Dock framgick det inte vid bokningen att jag var tvungen att betala deposition när jag kom och hämtade nycklarna (200 euro). Inget konstigt med det, men hade velat ha den informationen innan.

The only thing it could’ve done with is tea towel and other gloves to use and possibly a welcome booklet showing details of things around the area emergency contact numbers et cetera et cetera

• deborah (10/5): Amazing - Beautiful apartment with everything and view was to die for. The sunrise from the balcony was stunning. Everything we needed was in the apartment. It was not quite immaculate but was very near. The heated pool was a bonus in February.

Amazing views from the large terrace Location was a bit isolated. The ‘rules’ all a bit draconian, felt like a prison! Also - were told to leave key and fob in out appartment at check out and ended up getting stuck in the garage for 20 mins as did not have the fob to get out!!

One day after cheking-out, they claimed that I broke a bed-table (which I do not recall to use at all) and the price to fix it is ... yes, exactly EUR200, so they will not return my deposit. Not EUR195, not EUR210, exactly EUR200. This fact, obviously, ruined my overall experience of the place.

• Carolina (3/5): Worst holiday in a long time. We were harassed, abused, and insulted by the staff at the apartment. - They give you the code to the box at 16.30 sharp, so even if you arrive early and let them know, you’re stuck outside. The apartment people are nice and accommodating, BUT AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you are a family with kids. The staff at the apartment complex is extremely abusive and disrespectful. We made three formal complaints to no avail. We almost called the police when a male staff started insulting our children (aged 3-7) while we were dealing with the “Security Control” lady, who was the most miserable, horrific hospitality employee we have ever met. The beach is a rocky, small, hard to access cove. Make sure to bring your own towels, you get no cleaning, no change of sheets or towels, and there are zero shops around. Food delivery is scarce and dodgy. Will not be returning. 100% would NOT recommend.

• Daniel (10/5): Immer wieder gerne - Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer und Pool. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Wohnung war sauber und ohne Mängel Personal in der Anlage war zwar streng aber freundlich. Der Wasserdruck in den Duschen war nicht so gut. Kein Deutsches TV. Aber das waren Kleinigkeiten.

Lovely apartment, with a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. Perfect for a family. Kitchen could have been slightly better equipped, but really it was fine. Would have been an added bonus to have had beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use.

• Ignas (10/5): Relaxing - The house is neat and spacious, everything is well thought out, nothing is too much trouble, there is a heated swimming pool for children, entertainment and a jacuzzi, and the best thing is that we will definitely come back to the seashore.
• Laura (6/5): Very poor facilities for the price we paid. - The location is fantastic. The facilities were very basic. The kitchen had a broken lock hanging down when we arrived. The furniture was uncomfortable. The sofa was very small and didn’t have cushions on it. We only had one pillow each on the bed and no sheets on the bed covers. There was no shower mat on the bathroom floor. No towel or dish cloth in the kitchen.

Would not recommend. - Room well equipped Resort was exceptionally clean Pools and hot tubs were good(but see below!) Normally good availability of sun beds We arrived early and Mar Holidays kindly opened earlier to check us in. Secure parking under the resort. The outsourced staff(lifeguards/cleaners/security) who looked after the Sea Senses resort day to day were rude and aggressive. Areas around the pool were often taped off so they could clean or attend to grassed areas during the height of the day, for example the baby pool was out of action for 2 days due to grass seeding !! Their schedule should accommodate holidaymakers and work be carried out at less busy periods e.g first thing in the morning or early evening. The restrictions enforced around the pool are erring on totalitarian and pretty much suck any enjoyment out of the day : No inflatables/balls, no eating and drinking unless bought from their cafe, women had to tie their hair up, no sun oil to be worn, no vaping/smoking(unless you were Spanish and then they turned a blind eye) The location is ok but not close to many services such as bars, restaurants or shops but easily accessible by car or a 20min walk.
• Nikki (8/5): Very good - This is a fabulous apartment, in an amazing location with great facilities. The grounds are well maintained and very clean-the staff work extremely hard to keep it all looking immaculate at all times. The apartment is lovely and modern with great views over looking the pools, grounds, and the Mediterranean Sea from the huge balcony. It is well equipped, clean, and tidy. The air-conditioning is an added bonus. The Mar Holidays staff were quick in responding to our emails and messages regarding our stay. I would definitely recommend this company and holiday homes to others. The cleaner was still there when we arrived, and we couldn't gain access to the apartment (or parking space) until later on, but this was not a major issue. We were also without WiFi for 3 days, despite reporting it twice to the management company. Some of the furniture and fittings are looking a little tired, and for the money you pay, you would have thought that it would have been kept up to the high standards of the external grounds, but never the less it is still an amazing property to rent and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Kind and rapid reaction when needed (toilet door lock fixed same day as we asked for it). Some of the furniture (chairs and beds) and kitchen equipment could use a replacement to appear nicer and more functional. Overall nice place though.
