• Krinesh (6/5): Change the host and everything will be perfect - The property was beautiful and had everything we needed and so much more! Perfect location and was super comfortable The host was terrible, check in process extremely terrible and check out process even worse! We had to walk in the rain with all of our luggage to fetch and drop off the keys at a different location, could not understand why the host does not do this. The host did not communicate with us at all and to date has still not even had the decency to respond to any of my messages. Such a shame as the property is exceptional!

• Kristin (9/5): We had s great stay in this lovely apartment and hope to come back again. - Clean and great location. Very quiet! The coffee maker doesn’t seem to be working correctly. Brews way too slow. The cracked floor tiles NEED replacing. The pans on the stove top heat too slowly. A larger frying pan would be good to have.

• MBouchard (10/5): 7 days in London - I was in London with my husband, 18 and 16 year olds The flat was amazing. Very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect and about 15-20 min walk from Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. The Picadelly Metro starion is about a 3 min walk away. The neighbourhood is very happening with pubs close by. Although the area is busy, the appartment is well isolated and quiet. Comfy beds, full kitchen with high end appliances. Great find! Made for a memborable stay. The Wifi isn't always great in the bedrooms, but perfect in the rest of the flat. It wasn't really a problem.

Communication with the host was unprofessional and at times deeply inappropriate, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Check-in was stressful, and there was garbage left at the door from previous guests. Noisy spring mattresses, only one blanket for two people, few towels, and limited toilet paper. Broken tiles, poorly equipped kitchen, and no wine glasses. Would not return.

• Lars (8/5): Beautiful flat, in an excellent location, for a short stay if you don't intend to cook full meals. - We loved the location, unbeatable. The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated and extremely quiet. Several tiles throughout the flat were cracked and some even moved when walked over. We loved the fact that there were 2 full bathrooms plus a guest toilet. We liked the security system in the building. Also liked the possibility to open the windows, and the double windows kept the noise out. We found the beds to be quite small for 2 people. The bed in the master also creaked a lot. We found the kitchen to be very sparsely equipped in terms of crockery (no wine glasses, no small coffee cups, 1 small frying pan, 2 small pots) - it would not be possible to even cook breakfast for 4 people if you wanted to. More towels would have been appreciated (a small stack in a cupboard in case of need should be left).
• Christian (8/5): Very good - The locastion was excellent. It is in the heart of Piccadilly where shopping, public transportation and entertainment are all within close walking distance. Whole Foods is a minute away. The direct interaction with the very personable host helped to get details on the apartment and surroundings. If you are inclined to prepare meals in-house, cooking equipment and supplies are limited, but it has some basics for a couple of people. Although the apartment has good windows, one could hear the football enthusiasts until closing at midnight at the pub across the street.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect—everything from theatres and restaurants to shopping and major attractions was just steps away. Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment itself was peaceful and comfortable, offering a quiet retreat after a day out in the city. The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. There was a little confusion during the check-in process, but the host was responsive and helpful, and everything was sorted out smoothly in the end. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm touches that made the place feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience central London at its best! Check in process could be improved.

Needs to be longer rather than just a small window as travelling to the location in London means you can run late. A lot of the floor tiles are cracked and could cut bear feet

• Keith (10/5): Location, location, location. Had a great stay. - The location is fantastic. Piccadilly circus is just less than 200 meters away. Whole foods grocery store is downstairs in the same building, the flat has a separate secure entry. many shops, restaurants and pubs within 100 meters.

• Jeanette (6/5): Central location, interesting stay - We liked the location near the theaters and easy access to Piccadilly Circus and Regent St. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Communication with the landlady was sketchy. We were informed of scheduled maintenance to the building at very short notice. The maintenance was not her doing but this required us to unexpectedly walk up 4 flights of stairs. She also scheduled a cleaning of the coffee machine and some work done in the ensuite while we were renting the apartment. A bit inconvenient to us.
• Jose (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is outstanding! It features a fantastic living room and a fully equipped open kitchen. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and Mrs. Pink, who provided us with instructions, was incredibly helpful and readily available for any assistance we needed, making us feel right at home. There are two spacious bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom, providing ample privacy and comfort. Additionally, there's a convenient lavatory in the hallway that includes a laundry machine and a dryer. The Wi-Fi access is excellent. This apartment is strategically located near the metro station and Whole Foods Market. It's also in the heart of Soho, surrounded by a variety of cafés, restaurants, and boutiques, ensuring you have everything you need within reach I will definitely return next year. I absolutely enjoyed every aspect of the apartment; it’s truly remarkable!

• Alan_singapore (5/5): Passable - Location is great for everything! but it comes with a nice level of noise due to the location. Apartment is in the middle of activities going on just below, only at level 4, so you enjoy the music/talking/traffics from the pubs across the street into the night. If location is most important for you, this will be a good choice. Please note this could be just me and things could have improved. [1] Returning of the key (the arrangement) was the killer disappointment during my stay. [2] The status of the Wifi service is well below expectation, 50% of the time it was not working, important to have your own unlimited data roaming on the mobile phone if you stay here and need data access for Netflix or to watch some TV.

• 10archie10 (9/5): Great apartment in SOHO, especially for a family. - Excellent apartment especially for a family. Great location. 2 bed, 2 bath, separate toilet + laundry. Pick up the key was easy. Host takes care takes very good care of the apartment and I got the feeling she wants guests to be the same which was fair. Supermarket downstairs, tube and bus very close. This was a great alternative to a hotel for us. An iron and a drying rack would be handy but not critical. Everything else was great.
