• Sabrina Paladini (7/5): - Camera pulita e ben arredata, reception molto attenta ad un ottima accoglienza. Posizione comoda. Unica pecca, il letto matrimoniale era composto da due materassi singoli invece che uno grande.

• katia (4/5): - Soggiorno appena terminato, camera e bagno con tutti i confort riportati nella descrizione. Il problema la colazione a buffet. Intanto non c'è la colazione a buffet perché la sala non è agibile e quindi ci viene proposta la colazione in camera. Il mattino però ci viene detto che non c'è colazione in camera e che dobbiamo andare nel bar difronte ma che possiamo consumare solo un caffè o un cappuccino e una brioches, i succhi non sono compresi. Nessun rimborso e nessune scuse, pessimo comportamento non in linea con l'accoglienza napoletana Pagato per avere colazione inclusa a buffet e ricevuto una misera colazione in un bar poco accogliente

Pulizia e cortesia sono state oltre le mie aspettative, personale gentilissimo e qualificato. Ci ritornerò volentieri e lo consiglio vivamente nulla, era tutto perfetto

Stanza accanto alla reception molto rumorosa, pulizia molto superficiale. Stanza moderna, molto luminosa ma nel dettaglio piccole trascuratezze (lavandomi i denti il miscelatore mi è andato a finire sui denti 😂 ma tutto okay).

• Steven (9/5): Superb - A really good location, close to central station, the waterfront and dumo etc etc, the staff were very friendly and helpful, provided us with a map, recommended places to go to and the rooms were kept clean and tidy every day, would stay here again and would have no problems recommending to anyone who wants a great location in a great city Being very picky here the window shutter in our room was broken resulting in daylight coming into the room from sunrise which didn't ruin our stay but would need addressing if you wanted a lie in and the shower riser was broken but I McIvored it with a tea spoon
