• Claire (7/5): Spacious apartment - Spacious apartment, easy parking, easy access. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels. Kitchen mostly well stocked. Really needed a good clean, doors were in need of a wipe down, dirt handprint on the bathroom wall. Dust on skirting boards and tops of tiles. Sofa covers needed a wash. Road noise is consistent through the night, fine if windows closed, but as it was a mild night we had them open. Would benefit from a few more mugs, 3 of us staying only 2 mugs.
• Sergio (6/5): - The location. The owner is very helpful. The house was very dirty. We found several pieces of trash around the house, especially under the beds and on the couch. The oven was also very dirty. The curtain in One of the bedroom is broken. We were 4 people and we only had one shower towel. The towel issue was resolved once we talked to the owner. Is actually a pitty, beacause the apartment could be really confortable if it wasn't so dirty.

• Afshan (10/5): Welcoming apartment for a comfortable and convenient family stay - The property was neat, clean, and very family friendly. My three children were happy with the stay. The apartment was very well lit with natural sunlight coming through large windows. It was neat and clean, perfectly suited to our family's requirements. There is a Lidl directly across the road, which was very convenient, and a Costa Coffee and Subway nearby, great for quick meals and coffee on the go. The hosts were very helpful and provided videos to make the check-in process very easy. Highly recommended for families! nothing

Lidl across the road which was very convinient. Hosts were very helpfull and have vidoes to make checkin process very easy. Nothing.

• Aidan (9/5): Out of the city but decent transport connections. - They had videos showing the locationnof the key lock box and had clearly labelled the keys for which one went to which door The only issue was the 2 single beds had very hard mattresses, they are probably fine for children but may not be suitable for adults.
• Marina (8/5): Good apartment not far from the Bristol - Quite convenient location next to the Lidl supermarket, modern renovation, convenient for accommodating a family of three or even four people. The owner took care of the availability of tea leaves, coffee and sugar. The beds are comfortable, I liked the presence of light laminate on the floor instead of carpet. We could not connect the TV, without figuring out what as many as four remotes were for. But the Internet worked perfectly. There was no bath plug, but I used a sink plug from the kitchen. towel holder in the bathroom was broken. No hooks for clothes in the bathroom and in twin bedroom.

• Tanja (1/5): Don't book this apartment - The apartment was filthy! The sofa smelled of urine. The towels left behind were damp. The bath / integrated shower hadn't been cleaned for months! Far too pricey for what it was, would not stay again. Cleaner was still there even though we had early check in approved and she smelled awful! Left bad smell behind. Heating system didn't work, for a stay in November it was cold. Never again. Contacted customer service for feedback as this was not good at all!!

• Ceri (9/5): Great location, easily accessible, clean, comfortable and spacious - Instructions for the parking and access to the apartment were very clear, thank you! The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Everything easy to use except I did struggle to get the TV to work but then noticed the instructions on the wall the next morning. Really good location for the function I was attending and then easy to move on into Bristol the next day. You can't do much about the traffic given the position of the apartment but it is noisy. There was a half open milk bottle in the bathroom sink but I just moved that to the fridge and it was fine. Just an oversight I'm sure.

• Ron (8/5): Een prima accommodatie voor een tussenstop tijdens onze rondreis door Zuid-Engeland. - Een prima appartement voor 2 nachten. Vrijwel alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Wasmachine is fijn. Ook praktisch; de Lidl is aan de overkant. Privé parkeerplaats. Het appartement ligt langs een drukke autoweg, dus ‘s nachts moeten wel de ramen dicht. Tip voor de host: een ventilator voor warme dagen. Als je zelf wil koken zijn de pannen niet groot genoeg voor een gezin. Gelukkig is er een ruime oven, dus wij aten diner wat in de oven bereid kan worden.

• orcamaus (8/5): Nice appartment for 2-4 persons by supportive host near Bristol - - The owner of the flat, WASIM, is extremely supportive and easy to communicate with (replies immediately to messages and is very friendly) - There had been some issues with the flat's drainage on the day of our arrival (which had occurred after the previous guests had left that very morning), but Wasim worked tirelessly on a solution (despite it being a late Friday afternoon, and tradesmen are not easy to come by on short notice, at that time of the week); and his efforts paid off: By the time we returned from dinner, everything was fixed and worke - flat keys in lock box outside apartment; the lock box is easy to overlook initially, but host WASIM provides very detailed instrutions incl video & photos on how to find it which makes it doable - free parking for guests in a secluded courtyard - apartment located in a quiet residential area - apartment (i.e. kitchen) very well equipped - clean (thanks to Wasim's lovely sister) - nice interior decor & layout (nice big comfy sofa in the living room, dining area, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom) - 1st floor flat (so, not many stairs to climb for elderly people) - close to LIDL supermarket in case you need to get in food for self-catering - close to a major 4-lane road which may be an issue if you have to open the windows over night for fresh or cooler air during a heat wave and in case you are a bit noise-sensitive; windows are double-glazed (no noise issues from the road when they are closed) - far away from any village, city, or town centre; so it is of advantage to have your own car at hand if you stay there

We had trouble working the thermostat which put the heating on by itself and the apartment was boiling, we messaged the host but they did not respond until the following day just before we checked out. The shower head was filthy, we decided not to take a shower

The single beds were suitable for children but not adults. The kitchen equipment was basic and adequate for one night's stay, but wouldn't have been good for any longer.

Not in an obvious location so management have provided very useful location videos and instructions. Nice modern decor. Good size kitchen and living room. The 2 single beds are not uncomfortable and were fine for one night, but they’re thin mattresses and probably best for teens or kids

• Tracey (8/5): Clean, quiet stay. Good value for money. - Locating the apartment and gaining access was easy because of detailed info provided by hosts. It was clean and everything worked. Good shower. It was nice to have tea, coffee and milk (powdered) provided. Despite being near a busy road insulation is good. We also didn't hear any noise from nearby neighbours. So, a quiet stay which was great. We arrived back after our event too late to be looking online for instructions or contacting the host and couldn't turn the heating off so it was a very hot and therefore sleepless night. Instructions may have been provided (the pre-arrival info is plentiful) so this is not in any way a criticism, more info to ensure other guests check this out in time.

It has everything you need and the contact with the host to get into the property is easy enough. When we arrived there was a pair of socks on the floor and someone’s shirt still hung up so made us question was it cleaned before. I did ask for earlier check in so not sure if this confused everything with cleaning etc…

The apartment was incredibly family-friendly, spacious, and clean, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts about the location was how close it was to key amenities. We had a Lidl supermarket just a short walk away, making grocery shopping easy and convenient. The Mall at The Cribs was also nearby, which gave us plenty of shopping and dining options. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the apartment was quiet, which was perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The host was also very responsive and made sure that everything was perfect throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a family-friendly, convenient, and comfortable place to stay. We’ll be back for sure! nothing.

The room is clean and comfort. All facility provide is in great conditions. The room locate on second floor. It a little bit hard if you have a big luggage.

• Darling (6/5): Very disappointing - Location was fine for 1 night The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Shower screen was running with water therefore bath wet. Wet towel left on radiator and small rug next to bath soaked. Window left wide open as if someone had had a shower just before we arrived. Bedding not ironed, looked more like screwed up tin foil. No fitted sheet on double bed only a skimpy flat sheet which was too small to tuck under the mattress! However it was clean.
