg zum Zentrum empfehlen. Der Hinterausgang der Tarastation ist ca. 150 m entfernt.

• Lennart (10/5): Great value for money - Great room in a brilliant location. The Liffey is just a minute away, Trinity around the corner and a great selection of pubs in the area (recommended by the host). Check-in/out very simple and efficient. The bathroom was very clean, nice shower. The room has a nice desk and a tv and the bed was very comfortable. The little mushroom lamps in the room could use a bit of cleaning but I only noticed because you need to turn them upside down to switch them on (which 99% of guest probably wouldn't do anyway because they're only for ambience). Overall an excellent stay and I'll gladly come back.

• Candace (8/5): Great place to stay felt very safe. - Spacious and nice to have sofa. Bed was comfortable and it was nice and warm. The strange fact that there was a kitchen but either I was not told about it or I was not supposed to use it. I only found it in the morning after I had struggled to eat a salad the previous evening from Tesco’s with my hands!! Also fellow guests did not manage to clean or flush the toilet in the shared bathroom!

• Snjolfsson (10/5): Everything as expected. Excellent location, superb price and reliable communication with host. - Very favourable price and location. Communication with host swift and reliable. The Prince's room has a big and nice bedroom and on the topmost floor. TV wasn't plugged in. It would have been nice to have a UK adapter plug in the room for those not prepared.
