• Rose (9/5): Great overnighter close to the Airport - Our host was great. The apartment clean and nicely decorated. Facilities were good. The bed was comfortable. Veronica was on time to take us to the airport early which was greatly appreciated. And lovely and cheerful. Great restaurant recommendations too! Small things: no plugs for either the bathroom or kitchen sinks; milk would have been great for tea in the morning; and maybe washing powder for the machine. We could have bought these things, but wasn't worth it for one night. Else, a 10 instead of a 9.

The host Veronica was wonderful and communicated very well in both Italian and English. I couldn’t have asked for more! Everything was great!

Ехать совсем недолго, мы бронировали трансфер - Вероника встретила нас и отвезла без проблем. По пути хозяйка также подсказала нам хорошие места для ужина и завтрака :) До жилья из аэропорта и обратно также легко можно доехать на автобусе, остановка оказалась в паре минут пешком. Само жилье оказалось чистым, просторным, внутри были почти все необходимое, даже зарядка под любой смартфон. Есть посуда, чай, кофе, снеки и сок, работает хороший Wi-Fi. В ванной есть и гель для душа, и шампунь, фен, стиральная машина, полный комплект полотенец. Место очень спокойное, тихое, спалось отлично. Спасибо хозяйке за теплый прием и за рассказ про то, как правильно заваривать кофе мока :) Из мелких неудобств могу отметить только то что нам не хватило второй тумбочки у кровати и микроволновки, а в душе было бы удобно иметь какую-то полочку для геля :) Но в остальном все было отлично!

• Erin (10/5): I loved it! - I loved my time at the Sea House, Veronica picked me up at the airport and she helped answer all my questions about buses and where to go. I loved having a kitchen, since I knew the other places I stayed would not have one, I enjoyed getting some groceries and cooking. It is very quiet, I slept well and it is very safe as I was traveling alone. I enjoyed my time there. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
• Stacie (10/5): Only surprise was the wonderful host! - Veronica communicated exceptionally well. The pick up at the airport was a challenge due to my confusion yet she was patient while I sorted it out. On the way, she made a few recommendations regarding restaurants and suggested we take a walk along the water, which we did. She picked us up at exactly the agreed time in the morning. It took the stress out of our evening. Having some milk or cream for the coffee would be a nice addition.

Le service de Navette personnalisé à prix raisonnable. Les petites attentions et le lit tellement confortable ont fait toute la différence. Tout était parfait
• Georgia (8/5): Perfect airport layover in a lively sea side town - Perfect location for a lay over between flights, we enjoyed the restaurants among the river. You are unable to catch the bus as there is no self check in, so you must take the host pick up option which is 30 euro for the host to pick up from the airport after 8pm, then the early morning drop off next day was 15 euro. I didn’t know from the listing that that you can’t find your own way there, so take that money into your budget before booking as you must take the host shuttle, but she was lovely and informative!

• Jane (9/5): - Nice and convenient for a nights accommodation for an early morning flight out of FCO. Hosts Veronica and Nicole were wonderful in picking us up from the cruise terminal in Civitaveccivia and an early morning (4am) airport drop off. We were able to have an early check-in making use of the washing machine facilities to do some laundry for ongoing travel. The clothes dried quickly on the sunny terrace. A lovely continental breakfast was provided and the Veronica recommended a couple of great restaurants nearby for dinner with a convenience store across the road for anything you might need. I would highly recommend staying at The Sea H - Location was ideal for an overnight stay close to Fiumicino airport. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, supermarkets. The apartment is well stocked with all you need in the kitchen and very clean.

El alojamiento no especifica por ningún lado que si llegas después de las 20:00h te cobran un suplemento de 30€ (15€ por traslado y 15€ por entrar a partir de esa hora). No te dan apenas información de cómo coger los buses al aeropuerto, simplemente te ofrecen su servicio propio. Por otra parte le dijimos amablemente que si podían guardar por unas horas el equipaje y la respuesta fue que no (sin ofrecer ninguna opción). Definitivamente sale más económico alojarse en el centro de Roma ya que tienes buses cada media hora al aeropuerto por 7€. En fiumicino nos costó encontrar un autobús.

• Desquirez (9/5): Super - Veronica était super conviviale, elle était toujours disponible pour nous et nous a amené à l’aéroport à 4h du matin. Le logement était très confortable, très propre et très bien situé dans Fiumicino où on pouvait aller à la plage en 20 mins à pieds ou être près de pleins de restaurants.

Am not sure if that was because I was leaving early the next day to the airport, or if that's the usual breakfast.

• Nicolai (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and helpful host. Veronica offered shuttle service at almost every time. The apartment is rather big, clean, and very well located at a quiet area. The breakfast is not a full breakfast service. Coffee, tea, juice and water is fine. For eating there is only packed sweet stuff like croissants, cake, and rusk. If you want something else like bread, sausages, cheese, or eggs you have to buy it from the supermarket. This is not a problem, just don't expect it.

Bed was broken on one side, but it was still comfy 🤷‍♀️ Would have liked if the shuttle service was a bit cheaper but regardless, happy to even have the option for the shuttle, since I had an early flight the next day.

If it’s important for you I wouldn’t recommend you this place to stay. I didn’t want to spend extra money and time for breakfast, but I had to, because it wasn’t a proper meal.
