- Eric (7/5): Clean, quiet, comfortable - The location was perfect. It was a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. Staff were friendly. I had some trouble getting into the building late at night when the door is locked. No one was answering the phone, nor the call button. I got in eventually, but that was frustrating. A mini fridge would have been nice!

- Cecilia (10/5): Love the hotel, bar just closes too early - I have stayed in the hotel multiple times. It is my go to when visiting Homewood. The bar closed at ten. We had a group staying in the hotel for an event. After dinner at a different location, we headed back to the hotel, but had to head back out to get a drink and catch up with old friends. They closed a packed bar.

- Alexander (9/5): Cozy elegance, you’ll want to miss your appointments and stay in. - Something I really appreciate as a writer and professor is a hotel room designed with my needs in mind. The comfortable desk at a window, the reading chair, these made a considerable difference in my stay. Many hotels now don’t bother to have a desk anymore and it’s depressing. Also? The excellent lobby coffee, the breakfasts downstairs at the Charles, just all really nice touches, major to minor as it were. The gym was also good. Staff was always so friendly, too. If I have any complaints it is the smallest one: I found no cups for water at the gym. But that’s so easy. I’m genuinely impressed.

- Lynne (9/5): We loved our stay and want to return! - Loved the welcoming feel of hotel when entering (couches, pup bean bags, coffe was good), rooms were so clean and bed was SO comfortable (awesome pillows, finally!) - bathroom was clean and spacious and I really liked the shower soaps/conditioner. The was NOWHERE to hang towels or clothes in bathroom!!!!!

We asked for a room change and received a room change -- but because we booked through booking.com they said they couldn't provide a refund.

They kept telling us that it is marked as completed on their system and now housekeeping was gone for the day. They eventually sent someone at around 5pm to complete it.

I will revisit that - I like how close it was to the art museum, which was my reason for visiting Baltimore and I like how there are a lot of nice restaurants and shops literally around the corner from the hotel It’ll be nice if there was some type of sauna or pool, but I just decided that when I book the hotel
- Mary (10/5): The perfect place to stay near Johns Hopkins - Exceptionally well designed. The lobby floor is full of comfortable seats and interesting books—and morning coffee. The room was very comfortable, and the front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful.

- Cecilia (10/5): Amazing staff, great hotel - I cannot say enough good things about the staff of The Study. We visited the hotel because a family member was in Union Memorial. All of the staff was accommodating and helpful at a time when we were under stress. We ended up extending our stay and they recognized us and asked how our love one was doing. This isn’t something you can train people to do, you get results like this by hiring the right people to begin with.

- Sam (10/5): Excellent hotel - It is an excellent hotel, great location in heart of JHU, very convenient easy walk to university and find restaurants. Staffs are very nice.The morning tea coffee and afternoon snack are very good . In room power plugs are still old style, no USB port can be use, also there are is no coffen maker in room. If you want tto have coffe or tea in room, you need to call room service
