• Ekaterina (10/5): Если любите окна и свет, вам будет его мало. Но все остальное идеально. Лучше, чем мы могли себе представить. - Самый центр. Квартира огромная и продумано все. Огромное количество заботы: от тапочек, до конфет, кофе, чая, киткат на полушках, ни одного недостатка. Впервые такое вижу. Нет такого.

• Viktoria (10/5): Absolutely amazing gem and lots of space! - Centrally located and walking distance to majority of things in the Center of Madrid. Side street has great small cafes and bakery, but also a LOT of African influence with clothing store and eateries. Due to heavy presence of African culture in the area - especially when walking downwards street towards the train station, I might consider whether this is the wisest idea to do in the dark. Other than that, I never felt unsafe in the area.

• Xander (10/5): Perfect stay in a comfortable and spacious appartement in the middle of lively Madrid! - The location is ideal in the middle of Lavapies. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in a lively neighbourhood. The appartement is quiet and spacious so no worries about busy streets/loud noises outside. We love the space, location, beds and cleanliness. Gracias Nada

The place was clean, comfortable, and well located, perfect for exploring the city. Everything worked smoothly and we felt at home right away. The owner is a very kind and welcoming woman she made sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality really made our stay special. Highly recommended!

• Thomas (10/5): This is the one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in, and I am a 80 year old world traveler. - You could not ask for a nicer apartment. Both stylish and comfortable. The host, Cesar, was both very genial and very helpful. For example, I forgot my medicine when I left for the airport. Cesar found it and dispatched a taxi to the airport with my medicine. If I come back to Madrid, this property would be my first choice. Nothing. It was really quite perfect.

Our host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He was there to greet us and even scheduled a cab for us to the train station when we left. I cannot recommend this property enough! Nothing. Everything was great!

The best city break apartment I’ve ever been to! Our host Cesar is the host of your dreams - always there for you, helpful and unlike others he speaks very good English. He was the perfect host all the way from the booking moment till we said good bye to each other. Excellent! Nothing, absolutely nothing!
• Albertus (9/5): great apartment in center for a family - clean and well equipped units, central near the metro and a very pleasant host that was more than helpful. location on edge of a less attractive neighborhood, the basement room have damp issues, but was told it will be addressed
• Dimosthenis (7/5): Good - The apartment is in a nice location (if you like to be in the city center) and it is on the ground floor. It is renovated and well designed. The host was polite and tried to assist as on basics . One of the bedrooms is below ground. It has a lot of humidity, and you need to have the dehumidifier turned on 24 hours per day (and empty the tank twice per day). Even with the dehumidifier running debris is coming of the roof, so it makes the specific room unusable (we had to sleep at the sofa) Some days (Fridays and Saturdays) it has a lot of noise during the night as it is ground floor based, and many people are walking outside. This is not an actual problem if you are not using the sofa to sleep.
